Sailor Star Maker's Japanese name is Taiki Kou, meaning Light of the Big Air. Taiki is the guitarist of the group Three Lights. His birthday is May 30th and is a Gemini. Taiki transferred to Serena's high school and joined the literary club. His favorite subject is literature, but doesn't mind any other subject. Like the rest of the Sailor Starlights, Taiki is a guy but transforms into a girl. Taiki's quite smart, and his intelligence is equal if not better than that of Ami. As Sailor Star Maker, she and the other Starlights can't exactly call themselves part of the Sailor Scouts. Serena wants everyone to be friends as usual, but Taiki and the others seem to have to many differences. Taiki dislikes the fact that Serena and Seiya were such good friends. Taiki almost battled the Outer Scouts because Seiya was friends with Serena. When Princess Fireball was killed, Sailor Star Maker was determined to avenge her death, but later, along with Fighter and Healer, lost his will to leave because Princess Fireball was dead. But Chibi Chibi Moon reminded them that the Inner Scouts had sacrificed themselves for them.

Sailor Star Fighter's human form is Seiya Kou, which means Light of the Star Arrow. Seiya is a vocalist in the group Three Lights. His birthday is July 30th and is a Leo. Seiya transferred to Serena's high school, and joined the American Football team. His favorite subject is physical education, and least favorite is literature. Seiya's favorite food is hamburgers. Like the rest of the Sailor Starlights, Seiya is a guy when untransformed, but becomes a girl after transformation.
Seiya became good friends with Serena, and cared for her a lot. But Seiya knew that Serena had secrets to hide. One time Seiya told her that every person on earth had a glittering star inside themselves, and that the stronger the star, the brighter the glitter. Seiya then said that Serena's glitter was very bright.
When Yaten and Taiki found out Serena was Eternal Sailor Moon, they didn't want Seiya to see her again. The Outer Scouts were going to attack them if Seiya didn't stay away from Serena, which Seiya reluctantly agreed to. Seiya really loved Serena, and felt that her boyfriend was very lucky. He wished they had met much sooner. Just like Darien used to call Serena Meatball head, Seiya calls her "Odango Atama" (literally means Dumpling Head ) which is the equivalent of meatball head.
Sailor Star Fighter acts as the leader of the Sailor Starlights. Fighter wants revenge on Galaxia for destroying the Starlight's planet, and is trying to find the Princess of their planed who had escaped to earth.
Fighter was very happy when Princess Fireball appeared to them, but felt torn between Serena and the Princess. When Fireball was killed, Fighter lost her will to live, but Chibi Chibi Moon reminded the Starlights that the Inner Scouts had sacrificed themselves for the Starlights. Fighter decided to stop Galaxia.
After Galaxia was stopped, Seiya, the Starlights and Princess Fireball returned to their home planet.

Sailor Star Healer's Japanese name is Yaten Kou, which means Light of the Night Sky. Yaten plays the keyboard for the group Three Lights. Yaten's birthday is February 8th and is an Aquarius. Yaten transferred to Serena's high school, but didn't any clubs. His favorite subject is art, and least favorite is physical education. His favorite food is caviar. He becomes Sailor Star Healer when transformed, and he becomes she.
Yaten has the most obnoxious, self-centered attitude, and he seems to have a "comment" towards anything anyone says. Yaten is worse than Raye when it comes to picking on and making fun of others, especially Serena. He seems to be always in an indifferent, grouchy mood. Yaten has a quick temper and a large ego. Only Mina could bring out the good in Yaten.
Yaten didn't like the fact that Serena and Sieya were such good friends, since their "mission" was more important. As Sailor Star Healer, she fights against Sailor Galaxia and her various minions alongside Sailors Star Fighter and Star Maker. When Princess Fireball was killed, Healer felt there was no more reason to go up against Galaxia. But Chibi Chibi Moon reminded the Starlights that the Inner Scouts had sacrificed themselves to save the Starlights.

Chibi Cibi Moon
Chibi chibi is a very small child who one day falls out of the sky just like Rini. She has a little umbrella that she just kind of floats in with that she always carries around. Her very limited vocabulary is "Chibi Chibi!!!" hence the name. She ends up staying with Serena. In the beginning she was totally shrouded in mystery and there was much speculation as to her origin.
The Sailor Scouts and Sailor Starlights' main nemesis was Sailor Galaxia. There was a final show down between Galaxia and Sailor Moon. As they are fighting Sailor Moon all but refuses to fight and starts to really lose the battle. Chibi Chibi intervenes and turns into a magnificent sword that could defeat Galaxia, but still Sailor Moon refuses to fight. Galaxia shatters the sword and we see Chibi Chibi fall.
Sailor Galaxia's goal is to collect Star Seeds, which is the life essence of living beings, but is strongest in the Sailor Scouts. As it turns out before Galaxia became totally evil her star seed manifested itself as Chibi Chibi and fled seeking out Sailor Moon, the only one who could help bring Galaxia back to the light. In the end it's discovered that Chibi Chibi is actually a part of Galaxia!
