Nenad Petrovic, the Frnachise GM and player of the Crackers will miss the game this Friday. He was scheduled to start for the 3-1 side but will be away on a field trip. This is a major blow for the side that relies on his defensive hussle to wear down the opposing sides. Petrovic who is in the running for defensive player of the season was gutted he was not able to play. His starting place will probably be replaced by Ward who again started last week with Smith not feeling he was ready to regain his starting place. With Smith sure to start this week in SG it will mean a shuffle round in the back court.
In other news Nenad, Rene and Scott and Sam were all used as ring in's in the R&R inter hall basketball side. Sadly they would be involved in a losing side, not able to gel alongside Colin Roxburgh in the quick 10minute practice before takling the court. It was a nice chance for these players to put something back into the R&R establishment that gave them their foundation 3 years ago.
