Lita is a great cook, and a really awesome motivator. She took up cooking to look feminine, because of her generally rough exterior. But if you ask me, she doesn't look very much like a tomboy at all.
Sailor Jupiter is Lita's first secret identity. She has mostly thunder/lightning based attacks, and is physically the strongest of all the inner senshi. She shouts either "Jupiter Power!" or "Jupiter Star Power!" to become Sailor Jupiter.
Super Sailor Jupiter is the evolved form of Sailor Jupiter and Lita's second secret identity. Since her actual element is wood, and NOT thunder and lightning, she has more wood-based attacks like "Jupiter Oak Evolution!". She also recieved her power up from Pegasus.
Lita, like the other senshi, is also a princess of her planet, Jupiter. She finds this out in the SMSS manga from the guardian of Jupiter, which, as I understand it, is kind of a miniature of herself.
