Directions: (property is located North of Utica,NY off State Rt. 12)

Take the Putnam Road exit and travel East (from the south make a right turn on Putnam Rd.; from the north make a left hand turn onto Putnam Rd). Follow Putnam Rd. to State Rt. 28 (approximately 1 3/4 miles). Turn right on Rt. 28 and follow Rt. 28 until Gravesville Rd. (about 3/4 mile). Turn left onto Gravesville Rd.
