The Negaverse
1000 years ago was a time of peace and prosperity for humans. It was a time known as the Silver Millennium. The only real threat at the time was the mirror of this universe known as the Negaverse. This was a universe of deceit, torment, hatred and evil. Its ruler was an evil woman named Queen Beryl. At the center of this Negaverse was the Negaforce. Her plan was to take over the Universe using this Negaforce to win the battle that would inevitably take place.
Queen Beryl
1000 years ago, Queen Beryl, seizing the opportunity of a Lunar eclipse, led the Negaverse army on an attack upon the Moon Kingdom. The Negaverse won, as the Moon Kingdom's army was no match for the powerful Negaverse army. Four princesses from Planets of the Moon Kingdom attempted to overcome the Negaverse army, but this attempt proved to be futile. The casualties of this war were rather heavy; Amongst them were the Moon Princess, Queen Serenity's only daughter, and The Earth Prince, Darien.
Beryl's main mission on Earth was to get enough power to free the power of the Negaverse so that she could once again invade our universe. While seeking this power she sends out her minions to go on various tasks such as finding the rainbow crystals, releasing the seven Shadows, and most importantly destroying the Sailor Scouts and retrieving the Silver Imperium Crystal, the only thing that could stop her from ruling the universe. She is eventually defeated by Princess Serena using the Lunar Wand with the crystal and the love of her friends.
Jedite
Jedite was the first of Queen Beryl's troops to begin the collection of energy for the Negaforce. He lured people into groups so that he could harness their Life energy. Unfortunately Beryl grew tired of his failures and banished him to eternal sleep and chose Nephlyte as his successor.
Nephlyte
Nephlyte was the second of Beryl's minions to go up against the Scouts while collecting energy to free the negaforce and find the Silver Imperium Crystal. He prefered to amplify the power of his victims before he collected their power and used the power of the stars to guide his moves. On Earth, he drove a Ferrari and posed as a millionare business man Maxfield Stanton.
He eventually fell in love with Molly. He was in competition with another of Beryl's minions, Zoisite, and she wished to find the Silver Imperium Crystal before he did. She kidnapped Molly when she found out that Nephlyte liked her and wanted to trade her for Nephlyte's dark crystal. Nephlyte went to rescue Molly and temporarily defeated Zoisite's monsters and saved Molly. They escaped, but Nephlyte was badly wounded. When they stopped Molly bandaged Nephylte and they talked. Unfortunately Zoisite and her monsters found them and he got mortally wounded saving Molly. The Scouts showed up in time to save Molly, but not in time to save Nephlyte.
Zoisite
Zoisite was the third of Beryl's minions to confront the Sailor Scouts. She was evil and backstabbing. She killed Nephlyte to gain his position and Queen Beryl's favor.
Her mission was to gather the seven Rainbow crystals which were scattered throughout the world and embedded in unsuspecting humans. She used Nephlyte's dark crystal to activate the rainbow crystal in her victims, thus turning the humans into negaverse servants. The only cure for this was Sailor Moon's Lunar wand.
Zoisite was Malachite's pupil and lover. They both had a pure hatred of the Scouts and Tuxedo Mask. Eventually she teams up with Malachite against the Scouts. She dies, but at the hand of Queen Beryl, having failed one too many times.
Malachite
Malachite was the strongest of Beryl's troops to fight the Scouts. He was very shrewd and cunning. He had an extreme hatred for Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask, especially when Queen Beryl bagan favoring him over Malachite. He, along with Zoisite, plotted against Nephlyte.
He was in love with Zoisite and was extremely upset when Beryl killed her for failing to defeat Sailor Moon. This only heightened his hatred for her. Malichite would have succeded in defeating the scouts if it weren't for the brain-washed Tuxedo Mask stepping in and saving Sailor Moon when she needed it.
