Action Comedy-Mitch Preston is a veteran cop who is an expert. Trey Sellars, on the other hand, is a new recruit who loves cameras. After doing a staged audition, Chase Renzi of a sinking television station (*cough* ABC) hires him to be part of a buddy cop show. She also tries to get Mitch onto the show, and he recultantly agrees, after his boss Cpt. Winship tells him he must join because Mitch shot one of their cameras. After some bad tension, Trey and Mitch start to like each other, while working on a case of powerful guns. Chase and co. start to change Mitch's life to make it more camera friendly, and Mitch starts to get really mad about it. Mitch and Trey now must fight the evil while adapting with the cameras.

5/10-Most of the laughs here was mere chuckles and snorts, and they came too sparangly. Director Dey (Shanghai Noon) can't live up to his (only) previous work. Though the movie was entertaining enough and the actors were good, it couldn't save this movie that tries to copy Rush Hour. They tried to make some laughs by having DeNiro saying "he hates this idea", but it just wasn't funny.
Rated PG-13 for language, action violence, and drug refrences.
