City of Eeme
History:

Situated at the edge of the desert, Eeme has a prime position for controlling trade to the settlements to the north along the plains of the western shore.  Good grazing nearby means a supply of wool and meat, as well as grain.  Eeme acts as a caravan stop and connecting point for those goods traveling north, and sometimes those traveling south down the river as well.  Local merchants also add their wares to the traded goods.  The buildings in Eeme are constructed of white limestone from a nearby quarry.
