Chapter 3: Misunderstood
The next day, when Sakura went to school. To her disappointment, Syaoran was not at his seat. She used her hands to cover the disappointment on her face. She felt a tap on her shoulder and turned to see a pair of turquoise eyes. She was dazed by them, each eye had a sparkle which was very astonishing.
"Hey! I'm new here, just wanna say hi!"
"Oh! I'm Sakura Kinomoto. Call me Sakura."
"Sakura... ... nice name! My name is Jason Takizawa, Jason will do."
"Urm...do you know where you are going to be sitting?"
"No, but would you mind if i sit here?" Jason said pointing to the seat that was beside Sakura's seat.
"Of course not...you're welcome..." Sakura's voice trailed off. She kept having a feeling that someone was following her from the time she walked into the school.
Syaoran who had been in school all day long, was angry to find Sakura blushed at the sight of Jason Takizawa. #Brring! Brring!# Syaoran ran into the classroom just as the teacher came in, giving Sakura no time to talk to him. The lesson begin.

#Brring! Brring!# It was recess, Sakura grabbed hold of Syaoran and pulled him aside.
"I need to talk to you!" Sakura said quickly.
"What?!?"
"Why did you run away? What does that mean?"
"Oh, that! So, you were concern, well, just go back to your boyfriend and everything would be okay!"
"Syaoran!!! There's N-O-T-H-I-N-G nothing between Jason and me!!!"
"Yeah right! Calling him by his first name when you only knew him for...for 1 hour and 15 minutes!" Syaoran said sarcastically
"So! You have been tailing me! How could you! You...you... humph!" With that, Sakura walked away briskly with tears flowing down her rosy cheeks. Syaoran looked pathetically at Sakura.
*I'm dead meat! What did i say? What did i say?!? Stupid me!*

#Sniff, sniff!# *Who cares about him anyway?! He's just a...a..a...petty boy!* A tissue was held in front of her.
* So...Syaoran decided to take things lightly.* She smiled and looked up. She saw the same turquoise eyes again. She looked down to the floor and took the tissue.
"What's the matter? I may be able to help..."
"Nothing...thanks anyway..." Sakura managed a to smile.
"Do you mind if i say something?" Sakura shook her head as a reply.
"Actually...i really want to help. Syaoran is not the type for you. Don't waste your time on such a guy...trust me. I spent time on such a girl and...and..and...er....let's not talk about me anymore..."
Sakura listened and felt a mixture of angry and happy.
*Hey! He's insulting Syaoran! But wait! He's right! Why should i waste my precious time on...on that..that...that stupid boy when i got Jason! Wait! Since when i and Jason became close friends?* Jason's voice broke her thoughts. " Think about it, bye!"

At home, Sakura had just receive a phone call.
"Hello, may i speak to Sakura?"
"Yeah... ... I am..."
"Sakura! I'm Tomoyo! What's the matter, you sound so...so gloomy...maybe i can cheer you up with a piece of good news!"
"Tomoyo! Nothing, just love problems...What's the good news?
"Oh well...I'm coming to your school! What's your class?"
"Oh great!!! I hope you are in the same class as me! My class is 1A-3."
"I'm in the same class as you!!! See you tomorrow!"
"Ok. Want to come over for dinner?"
"Sure. 6.30pm sharp!" #Click!# Sakura sighed and fall into a sofa nearby. #Ring! Ring! Click!#
"Hello, may i help you?"
"Sakura, I'm Jason."
"Oh Jason! Yes...what's the matter?"
"Er...are we friends?"
"Of course...why are you suddenly asking me this?"
"Urm...since we are friends...we should know each other better but we don't... ...so, do you mind if i come over tonight?"
"Er...sure!"
"I'll come at 6.45pm sharp then, take care!"
"You too..." #Click! Beep! Beep! Beep...# Sakura was standing, holding the phone in her hand. Her mouth hung open.
*What have i done?!? What have i done?!? i know what i have done! i have let Syaoran down! A...an....and... Tomoyo is coming over tonight!* She hung up the phone and went into deep thoughts...
