Duncan Craighead to face Grand Jury?
Once again the 2 For 22 franchise has been disgraced with one of their players being sited for drug use. It has been confirmed today that crackers frontline bowler in yesterdays game was indeed under the influence. When confronted with the claims that D.Craighead (a.k.a Dr. P) had been seen using needles at around 12:30 (only 180 mins prior to the game start) convenor of selectors Rene Smith commented " we are currently deciding what course of action should be taken given the severity of this offence". It is expected that Craighead will have to face the Franchise inquiry and may face anything from a fine to a suspension, but the man himself surrounded by legal council seemed more realistic when we spoke with him earlier today, "I'm just happy the team went out there and did the business, I realise it was a stupid mistake on my part, I should have checked with the doctor as to the legality of the influenza injection and am extremerly sorry to have brought my team mates and the game into disrepute. Any punishment handed down will be graciously accepted, but I feel I have definitely given my career a shot in the foot". So what is it next for the bedragled franchise, we have increasing evidence that the king of swing Matt Young has been up to his old tricks again with four ladies coming forth with complaints about dodgy text messages and broken promises, we have sent our undercover agent down 'n' dirty migale sanchez to dig deep and undercover the real story - which we hope to bring u next week, until then keep a watchful eye on this website for further news. This type of behaviour is not tolerated within the Franchise and it is very likely that Craighead will face suspension. His team mates appeared shocked by the news this eveing and did not wish to comment further. We can only wonder if this latest news on a up and down career for Craighead may see him left out to dry..
