Sandledge Labradors
In
1976 when my then husband, who was a duck hunter told me if I
wanted to get a dog it would be a Labrador. We checked the kennels
out and found a field trainer named John Bloom with the Phantomshire
lines. We purchased a black female from him, Phantomshire Mist.
I started her in puppy training as soon as she was 4 months old.
It was at this class when I was told about a puppy match that
was to be held the next week end.Well I went to this match and
my puppy won best junior puppy. I was hooked, I have shown horses
for many years and the competitive spirit is in me. Showing dogs
has been my passion ever since.
