| * Fly High * by Jazmine 829 There are things I want to believe, The truth is not what we conceive. Things I dont want to be true, I only wanted to love you. I told myself, Everything was going to be alright, Until I cried myself to sleep in the dark night. When I woke up, I told myself it was all lies, Then more I cried. I told you like a shadow, I would be there. Now I just glare, Into the empty space, Where there is no person. I am now a lonely shadow, Wondering this big world, Of cruelty and uncertainty. Unknown of where Im going to go, Ill just hide low, Where no one can find this empty shadow. Until I find that one, Who will fill the emptiness, Who will set me free, To the unknown sky, So I can fly high. |

Like a sky full of stars, Having you always in my heart. Like the recieving end, From a kiss by a loving friend. Like a kiss good night, Knowing everything will be all right. Like meeting the love of your life, Knowing she'll be your future wife. Like a mark in history, Lasting for all eternity. Like an Angel given its wings, You're my everything. Like the sweetest words when you're feeeling down, Looking at you after seeing no one else would come around. Like a tall waterfall, Having you and I'll need nothing else at all. Now you know how I feel, Please say you believe it's real. I feel just like that, I promise it's a fact. |
