Chapter 5: It appears (Sakura’s version)

I woke up in the morning,

Kero was right beside me with a tray on his back.

He was in his true form, I nearly flipped over.

He scared me, "Kero why are you on your true form?"

He tilted his head trying to put the tray on my lap,

"I couldn’t make you breakfast or bring it up the stairs when I was in my borrowed form."

*How sweet* I gave him a great big smile then felt strange

the way I did when I attacked Li.

My heart was racing, I didn’t want to attack Li again.

The phone rang and the feeling was gone.

Kero walked in and handed me the phone,

"Hello....Oh hi Li......You what.......you don’t know why you called me?"

It was so odd. He phoned and at the sound of my voice he just felt different.

I new I had to see him, "Li come over right away!"

He sounded confused, "Why?"

I was getting pissed off, "Just come!"

I through the phone at Kero.

He had a sad look on his face when Li walked in the door.

"Kid can I talk to you a moment?"

They walked in to the other room.

I stood there waiting then after an hour or so they came out.

Li looked a little sick to his stomach.

He looked at me and walked out the door.

I tried to run after him, but I was still in bed.

Then that feeling came back, I got out of bed.

Heading in Li’s direction the force made me release my wand.

Luckily Li sensed it and turned around, I was holding the thunder card.

I could only take control of my body long enough to show him the card.

He nodded and started to run, he stopped and turned to face me.

Just standing there I thought he was going to attack,

but he stood there, those chestnut eyes filled with darkness and evil.

I hit the thunder card sending it in Li’s direction when,

I could control my body, right away I called upon the shield card.

His eyes were once again filled with warmth and he ran to my side,

"Sakura I still sense something, get ready."

I didn’t know what could do this, but it was going to regret ever meeting us.

Eli showed up next to us, "Hello, need any help?"

Li was actually glad to see him and nodded.

But then Eli began to laugh evilly,

"You fools think you can defeat me!"

Eli was the evil that was controlling us.

No!!!
