Located between 31138 & 31202 Broad Beach Road, Malibu.

Parking: Street Parking plentiful on the east side of the road.

Notes: This dive location is mentioned in older dive books. It's just north of Zuma Beach. Broad Beach Road is the first traffic light north of the long beach parking lot for Zuma Beach. (The east bound direction is Trancas Canyon Rd).

Quoting from a 1980 edition of Diving West: " Long gradual slope of sandy bottom with rock piles in 10' of water 50 yards offshore. Eelgrass begins in 15' of water and small reefs appear in 20' to 25' of water. Clams and halibut (especially in March) in shallow sand. Numerous fish such as perch and calico bass located on the reefs. With the long sloping bottom the surf breaks further out increasing the chances of the beginning diver being knocked off balance."

Other books state that visibility is generally not very good due to the nature the sandy bottom, but the site is a reasonable location for night dives.
