Rei was the 3rd senshi to be found. There was a new person at the temple where Rei was, he began selling love charms, which became the fad.  Many girls came from all over the city to buy the charms.  Then, they would take a bus home, the buses began to mysteriously dissappear.  Usagi went to the temple to investigate.  They didnt find much at the temple, but when they left Luna left a stick there for Rei, which ended up being her henshin wand. Usagi used the disguise pen and went on one of the buses and it disappeared into the sky.  Rei also followed, they all entered an alternate dimension, finding out that the new worker was really Jedaite.  Sailor moon got in trouble, then Rei transformed into sailor Mars and savecd the day. etc. etc.
