#1. Opponent Attacks With A Right Punch Head Level

1. Left horse with left up coil (windmill) block.
2. Right horse with right hammer right bicep.
3. Right backhand right side of neck.
4. Left knee groin.
5. Left push kick Left hip joint.

#2. Opponent Attacks With A Left Punch Head Level

1. Left twist horse with a right down coil block-grab (known as a clinging hand). Form an outward wrist lock.
2. Left backhand comb grab to the hair at the base of the skull.
3. Right knee solar plex.
4. Right step pass his right foot in a 1/2 horse, while pulling with the left hand on his hair, and right upper cut lift to his front left thigh flipping him forward in a circle over your right thigh.

#3. Inside Clip: Opponents Throws L:

1. L/twist horse W/L up block.
2. R/step along his Left side in Full Horse W/R backhand nose.
3. Draw R/foot back into R/kick stance, R/snapping toe kick groin.
4. Return to original full horse position W/R back of shoulder bump, diaphragm (swing R/arm in between his legs).
5. Quick, R/foward hand sweep inside R/ankle.
6. R/heel kick groin.

#4. Backover: Opponents Throws R:

1. Left side step to the outside of strike W/R up anchor hand.
2. Right roundhouse ball kick, solar plex.
3. Right step, then left step behind him in L/horse with a left backhand palm press throat executing a backover (to force him back and over your right knee pinning him there).
4. R/hammer groin.
5. Push him off knee.

#5.Inside Dead Tree Drop: R/punch.

1. L/twist horse w/L up coil inside block.
2. R/side sweep to his inside L/foot W/R hooking hand pull to his inside R/knee hollow dropping him to his back.
3. R/kick groin.

#6. Small Knee Hollow Clip: Opponent Throws A Left.

1. L/twist horse with L up  pushing block.
2. Pivot L W/R inward slicing footedge kick L/knee hollow.
3. R/back step forming a L/horse, then quickly R/knee back.
4. R/back step, Pivot R into a R/horse W/R backhand palm pull chin downing him.

#7. Kneeling Big Outside Sweep: Opponent Throws A Right.

1. Double down coil (with both hands)and fall to your left onto both hands and left knee.
2. Right roundhouse kick groin.
3. Right back sweep right rear leg downing him.

#8. Chin Na; Big Inside Sweep.

1. Facing the adversary in a natural standing position.
2. Opponent seizes your L/forearm or upper arm with his right hand.
3. Step in with L/foot while L/up inside coil (windmill) grab to the top of his forearm/elbow hollow junction and press strongly down squatting him over the outside of his right foot.
3. Pivot L applying a R to L inside leg, sideways sweep W/R palm L/side of head throwing him down.

#9. Chin Na; Entanglement Arm Lock.

1. Opponent seizes your L/bicep with his R/hand.
2. R/step pass adversaries R/foot (as if turning to walk to your left).
3. Simultaneously, R/down windmill (coil) over the top of opponents R/arm (as if applying a vertical elbow hammer), striking the lower back of your upper arm into his R/outside elbow hollow. (This will cant and tilt him to his right, turning his R/side to you, while bend his right arm into a "V" shape).
3. Continuing your R/arm circling motion, R/palm to the L/side of his head W/R back sweep to his R/back leg while downing him.

#10. Small Inside Inside Hand Sweep; Opponent Attacks With Right Hand.

1. L/side step with a R/up (outside) anchor hand.
2. R/roundhouse kick bladder. 3. Step down with R/foot, at the sametime, R/one knuckle hook diaphragm, and L/one knuckle hook R/kidney nerve point.
4. L/side step with R/hooking grab-pull inside R/knee hollow downing him.

#11. Kneeling Outside Shoulder Throw. Opponent Attacks With R.

1. L/horse W/L up block.
2. R/heel palm nose.
3. Pivot left turning your back to adversary while forming a R/kick stance. R/back step sliding R/leg between opponents legs with R/back elbow diaphragm.
4. Drop to your right knee while R/upper cut grab back of his head flipping him forward over your R/shoulder.

#12. Backover Choke: Opponent Attacks With Right Hook.

1. L/horse W/L up windmill block/grab (Chuin Nau (Anchor hand)), then release the wrist.
2. R/stiff leg buckling (light) sweep to rear R/leg, and form a full horse. At the same time, hook your R/arm around his neck forming a choke and grab your R/wrist W/your L/hand and pulling him into your right front. Release.

#13. Big Sweeping Circle Drop. Opponent Throws A Left:

1. R/side step W/L cross block-grab wrist, seize back of L/hand.
2. Pivot L twisting the opponents hand L/ward forming inward straight arm wrist lock bending him at the waist.
3. R/knee diaphragm.
4. Without stepping down; R back sweep inside L/front leg with R/palm L/upper arm flipping him forward in a circle into his back.

#14. Corner Drop. Opponent Throws A Right:

1. L/twist horse with L/up anchor hand grab, R/wrist.
2. R/round ball kick spleen.
3. R/step in front of adversary W/R backhand grab R/back side of neck.
4. L/step in front of him dropping to R/knee while quickly pull down on the back of his neck W/L upper cut lift groin or R/leg.

#15. Floating Back Drop. Opponent Throws A Right.

1. Left twist horse with L/up block grab (anchor hand).
2. Step in W/R horse and, over his R/arm and shoulder, R/backhand arcoss the back of his neck hooking your right hand up under his L/armpit.
3. L/circular rear step throwing opponent to his back.

#16. Hip Clip. Opponent Throws A Right.

1. L/twist horse W/L up block grab (anchor hand).
2. Right upper cut slap groin.
3. Release L/hold and R/push kick R/hip joint downing him.
4. Hop down to your R/foot along opponent R/side, groin level.
5. L/spinning back heel stomp R/mid thigh.

#17. Floating Drop. Opponent throws a right

1. L/twist horse with L/up anchor hand (block and grab his right wrist) and pull diagonally down to your left.
2. R step with R/chop neck and grab the back of his neck.
3. L/circular rear ½ step, pivot L throwing him to his back.
4. Holding R/wrist, R/kick R/ribs.

#18. Outside Leg Trap With Small Hip Clip. Opponent throws a Left.

1. L/horse W/R up block.
2. Pivot L/foot left forming a L/twist horse W/R chop L/side of jaw below ear.
3. L/sliding-in step W/R backhand R/side of neck and seize back of neck forcing his head down over outside L/knee.
4. Form an "outside leg trap"; Step (swing) R/foot around the outside of his L/foot in a R/twist horse (place your R/outside heel down along the inside rear of his L/heel).
5. At the same time, R/heel palm (sang jerung) L/hip joint downing him.
6. Follow up open.

#19. Single Head Press: Opponent Throws A Right:

1.  L/twist horse W/L up windmill (coil or rolling arm) vertical guard block.
2. L/sliding-in twist horse W/R palm up chop below L/ear.
3. R/step on his centerline W/R backhand hook-grab back of neck forcing head down to groin level.
4. L/step along his R/side while pushing his head down between his legs downing him.
5. R/kick groin.
Key: A vertical guard = L/forearm is vertical W/R forearm horizontal (back of right hand under L/elbow). This is known as "saluting the Buddha".

#20. Hip Whirl: Opponents Throws L. Face Opponent.

1. L/twist horse with L/up block.
2. R/round snap kick spleen.
3. R/side step past his R/foot into R/horse with R/backhand grab back of neck and pull head down to waist level.
4. L/step across the front of him W/L heel palm R/kidney while pull the head down flipping him head first onto his back.
5. R/kick face. Key: L/palm to R/kidney cause his lean forward and down even more while rotating his R/shoulder back behind himself. This causes him to flip himself.

#21. Circle Drop. Opponents Throws a L.

1. L up forearm parry W/L walking step (to step outside the strike by means of turning your L/foot diagonally outward.
2. R/step behind opponent, turn or pivot to your L W/R dragons head (middle knuckle punch) R/kidney nerve.
3. Pivot R W/L dragons head hook front ribs.
4. L/round knee jab spleen.
5. L/back step, at the sametime, L/backhand grab back of neck W/R scoop lift L/knee.
6. As your L/foot touches down, pivot L throwing him in a circle onto his back.
7. R/kick face.

#22. Li Gar; Hip Clip: Opponent Throws A Left.

1. L/twist horse W/R up anchor hand block (to grab and pull downward to the side).
2. Release the arm. Pivot L turning your back to him, execute a R/mule or horse heel kick, groin.
3. R/reverse sliding horse (form a left ½ horse and slide backwards) between his legs W/R side heel palm push R/hip downing him.
4. Pivot R. L/stomp R/knee.
5. L/step to his R/side, drop R/knee to groin.

#23. Small Ankle Clip: Opponent Throws A Right.

1. L/diagonal step to your L 1/4 W/R up anchor hand grab R/wrist chothing.
2. Simultaneously, R/back sweep to his R/ankle while pulling his R/arm down and back toward his rear R/line.
3. Turn L/ W/L kick jaw, below L/Ear.

#24. Ringing The Towel: Opponent Throws A Right.

1. L/side step W/L Up Anchor Hand block.
2. Right kick groin.
3. R/front cross step. Pivot L ending your pivot side by side to Opponent facing in the same direction.
4. At the sametime, execute a L/up coil bring his arm over your head and down along your R/side while seizing his R/palm.
#5. Twist his R/hand inward and up with both your hands. At the sametime, form a R/kick stance next to your L/foot.
5. L/back step, jerk his R/hand diagonally downward W/your L/hand dropping him on his back.

#25. Griding Wheel Throw. Opponents Throws A Left:

1. Face Opponent; L/twist horse W/L up anchor hand.
2. R/Round kick Tail Bone.
3. R/sliding horse along his left side W/R palm to his L/elbow Flipping him forward onto his back. As he flips forward slide your R/hand to his left wrist forming a double wrist grab so his wrist does not slip out of your L/hand.
4. Follow up open.

#26. Large Hip Clip: Opponent Throw R:

1. Left Twist Horse W/L up coil (windmill; poon kiu) block.
2. At the sametime, R/roundhouse palm back of head forcing his head down his R/line (head over his R/leg) placing opponent in low squat W/his head/neck stretched forward.
3. Take a small step forward W/L foot while executing a R/overhead heel palm (kup or cup jeung) back of neck.
4. R/push (marching) kick R/hip.
5. R/step, then L/heel kick groin.
Keys: Moves 1 and 2 are done in one motion. R/hand follows L/hand.

#27. Twin Wing Locks W/Small Inside Sweep Drop: Opponent Throws L.

1. L/twist horse W/L up windmill whipping block L/rear upper arm turning his back to you.
2. Double hooking grab to his outside L and R wrists (R hand to R/wrist, L/hand L/wrist).
3. Quickly lift his arms up behind his back forming twin bent arm (hammer) locks while canting him to your L (this will cause him to bend/lean forward at the waist, to his L, W/his head hanging low).
4. Pivot L on L/foot W/R side sweep (sow geuk mah) to his R/inside leg while canting and tilting both his wrist to your L dropping him face down on the ground.
5. R/kick tail bone.

#28. Floating Drop: Opponent Throws L: 

1. Step forward W/R foot W/R up inside block.
2. L/side step in L/horse W/L backhand L/side of neck forcing his head down low over his R/leg.
3. R/step across his front in a R/horse W/R full hand grab (finger point to the sky) push to his L/bi-cip while pulling the head down lower W/L hand.
4. Continue canting and tilting him to your L flipping opponent to his back.
5. Follow up open.

#29. Small Ankle Clip W/Hip Bump; Opponent Throws L:

1. Step Diagonally to your R/front corner in a 1/2 kneeling horse (lok quei ma)while ducking under the punch (L/forearm over R forearm, both horizontal, L/forearm just below eye level).
2. Turn L W/R one knuckle 1/2 fist jab L/kidney.
3. Turn R W/L one knuckle 1/2 fist (thumb up) L/ribs.
4. Turn L W/L backhand L/side of neck.
5. R/side 1/2 power sweep inside L/ankle (just enough to spread his legs wide open).
6. R sliding step between his legs into his center line bumping him down with the R/side of your hip.

#30. Floating Back Drop. Opponent Throws A Right.

1. Step your L/foot diagonally to your L/front corner W/R 1/2 fist (thumb up) upper cut chin (coming up under his R/arm).
2. R/heel kick groin.
3. W/out setting your R/foot down, R/round kick spleen.
4.Step down in W/R horse across his front W/R backhand arcoss the back of his neck and hook your right hand up under his L/armpit.
5. L/circular rear cross step W/L palm press R/rear shoulder.
6. Piovt L, press down on R/rear shoulder, lift up on armpit; W/R sweep to his L/inside ankle throwing opponent to his back.

#31. Twisting Head Throw: L/Punch.

1. Form L/twist horse W/L UWM block-grab (anchor hand) to L/wrist.
2. Pivot L W/R side heel kick left ribs.
3. Release anchor hand. From R/horse diagonally in front of him. Cross L/palm over R, (R/palm up and L/palm down), double scissor grab to hair on the sides of head (R/hand to R/side, L/hand to L/side).
4. Pivot L into full horse while wheeling him by the head to your left flipping him over your R/upper leg.
5. R/kick to chin.

#32 Bladder Clip: R/Punch.

1. L/horse W/L UWM block.
2. R/hooking grab-pull back of back of neck bending him forward at the waist over his R/foot.      
3. Take a small L/step W/R forearm hammer back of neck.
4. R/pushing side kick, bladder.
5. L/heel kick groin. Keys: Move #2 follows quickly behind move #1.
