Some information on cassia agustifolia.
It is known as locust plant, and it induces
menses and causes diarrhea.
It was recommended to to help detox, to quit smoking.

This plant is also called senna.
It is a laxative that some herbalists have claimed
to cause griping in the abdomin, meaning that it can
cause encrusted fecal matter to become loosened
to be expelled out the rectum.

An intestinal cleanse with senna can cause the cramps
Stopped taking it if imakes you uncomfortable.

If someone develops diarrhea with it,
to reduce the amount taken.

It is to maintain 2 to 3 bowel movements daily,
although a cleanse can produce diarrhea
while on it, but that was only for a few days.

Continual diarrhea isnt not good.

There should not be any side effects
if not taken to produce continual diarrhea.
