| Namaste and Welcome! We are Sandalwood Sitar Music Ensemble performing light instrumental versions of Indian Classical Ragas. Our repertoire includes Raag Bhoopali, Raag Hansadwani, Raag Bihag, Raag Kafi, Raag Madhuwanti, Raag Yaman and more, as well as original compositions and versions of western pop songs, like The Beatles' Norweigan Wood, We Can Work It Out and A Hard Day's Night.. For several years now, we have been performing in and around Chicago for Indian wedding receptions, engagement parties, funerals, restaurants, private functions, opening ceremonies, lecture demonstrations and other events. |
