Don't do grades and want to try out some other routines? Or just want to have a go at some different combinations of moves? Have a look at these, but I stress, DO NOT PERFORM ANY ROUTINES WHICH YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF, and always perform them in the presence of a fully qualified coach- make sure they know what you are planning to do before you do it, so they know if it is suitable for you!!!

The routines I have included are listed under different headings which refer to their difficulty...

contain basic shape and landing moves (e.g: tuck, straddle,
pike, seat, front, back, 1/2 twists, full twists)

contain the above and also front and back somersaults in the
tucked position, and piked towards the end

contain the above, with somersaults in all shapes and also
                   barani's and crash dives.

okay, so they will seem hard for beginners and intermediates,
but more advanced trampolinists can try these ones- including
full twisting back somersaults, one and three quarter front
summys, ball outs, double backs...etc etc.
