Band
Nathan, Chris, Anna, and Jeremy--at the Bradley County Competition 2001

The good ol' days...
I'm no longer in the high school marching band program. I quit my sophomore year, before the season started, so did a few of my friends...we just wanted out, we wanted to have a life. Me, I wanted to get away from some of the people, yes, I miss my music, but I don't miss the yelling, fighting, and just the overall program. Too much drama for me to handle.

I still support the high school band, I always will. I still push for them to be able to move into the new bandroom soon, it just wasn't for me. I will be going to the football games and yelling for all of my band friends still. I will also go to the band competitions if it's possible and yell for them. Still support them. They need it. SDHS doesn't show enough support for the band, so I try to cheer on all of my friends in what they do.

Some of my band "friends" were mad that I quit, but it seems most of them are living just fine. That's good, they shouldn't need me to keep them happy. They are the only ones who can make 'em happy. :) Love you guys!

Guess I'll stop on band now...
