Desilibas.com does not issue any recommended wash instructions for its garments, choice of cleaning methods of the garments are solely at the customers choice and solely the customers responsibility. We shall not be responsible for any damage or discoloration of outfits that occurs as a result of cleaning methods employed by the customer.
Most of our garments are hand-made and delivery times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the of the hand embroidery requested by the customer. Bridal outfits may take up to 12 weeks.
Due to the nature of clothes and material employed and color differences in individual customer VDU's you should be aware that actual colors employed may vary from those on desilibas Web site. We can not guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All products have been fairly described and weights, dimensions and measures given are approximate only. All Items are subject to availability. The outfits displayed on web site are examples of the service and quality of clothing that we can provide to you, we do not keep any outfits in stocks. All items are custom-made and personalized for individual orders.
Our outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable, some exceptions apply. On Bridal orders, No refunds are issued after order is confirmed and payment is received. Please be advice any advance payment received will be comprehended upon cancellation of the order. All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing. Any items indicated as being subject to promotional price have previously been available at the higher indicated price on our site for at least 28 days. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices whether up or down, any price changes will be confirmed with you in your order confirmation document.
