We are taking this opportunity of apprising you that we have been undertaking the work of assisting a large number of International operators, in various operational aspects to and through India and Nepal since a decade. Very recently we were awarded UN contract to mobilize 1500 troops for UN from Nepal to Serria Laone
 

         we are operating series of tourists charter flights from LONDON, UK to INDIA USING MONARCH AIR AND FLYJET AIRCRAFTS                         

                               Our areas of activity include the following:

              1. Supervision of corporate and commercial jets.

              2. Making handling arrangements for the flights through India and Nepal.


             3. Obtaining Government approval/clearances for technical flights, transiting flights, over flight, relief and cargo flights and tourist charter flights to India and Nepal.

4. Complete coordination with Airports Authority of India, D.G.C.A and Ministry of Defence.

5. Obtaining the slots for Landing/Take off at airports in India mainly Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Agra, Trivandrum, Goa, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Madurai, Aurangabad, Cochin and Bangalore.

6. Filing of aerodrome operating minima's, flight plans etc. with the relevant Government Authorities.

7. Liaison with the state and the union government of India for all matters pertaining to Security, Immigration, Customs and Health.

8. Arrangement of hotel accommodation and transport for crew and passengers on Cash/credit at specially pre-negotiated rates.

9. Coordination with in-flight catering facilities.

10. Coordination with fuelling agencies.

11. Apprising our principals with the latest Indian Civil Aviation rules and regulations.

12. Preparation of operational cost estimate.

13. Effecting payments/accounts administration on behalf of our principals with Airports Authority of India and other airport agencies.

14. Initiation/Negotiation of long term ground handling agreements with handlers in India.

15. Providing detailed financial services for operation to/from India.

16. Coordination with agencies providing engineering assistance.

Recently we have started our own state of the art maintenance facility at Delhi.We have a team of highly skilled and trained engineers and technicians for the maintenance of fixed wing and rotatory wing aircraft. We are approved by the Director General Of Civil Aviation for these maintenance

We are a Delhi based organization providing assistance in above fields at all the airports in India and Nepal. Supervisors at all airports are positioned by us ex-Delhi. In addition our operational offices are currently functional in Mumbai,Bangalore,Hyderabad, Cochin and Kathmandu for coordinating International flights to and through Indian and Nepalese airports for the smooth operation of the flights. We can arrange handling services for all types of aircraft’s (Narrow and Wide bodied aircraft's) on a very short notice.
