Chapter 2: The Beginning Li’s version part two

The doctor came in the room and told me he would treat my wound.

I didn’t leave the hospital until the day Sakura was to leave,

we walked out together and down to her house.

But our vacation wasn’t over.

The powerful force was back and we could both sense it.

She looked at me, "Li, is it going to make us fight again?"

I couldn’t answer that question, because I was looking for that answer myself.

"I don’t know, maybe we shouldn’t be together then."

She looked into my eyes and frowned,

"It will probably just bring us together again."

She had a point. There was no hiding if it wanted us to fight.

I felt strange. I couldn’t control myself.

I was charging at Sakura, she screamed.

I could see the pain in her eyes, pain of fear.

Fear to fight. Fear to fight.....me.

"Sakura I know you don’t want to fight, but you might have to."

She was starting to cry, I couldn’t stand it, she was crying.

I wanted so much to comfort her, when I was right in front of her I felt something.

I stopped right in front of her, not letting my body harm her.

I stopped and hugged her, trying to comfort her.

"It’s alright, I’m fine now."

I looked her straight in the eye, those emerald green eyes just staring into mine.

I walked her home, her side was sore, she was holding it in pain.

When she waked into her house I called for Kero.

He came flying out toward me,

"What do you want, and where has Sakura been for the last three days?"

I looked at him and sighed,

"You’re lucky her dad and brother aren’t home."

He had a big smile on his face,

"Where are they stuffed animal?"

"Out and stop calling me that! What happened to Sakura?!"

I grabbed him,

"She got hurt, she’s been in the hospital, ask her the rest and don’t tell her I told you."

I started walking away,

"Oh and watch her closely, she needs help and rest."

I walked off and Kero flew through the window.

I wanted to stay with her so badly.

But I new it would be safer for her if I left.

I new she would be alright with Kero.
