NOTE


At the end of November, I will move the following routes to off line storage. They will still be available by request and most are in the Train Sim Library. All of these are pieces and parts of the route I want to build, so they will reappear as part of that route in time. I need the room to begin posting.

Listowel - Ballybunion Railway

A Small little route based on the Listowel - Ballybunion Railway, a Lartigue Monorail that existed in Ireland from 1888 until 1924. This was an idea from Alex Farlie. He asked if some one would be interested in this route. I made some tracks and decided to model the existing museum route that exist today. Boeing 737

I am building a route called Inner harbor. It connects a Harbor and an airport. While browsing the Train-sim forum, I saw Shane Roberts (Central Trains) Airport scene and it inspired me to start on my air port. After all I do need a home for the Blimps I build. But then, I could not leave all that concrete unused, so I put together a drivable (flyable??) Boeing 737. The speedometer shows in KPH but pretend it is MPH or KnPH, and it actually looks pretty good considering it is really a train. Coments by 737 drivers for improvements are welcome and encouraged. This is version 1. Please see the readme for credits. A lot of other people helped with this. If you are downloading this as an update, just install over the existing file. Note some special effects included.

Airport Approach







This is Inner Harbor MOFN airport approach for the Boeing 737. It is a bumpy day and you are low, so watch your airspeed. Read the instructons for the 737 and speed limits. You will need to approach at 140 indicated, flair at about 120 and stand on the brakes to stop at this VERY short airport. A day and night approach are included. If you have the Miniharbor monorail test route, you will recoginize the city you fly over. This is first cut at this. I hope to improve with the final release. Note there is a small bug when using this in BVE 4, Choose ignore andit works fine

Airport Objects



Various airport objects that will allow you to add an airport to your route. Included are day and night versions of a control tower, approach lights, Runway and taxiway, and airport beacon. Runway labeled for 38 and 18 ( north south runways). These are NOT photo realistic. Night versions are lighted

Null Platform for BVE

No picture since there is nothing to show.

Null Platform for Route Builder. If you need to put a platform in Route Builder, but do not want any thing to show, use these. Use for routes that do not require showing platforms such as tram routes or routes where the platform is part of the station object already

Round Buildings



A collection of round buildings for Route Builder and hand coders. If you are using Route Builder DO NOT extract the three bmp files called house*.bmp. These are already in your buildings library. NOTE these are about 64 meters tall, but can be used as smaller buildings by sinking them with the freeobje command. Combine with the standard RB buildings for interesting architecture.

Bus Night Kit



Adds headlights and interior lighting to the bus set below. Download this if you alrready have the bus library.

Bus Library

NEW MARCH 1ST Includes Object fix and night kit.This is a set of bus objects for BVE. Both full 3d models and simple models are included. They are based on an Orion 7 bus. Several pre-colored models are included. The simple bus type is easy to recolor, but the complex bus is not. You may use these as is or use them as examples to reskin your own. Most of the bus objects are or driving on the right hand side of the road, but there are two left hand side of the road models in plain white, a simple and complex.

Bus object fix

One of the things that came from the test route above was that there is an error in the complex bus library when using on some video cards. This fixes that error. Replace the files in the bus library with these to get rid of the non transparent front windows on some of the bus objecss

BVE Curved object maker



This is an Excel spread sheet to make curved objects for BVE. Allows left, right up and down curves. derived from Luigi's curve10 sheet.

Curved Bridge and Bridge track



A set of curved Bridge track with and with out overhead. Designed for Route Builder, but usable in any route. A set of curved wooden trestle type bridges and the bitmaps for a stone work bridge. Included is a utility to create these. The directions are the same as for use of Curve 10 to produce curved sections of track. Choose curve radius, track height, bitmaps for track, bridge side and top. Paste result into a B3D file. If you need CSV, use the bve file converter.

Mars Comment Route



This is a little in progress route inspired by the Martin rover launches. I put this up when the rovers landed. NOTE CLICK ON THE PICTURE TO GO TO THE ROVER HOME PAGE. I am looking for comments on thisl, but it is fun to play with.

BVE File Converter Version 2



This is the second release of a BVE file converter. It allows full bi-directional conversion of object files from CSV to B3D and B3D to CSV. The converter also allows you to modify the position of CSV files in space. You can move the file in X Y and Z directions, resize (scale) and mirror in all three axis.


Helicopter Objects for RB and BVE

Helicopter objects for BVE and RB. One for ground, one for flight. Inspired by Martin Finken 's drivable version found at

Monorail Creator

This is a collection of stradle beam monorail with power rails and enclosed suspended monorail tracks. They were created with a modifyed version of Luigi Cartello

Narrow Guage Demo Route

This is a small demo route for the Narrow gauge track pack for BVE. It was created using Route Builder 1.0 and 1.1. Please see the various credit files for detailed credits,

Currently only available at Train-sim.com library. If you can not access this library, email me and I can send it to you

Narrow GuageTrack Pack

This is set of narrow gauge tracks and narrow gauge tracks with rack rail. They are in the size of 12" 24 " and 36 " ( approximately 300,600 and 900 mm). They have smooth curves of 50, 100, 150, 200, 500, 1000 and 2000 meters. Also included are the raw rack rails for these curves if you want to add them to your rails. Included is a text file to add to your trackdef file in route builder to give you access with out having to define these tracks.

Air Ship Objects


This is the Airship object set. It is a companion to the drivable Airship. It includes an Airship, hanger, docking mast and windsock and a Helium transport truck trailer. Included is a complete scene. Also included is a very small Airship to use as a forced perspective object.

Helicopter FlightControl

The Flight Control program allows you to change the altitude and off set that theBVE Helicopter ( found at http://bve-train.de/)* flys. It also allows you to change the view pitch, or look down, angle

Three Side Building

A three sided building object for BVE. Place this a the intersection of diverging track. You can adjust the length of the sides to get angle you need. Equal sides = 45 degrees. As is is now, it is about 30 degrees. You can work out the lengths for other angles.There is a Heliport on the top floor. Some place to put the helicopter above

Building 51

This is a Black Building object for BVE. Place in your object folder along with the bitmaps. Building name is Building 51, for your classified projects. A Building sign is included.

Bridge Objects

Three bridge objects. They are for adding to the RB library, but you can use them in your BVE Objects folder too.These are three bridges that are wide enough to take the 4 lane Blve from the RB library if you want to adda different road survace. They sit at about 8 meters and can be raised to 18 meters. The set contains a Bridge

wide enough to cross 4 tracks or 4 road traffic lanes, a viaduct to carry the road with out a tunnel and a ramp togo up and down to the road.


Marked Axis

An X-Y-Z marked axis file in CSB and BED format for BVE viewersFor use with structure viewer to check alignment of files.You may modify and reuse this file as long as the original author line is maintained and you add your name to it.
