Paula Cristina Ribeiro (Mezzo Soprano) - Paula is currently working towards her BA in English/Theater at New Jersey City University. She has performed in various areas of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. New Jersey City University stage credits include:  Marty in Grease, Jane Avril in Times and Appetites of Toulouse-Lautrec, the Witch in Hansel and Gretel, Sister Robert Anne in Nunsense, Ophelia in When Shakespeare's Ladies Meet, Christine in Picnic, a Protean in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Dolly Levi in The Matchmaker, Amity in Strange Boarders, April in Hot L Baltimore and Gloria in Women in White. Some favorite off-campus credits include:  Lucy in You're A Good Man, Charlie BrownBebe in A Chorus Line,   Smokey Joe's Cafe, Helena Landless in The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Domina in A Funny Thing... and she is currently a cast member in H&R Production's touring group of Godspell as Joanne.
Stephanie Leigh Arguelles (Soprano) - Stephanie currently holds the office of V.P. Membership for Theta upsilon. She is currently finishing up her B.A. in Musical Theater and is also a college representative for the Disney college program. She has performed in many productions which include Aida with Pheonix productions (Ensemble), Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum with NJCU (Philia), Nunsense with NJCU (Sis. Mary Leo) and has currently been cast in Dangerous Liaisons at NJCU as Cecile. Stephanie is very excited for this opportunity to hold such an important position on this year's e-board. She is ready and happy to recruit new and promising members to Sigma Alpha Iota. Roses and love to all!
Melissa Welz (Soprano/Pianist) - Melissa Welz, also known as Mel W., first came to the attention of audiences in 1999 when she became the first person in her high school to ever compose her class’s graduation song. Melissa was raised in North Bergen, NJ, where she began her musical career. She made a name for herself at New Jersey City University when she started writing songs to be heard at various concerts at the college. Currently working on her demo, she has been competing in many competitions and nationwide idol searches. Presently, she is majoring in Music Education. You may also have seen her in the NJCU productions Of Candide and Hansel and Gretel. Melissa has been guided under the musical supervision of Dr. Annette LeSeige, who has been a contribution to her songwriting techniques. Critics have claimed that her catchy tunes and genuine lyrics have made her a truly talented composer/singer.She recently completed the role of the cook in NJCU's play, The Matchmaker this Nov. 2004.

Tara Kulbatski (Mezzo Soprano) - Ms. Kulbatski is a junior at NJCU with a major in Psychology and a minor in Voice. She is currently taking lessons with future honorary member Adria Firestone. Tara has performed in such shows as Dracula, Hair and Jesus Christ Superstar. She is also a former cast member of "The Home of Happiness," where she performed in The Rocky Horror Picture Show as Columbia. At NJCU, she is currently in the concert chorale and a member of the chamber ensemble. She was last seen in the NJCU production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum in the role of Gymnasia.
