My Yr9 Class of 2001
Marrara Christian School
Donovan, Lloyd and Darryl enjoying their stew
Debra, Whitney and Marcella having a great time at camp
Kelly cooking up a feast for her friends
Darryl packing for the trip home. They found it quite hard to pack a bag so that nothing fell off.  They are more used to driving to a campsite and just walking through the bush and going hunting with  a rifle.
Sweet sleep after a hard days walk.
Tanya on the way to camp.
They got sore feet -
they prefer to walk barefoot.
Getting to the camp through the pandanus and woolybutt scrub
Whitney was a character - a cool kid
Our fearless year 9 coordinator - Mr Lahring:  "I think we should wait for Mrs Taylor!"
Mrs Taylor, who leads the girls: she got lost for 2 hours because I didn't wait - oops!
In May, we went on a camp through Holmes Jungle, a small nature park in the southern suburbs of Darwin.  I was the navigator who led the group along with my two colleagues.
My class was the indigenous group.  We have had "big mobs" of fun and they have taught me a lot of things.  In return I give them lots of excuses to laugh at me.
