Simply Sandi's Girl Fishing Tutorial
Click the graphic to receive the zip file for this tutorial.
I have included the layer palette with layers named in the zip along with a face tube and selections.  You will need either a pattern tile or just use whatever color you want for the dress and pants.
I have made this small because that is what I like, I have selections twice this large if anyone wants them you can email me.
These selections require a new image 300 x 300 transparent.  I have tried to put the selections in order so it will make it easier.  I didn't do much beveling, just a little on the wood, you can use softedge if you want the wood beveled.   I made sure the selection was floating, inverted and drop shadowed the clothing.  You decide what you like.  I used "round" bevel on the fishing rod. I used a slight round bevel on the shoedetails.   After you download the "shoebottoms" selection and floodfill with grey, go to effects, textures, blinds, set width 2, opacity 100, horizontal checked, light from left checked.  I smudged the background giving it a digital painting effects before merging with the rest of the layers.  I also smudged the hair a little and did more than one layer with the hair detail selections changing the colors slightly.  For got to put the teddy bear tube in the zip so get it below.  Just cut and paste it onto the proper layer.
