Improve the professional competence of members in knowledge, skills and competencies by providing high-quality training opportunities related to the faith development of all Senior Adults.
Expand specialized work opportunities in the area of Senior Adult Ministry.
Promote lifelong personal and spiritual development, as well as the overall well-being of Senior Adults.

Vision
SAMB must strive to upgrade the quality of Senior Adult Ministry by providing leadership, support, and encouragment to its members who work with Senior Adults in their local church.
Background: The SAMB brings together dedicated people who work with Senior Adults  in churches throughout the state of Missouri. These people of faith and service need linkages in "common cause." Most of these persons, both professional and volunteers, are actively involved in Senior Adult Ministry at the state and local level.
