Chapter History
Current Members & Officers
The Melbourne Alumnae Chapter began with a meeting of seven SAI's on October 16, 1994, with Ellen Horner leading the group.  Group activities over the next year and a half included Christmas caroling, a garage sale, a benefit concert, and a silver tea.

The chapter was officially installed with ten charter members on
May 19, 1996, by (then) National VP Extension and Fraternity Development, Virginia Johnson.  She was assisted by (then) Lambda A Province Officer, Sue Bermann and a few members of the Zeta Tau Chapter from the University of Central Florida.  Events occuring after the installation include a scholarship program that assisted three members of the Brevard Symphony Youth Orchestra.
