	We, The Crackers, deny any involvement in the stated drunken ruckus. The players were on the way to the NZ/SA cricket test which they were invited to by the ICC due to some of the players' involvement in the curently unbeaten 2 for 22 team. As for the pirate talk, Interislander CCTV has proven that the lookalikes were Al Qaeda impostors trying to frame the Crackers and destroy their reputation. We call this a new breed of terrorism, they did it to the Canterbury Bulldogs by framing them of cocaine abuse and gang rape and they did it to Leicester City (Dickov and co.) I for one would not allow the players to drink on an official trip. We have a big game ahead of us tomorrow and we do not need media hype and other such distractions on our minds.
