I love poetry...I am a gentle soul, with loving ways and while I fear NOTHING, I really prefer to chase butterflies and smell the roses....or perhaps lay on the flower beds! On September 20, 2006, my sister Muffi and my brothers Little Joe and Ranger and ME celebrated our birthday! We were born in 1996.

Boomer J. Foxworthy, my dear friend, went to the Bridge at 8:45am on May 6. He woke up paralyzed and so his Mom took him to their vet and he went to sleep easily. His Mom says he is running and jumping and playing with lots of friends now, and he has nice strong legs, a good back, and no pain. He never cried about the pain until that last morning - it was a way for him to say it was time.

A Bridge Called Love

It takes us back to brighter years,
to happier sunlit days
and to precious moments
that will be with us always.
And these fond recollections
are treasured in the heart
to bring us always close to those
from whom we had to part.

There is a bridge of memories
from earth to Heaven above...
It keeps our dear ones near us
It's the bridge that we call love.

Muffi and Little Joe are pictured below. She is quite FAT and she is teased a lot about being "plump" but she is sweet- natured and just ignores it. Little Joe was small and quite a hairy fellow. His nickname was "Revolving Door Joe" because he had to go everywhere Mom went. He went away from us on January 25, 2006 and I miss him.

My mom, Prissy, a lovable lady but with a temper at another female dog named PuppySue. She gets along good with all the others. She is our "paw waving" poochie who lays on her side and waves both front paws so you will scratch her tummy! She is sweet enough to "dress up" too...

Prissy took time out from envisioning other pets dressed in their very best to celebrate her birthday on Jan lst! She was born on New Year's Day in 1995. She has enjoyed tormenting her brothers these past years and she had one litter of puppies so she has known "motherhood"...she abandoned them when they were about four weeks old...but they were eating well and did not need "mommy" anymore.

Here is a friend of the Peke's...see Scampie in her
finery...she was not too impressed with the hat!!

Dr. Seuss Explains Why Computers Sometimes Crash

Read this to yourself aloud--It's Great!

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted at a very last resort,
and the access of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report.

If your cursor finds a menu item followed by a dash
and the double-clicking icon puts your window in the trash;
and your data is corrupted cause the index doesn't hash,
then your situation's hopeless and your system's gonna crash!

If the label on the cable on the table at your house
says the network is connected to the button on your mouse,
but your packets want to tunnel to another protocol,
that's repeatedly rejected by the printer down the hall,
and your screen is all distorted by the side effects of gauss,
so your icons in the window are as wavy as a souse;
then you may as well reboot and go out with a bang,
'cuz sure as I'm a poet, the sucker's gonna hang!

When the copy of your floppy's getting sloppy in the disk
and the microcode instructions cause unnecessary risk,
then you'll have to flash the memory
and you'll want to RAM your ROM.
Quickly turn off the computer and be sure to tell
your Mom!
