		JULIO FAIRLIE SILVA is, without a doubt, one of the best peruvian cartoonists. In spite of that he is more of a motorcycle enthusiast than a comic strip enthusiast, to such point that soon he will start a new rally to Cajamarca and Cuzco on a Honda 350cc.
