#088(F): Gina goes to the hotel room looking for Keith. She finds a Mexican style dress and puts it on, as Keith comes in dressed as a Matador. Robert and Cruz make their way through a swamp. Eden and "Robert" go downstairs, where Craig plays the tape. Eden tells Robert they never had that converstation, but it was made out of bits and pieces of all their talks put together. She tells him maybe it was Flame, or maybe Robert wanted to make Kelly think something was going on between them. Sophia leaves another letter for CC at the house. Cruz and Robert find a shed, and some chain cutters, and get seperated. Robert tells Eden it had to be Flame, but Eden says what if he got Kelly declared mentally incompetent, then he would get the money. When Eden wants to tell Kelly, he stops her, saying he will tell her himself, but Eden goes upstairs anyway. Kelly is standing and drinking when Eden knocks on the door. Kelly quickly gets back in her wheelchair and tells Eden to leave. Robert comes in and tells Eden to listen to what her sister wants, and he also wants her and Craig out, but she tells him she's not going anywhere without Kelly. Robert and Cruz find a "fan" boat and make their escape through the waters. Eden tells Robert he has blinded Kelly so much that she doesn't know what she is doing anymore. He tells her and Craig to leave. Eden has a plan to talk to Kelly and tells Craig not to leave Kelly alone while she goes to look for Flame. CC goes to the beach and finds a blanket and a note. He then opens the champagne and thinks of when he first meet Sophia( Mitch Brown as a young CC). Sophia arrives and tells CC she is Allison Simms. As Cruz and Robert make their way through the swamp, the police are hot on their trail. Craig pretends to leave, then climbs up the side of the house to the bedroom window. Kelly asks Robert who Flame is. Sophia tells CC she did all this to remind him of the past. Robert tells Kelly that is Debra's real name, as Kelly drinks from a flask, she tells him he has been lying to her, and she wants him out of her life. He tells her he won't leave her, so she tells him to stay in his part of the house. Eden goes to Flame's cottage to look for her. Cruz and Robert make it to land. "Robert" tells Kelly she has changed his life and he loves her, but she doesn't want to hear it. As Eden is going to leave, she finds the remote, and is shocked to see Flame in the cell.

#088(F): Cruz and Robert are able to "borrow" a plane to get back to Santa Barbara, when Roy comes out from behind. "Robert" goes to tell Kelly he is not who she thinks he is. She's drinking and calls him a liar, and goes on about him cheating on her and Debra with Eden. He tries to calm her down,but she won't listen, as the lights go out. Eden is shocked to see Flame in the cell. She tells Eden Robert locked her in there, and that he has lost his mind. She goes on to say they need to get to the house because Kelly is not safe there. Gina, Keith and Brandon arrive back in Santa Barbara, where he reveals to her he is the DA again, and that is what the key is for, his office. Craig finds a secret passage way and hides as Robert comes in to check out the noise. Kelly drinks and starts to hallucinate . Roy holds a gun on Robert and Cruz, but Cruz is able to get it away from him. Flame tells Eden Robert only wants Kelly's money. Eden says maybe she is the one Kelly should watch out for. Eden tells Flame she knows she has been involved with Robert for awhile. Flame goes on about Robert's plan, leaving out her involvement. Eden tells her it's unbelievable and she left out her own involement. When the tower wants Robert to land somewhere else, Cruz tells them they have a police emergency, which allows them to land. Robert finds Kelly after she passes out, and puts her on the bed. When he leaves she gets up and gets the gun out of the draw and says she'll take care of him. Eden tells Flame she knows her name and her past, and how she and Robert were in on it together. Despite her pleas not to leave her there, Eden walks away. Cruz and Robert arrive at the airport when two cops tell Cruz they have orders to take him in to the new DA, Keith. Cruz tells them to let Robert go, and he gives him the address. Cruz is shocked to see Keith, and asks if it is a joke. Eden gets to the house and sees the two Roberts' and doesn't know what to think.

#088(F): Keith has the handcuffs taken off Cruz, as he demands to be released. Keith goes on about what he has planned for the town. Eden is horrified at the site of two Roberts'. The real Robert tells Eden Quinn is his twin brother, as Quinn tries to convince her he is Robert. Eden says he never had a twin, and he says he never knew of him. Kelly sits upstairs and imagines hearing Eden and Robert making fun of her. Keith keeps harassing Cruz as he goes to leave. He tells him he wants to know about the plane he stole. Cruz then pulls back and decks him. Eden tells Robert and Quinn one of them better convince her of who he is. The real Robert goes on about the beach on La Sieranas . When Robert and Eden go to get Kelly, she comes in with the gun and Quinn sneaks off. Kelly tells Robert not to move, as she points the gun at him. Cruz gets away as Keith rants and raves to find him. Eden and Robert try to tell Kelly she is not well, and she was lead to believe something was going on. Robert tells Kelly he has a twin, and he didn't marry her Quinn did. She doesn't believe either of them, and says they think she is crazy. Eden tries to tell Kelly she has been drugged, and what has happened. Robert is able to get the gun from her and gives it to Eden as he goes to look for Quinn. Robert and Quinn come face to face, as Quinn holds a gun on him. They argue about all the things Quinn and Flame have done to him and Kelly. Eden tries to convince Kelly she needs to take her to the hospital, but she won't listen. They hear a bang and Eden goes to check, picking up the gun off the desk. Eden sees the back of someone (Robert) and when he turns to her, he is pointing a gun, and she shoots and yells NO. Robert falls to the floor, as Eden rushes over to check him, and realizes he is dead. Kelly then comes from behind and faints.

#088(F): Eden looks over Quinn as she hears and sees Kelly. Eden goes to her but she passes out. Julia and Dash return from San Carlos. She finds an envelope with her divorce papers waiting for her. Mason is at the O/E talking with an attorney he hired. He tells Mason the San Carlos divorce is invalid in California. Keith and Gina talk about Cruz ignoring him. Cruz gets a cruiser from another cop, despite him telling Cruz Keith has a warrant out for his arrest. Eden gets Kelly to the couch then goes for help. Cassie comes in the O/E and overhears Mason and his attorney talking. She tells him Julia will be upset when he tells her the news, and he says for now, he's not going to say anything and let her enjoy being a "single" woman. Cruz gets to the house and finds Kelly on the couch and thinks she drank too much. He goes upstairs to look for Eden, and finds "Quinn's" body. Craig comes in as Cruz hears him. He tells Cruz he was knocked out in the basement. Cruz tells Craig about Quinn and Robert, and how he is dead upstairs. Cruz goes in the attic and finds Robert tied up. Robert goes downstairs and sees Quinn dead and tells Cruz it's like looking at his own death. Eden comes back and Cruz asks where she was, and she tells him since the phone was dead she had to drive for help for Kelly. He tells her about Quinn being dead, and she says she knows as Keith slithers in and wants to know about the body from Eden. Cruz and Robert both tell Keith about Quinn and what he has done. As Eden fills in the paramedics about Kelly being drugged, Cruz overhears her. She tells him of what Flame told her about the drugs Quinn gave Kelly. Keith says it appears Eden is the only one who could have been in the room when the trigger was pulled, and asks if she seen what happened. Eden tells them what happened when she came back from Flames and saw Robert and Quinn for the first time. She goes on to say how she and Kelly later heard a noise upstairs and she went to check it, but left the gun on the desk, but it's not there now and nobody knows where it went. Cruz talks to the medical examiner about his early findings, and then Cruz, Eden and Craig head to the hospital. When they are alone Eden tells Cruz she is the one who shot Quinn.

#088(F): Julia watches Mason and Cassie through a window at the construction site of the Oasis. Kelly wakes up with Robert and the doctor treating her standing there. Robert tells Kelly of the drugs in her tea. He then tells her about Quinn who was his twin brother who he never knew of. Eden and Cruz talk about what happened. She tells Cruz Quinn had a gun and she thought he was going to shot her. He asks what she did with the gun, and she tells him it's in her coat pocket. She says she's sorry she didn't say anything and lied, but he tells her not to say anything until they find out what exactly happened. Cruz tells Eden he's not letting Keith do to her like he did to him with Elena. They then go in to see Kelly. She tells them Robert told her about Quinn. They then fill her in about Flame, and Cruz asks what she saw, and she doesn't remember anything. Julia ends up at Dash's after seeing Mason and Cassie. Kelly talks to Robert about Quinn and all that has happened. She asks him if Cruz and Eden think she killed Quinn, since she couldn't remember. Cruz and Eden return to the house, as the police investigate. Cruz sends them to another part of the house. He then has Eden go over it with him. He asks if she remembers seeing Quinn's gun after he fell. She then thinks she may have imagined he had a gun,but Cruz tells her if she said he had one then he must of and not to doubt herself. They talk about what to tell Keith to satisfy him, when Keith comes from behind and says why not try the truth. Kelly talks with Robert about when he was kidnapped, and she realizes the differences started then. Cruz and Eden talk with Keith about the theory they have on who killed Quinn. Cruz and Eden go to Flame's and he tells her he needs to bring her in. He goes on to tell her they know about Quinn and Robert. She fakes being scared of Quinn until Cruz tells her he's dead, and she screams. At the station, Keith comes in as Cruz is questioning Flame. She blames the whole thing on Quinn, and says she loved him and was scared of him at the same time. Cruz has her booked for attempted murder and kidnapping as she screams when they take her away.. After Keith leaves Eden tells Cruz not to let Keith get to him. She then takes the gun out and wants to make a statement, but he won't let her. Keith summons them back to the house and informs them everyone there, including CC are not to leave town.

#088(F): Mason sees Cassie standing in his apartment in only a towel. She then goes up to him and kisses him. Julia and Dash kiss, then she pulls back saying she can't do this, but Dash tells her he thinks she wants to and kisses her. CC wheels Kelly in the living room, when Robert brings in her luggage. He says he'll be staying on his boat again. Eden is sitting thinking of the shooting, when Cruz comes down and says he'll take her and the kids out. She tells him she doesn't think she should be around them. He tries to tell her Quinn would of killed her or Kelly. She wonders if she imagined the gun, since they haven't found one. He tells her to have faith and believe they will find who took the gun. Mason pulls away from Cassie, and she goes to get dressed. He tells her he is not free to need her. Julia kisses Dash back and they make love, but she is still hesitant. Gina and Keith talk about the missing gun and who may have took it. Robert comes in and Keith asks him to identify Flame as the person who held him. He says that 's her and where does he sign. Eden and Cruz talk about Kelly wanting to see her and maybe she seen Quinn holding the gun. Robert tells Flame off for all she has done to him. Cruz sneaks back in the house to search. He comes across the passage way on top of the stairs. Keith offers Flame a deal to work with him to nail a Capwell. Julia gets dressed and writes a note for Dash and leaves. Mason talks with Kelly to see what she remembers. Eden comes and Kelly tells her she has a lot to tell her. Cruz searches the attic, when he finds Keith sitting in the dark. He tells Cruz he should have at least one partner, and accuses Cruz of working alone to cover up for Eden's involvement. Eden and Kelly talk and she apologizes to Eden for how she has been treating her. When Keith comes in, Eden ducks out. Mason tells Keith he is representing his family so any questions he has are to be directed to him. Cruz and Eden talk about Keith, and Cruz takes the gun and wants to bury it, but Eden says he can't it's wrong. Cruz says if he has to give up his badge to keep Keith from building a case of murder against her he will. Julia tells Augusta she only slept with Dash to get back at Mason. Robert goes back to see Kelly and wants to make things right, but she asks for some time. He tells her not to be afraid to love him again. After Robert leaves, Kelly stands up from her chair, as Robert comes back and sees her. Cruz and Eden bury the gun in the yard. When they attempt to go inside, Keith is there and says you weren't sunbathing in the dark, so what are you doing.

#089(F): Cruz tells Keith he is trespassing , but he wants to talk to Eden about her and Flame's so called catfight over Robert. Cruz gets mad, but Eden tells him she'll tell him what he wants to know. Dash calls Julia as Mason is standing there. She tells him she'll call him later, since she can't talk right now. She agrees to work on the visitation schedule and he agrees to see Samantha when someone else is present. Kelly tells Robert all she remembers is taking the gun out of the draw, then Eden had it. Eden tells Keith the only confrontation she had with Flame was when she confronted her about her affair with Robert. After he leaves, Eden tells Cruz she is worried about Kelly and wants to tell Keith the truth. Robert tells Kelly until they know what happened don't let anyone know she can walk. She asks if he thinks she killed Quinn, when CC comes in and interrupts them. Cruz tells Eden they need to wait and she can't tell Keith. Robert brings Kelly by to talk to Eden while he and Cruz leave them alone. Kelly tells her she needed to talk to her and Eden says she has something to tell her as well. Keith brings Flame to the house and asks her to give him a tour of the secret passageways. Cruz goes back to the house and finds the hammer of the gun lodge in the wall behind the staircase. When Cruz hears someone, he puts the piece in his pocket and hides. Kelly and Eden talk about Robert and her now that Quinn is gone. Kelly tells Eden she loves Quinn, not Robert. Julia and Samantha go through their Christmas decorations. Keith and Flame get locked in the attic. When Kelly is alone she gets out of the wheelchair and Gina sees her through the window. Cruz shows Eden the gun hammer and tells her it was in the attic, and it wasn't from the gun she had. She says that means Quinn did have a gun. Cruz tells her they will find it.

#089(F): Gina goes to Keith's office and he is not there. She gets the cop to tell her he went with Flame to the murder scene. Keith tries to get out before Gina finds them, and Flame ribs him about being hen pecked. They then discuss who killed Quinn, and she says Kelly and Craig Hunt are her suspects. Craig goes to see Kelly after she calls him. She apologizes to him for how she has treated him. Eden goes over the night of the murder, when Gina comes in the house looking for Keith. Cruz comes up from behind and grabs Eden before they are caught. Robert comes in as Craig is talking with Kelly. They all talk about Keith having it in for the Capwells and Cruz. Cruz asks Eden what she is doing there. She tells him she couldn't sleep and thought she could remember something. Gina finds Keith and Flame and he tries to explain how they got locked in, but Gina wants to know what he was doing there with Flame. Cruz goes in Keith's office after learning he put out a search warrant. Eden hears Kelly and Robert discussing the murder, and she asks Kelly if she thinks she knows who killed Quinn. Craig returns to his room and unwraps a gun in his draw. He thinks of how he found Kelly holding it and how he took it from her after seeing Quinn dead. Two cops go to Craig's with the search warrant. They then find the gun. Kelly tells Eden she hasn't remembered anything new. After Keith tells Cruz about the warrant,he listens outside the door as Gina tells Keith she saw Kelly walking. Eden goes home and tells Cruz of her visit with Kelly and Robert. Cruz then tells Eden what he heard Gina say about seeing Kelly walking. Craig confesses to Keith he killed Quinn. He makes up a story of how it happened. Keith tells him he's lying, since the fingerprint on the gun was Kelly's.

#089(F):Julia and Augusta are having lunch at the Orient Express, and Augusta is acting very jittery. She tells Julia Minx is changing her will and she and Lionel think there could be another Lockridge out there. Keith and Gina talk about putting all the Capwells behind bars, as he looks at pictures of all of them then throws a dart at Kelly's. Kelly reads the newspaper, as Robert takes it from her. Cruz learns of Craig's arrest after the alleged murder weapon was found in his suite. Cruz also learns they have lost the bullet. Eden calls Cruz and is feeling down. She tells him how she and the kids went and got the Christmas tree. She asks if there is any news, and there's a knock, so she tells him to hang on while she gets it. It's Sophia, who she was expecting. While she is answering the door Cruz talks to the officer and learns Kelly's fingerprints were on the gun. Eden comes back and asks Cruz what about Kelly. Cruz lies and says someone was asking him about Kelly. Eden worries about Keith pulling something and Cruz tells her to let him take care of that. He then asks for Craig to be brought in. Julia agrees to help out Lionel and Augusta. Mason and CC talk about Keith setting up his predecessor to get the job again. Cruz talks with Craig and he sticks to his story, but Cruz knows he is trying to protect Kelly. Cruz worries about Eden and calls her back. They make plans to decorate the tree later, but he knows she is still feeling down.Robert and Kelly talk about helping Craig. Keith goes to the house to arrest Kelly for killing her husband. He gets Kelly to stand up, as a shocked Mason and CC look on. CC calls the house looking for Cruz and tells Eden what has happened and that Kelly can walk. She tells him to tell Kelly everything will be alright. Cruz then walks in CC's and CC tells him he called Eden and told her. Cruz tries to reach Eden, but she's in the yard digging up the gun he buried. Kelly is booked and fingerprinted, as Mason and CC wait. Robert tells her they'll get her through this. Mason tells her not to say anything. Kelly thinks she may have done it. Cruz gets there looking for Eden, but she's not there. Eden tells Chip and Adriana she needs to go away for awhile. When the line is busy, Cruz then heads home. Dash calls Julia and says he has a surprise for her and asks her to meet him at an address he gives her. She agrees, since she wants to talk to him. Cruz gets home and Chip tells him Eden is gone and she was sad. Eden is driving her car, and thinks of her and Cruz's life together. She then reflects on the shooting, and loses control of her car.

#089(F): Julia and Augusta talk about her going to meet with Dash. Julia wants to set the record straight with him and Augusta thinks she is blowing the whole thing out of proportion. Dash is at the house he got for Julia with a candle lite table and Christmas tree waiting to propose to her. Cruz finds the gun is gone and calls Boswell to try and hold Eden back from talking to anyone at the police station until he gets there. Mason comes in and asks what is going on. Eden has smashed her car and is semi-conscious as blood flows from her head. She manages to get out of the car, then falls to the ground. Keith and Gina go to the country club, where he informs her they are now charter members. As Keith is talking to a couple of reporters, CC comes in and bashes him out about Kelly. Julia tells Augusta she doesn't want to be involved with any man. CC warns Keith he won't be DA for long, so he'd better enjoy it while it last. Cruz tries to cover with Mason about why he's worried about Eden talking to the police. The phone rings and Cruz learns of Eden's accident as he and Mason rush there. Julia arrives at the address Dash gave her.Cruz and Mason get to the accident site, when Eden, who is semi-conscious tells Cruz to promise her he will tell them the truth, as Mason listens to her. Cruz tries to keep her calm as they take her to the hospital. Mason asks Cruz what Eden meant and Cruz says she didn't know what she was saying. Julia returns from Dash's very subdued. Augusta comes in and asks how things went, but she is very quiet. When Mason tries to corner him about what is going on, Cruz tells him he can't talk to him right now,he's worried about Eden. CC and Sophia arrive and Cruz tells them of Eden's car accident. The doctor comes out and says Eden is in a comma and it doesn't look good. Julia tells Augusta she was raped. Cruz sits with Eden and talks to her, when the machines go crazy. This is the start of Eden's out of body experience.

#089(F): Dash blows out the candles and looks at the ring when Stephen comes by. He jokes with him about having the place all spruced up. He then asks Dash if Julia was surprised and wants to know what really happened, since he doesn't look to happy. Augusta is dumbfounded when Julia tells her she was raped.she tells her Dash was the one who did it. The doctor works on getting Eden's heart started again, as Cruz tells CC he was talking to her and her heart stopped. They wait outside the room, as Eden goes to them, but they can't see or hear her. Julia calls a friend of hers' who is a woman cop to report the rape. The doctor tells them they got Eden's heart going again, as she tries to get them to hear her. Cruz hears Eden call out for help, but thinks he is imagining it. Cruz goes back inside and sits with Eden and holds her hand and talks to her about her telling him they have the same lifeline. He tells her to hold on for him and their kids. Mason calls Cruz out and tells him Keith has moved up Kelly's bail hearing and he needs Cruz to talk to Craig again. Cruz doesn't want to leave Eden's side. Her spirit tells Cruz he has to, she was on her way to tell the truth when the accident happened. Cruz then agrees to do it. Cruz questions Craig again as Eden's spirit coaches Cruz on what to ask him. Cruz catches Craig when he says he shot Quinn close up. Cruz demands he tell him who he's protecting. Craig then tells him the truth- how he found Kelly with the gun. Cruz later tells Mason Eden shot Quinn in self defense, but they haven't be able to find his gun. Mason says Kelly can't take the rap and Cruz says he just needs a little time. Eden's spirit goes to the scene of the car accident. Cruz goes home and talks with Chip. As Cruz is asleep. "Eden" knocks on the door near the hot tub. He wakes up as Chip does and says he had a dream about Eden, as Cruz looks out the door and says so did he.

#090(F): Keith stands in the empty courtroom planning in his mind how his case will be. Kelly is brought to the court, as Robert stops the guards for a few seconds to talk to her about Mason working on her case. Sophia then comes and Kelly asks where is Eden. Cruz is sitting with Eden, talking to her, as her spirit watches him. He tells her she has to wake up. Eden then sees a woman who says it's time that they talked. She says she doesn't want to die and the woman says she is there to try and help her while she is walking around, but she can't help her to wake up. Eden is then at the courthouse . Mason tries to calm Kelly down as Cruz comes in. Robert tells Cruz Kelly doesn't know about Eden, and Mason thinks that is the best thing right now, and Cruz agrees it is. CC gets the judge Keith had on the case changed. Keith argues Kelly shouldn't be released on bail, while Mason argues Kelly would not skip town. Mason tells Cruz he thinks the judge is going to take Keith's side in this matter. Cruz then calls Jamie Lawrence and asks her about hypnotizing Kelly on the sly from Keith. Eden feels helpless as she walks around unable to do anything to help. Keith bargains with Flame to be a material witness at the trail. Cruz fills in Mason on his plans to have Kelly hypnotized as Robert walks in and wants Mason off Kelly's case. Robert sees Flame outside the courtroom and warns Flame not to try and hurt Kelly again. Cruz goes to see Kelly and tells her about the hypnotize and he is forced to tell her about Eden. Eden's spirit returns to the hospital room and talks to her guide, Briana about what is going on. Eden asks if she can go back to the past. Briana tells her she can go back, but she can't change the outcome, but before she can do that, she has to face another challenge first. As Sophia and CC argue, Eden and Briana watch, and Eden says id she helps them, then she can help Kelly then go back to her life with Cruz and the kids.

#090(F): Cruz brings Eden a small Christmas tree for her hospital room. He tells her she needs to wake up, since she wouldn't want her babies to miss Christmas, as Eden's spirit says she will be there. He then leaves to work on Kelly being hypnotized. Eden and Briana talk about her helping Sophia and CC get back together. Lionel and Minx are at the country club awaiting the grand unvieling of Capridge water. Michael talks with Minx about finding her daughter. Eden tries to convince CC to go to the gala instead of sitting at her hospital bed. Gina complains to Keith about not being invited to the gala. She then comes up with an idea to get back at CC and Sophia and plans to go, as there's a knock on the door and it's Cruz. Keith asks Cruz why he is there and Cruz hands him some tapes from him wiretapping his phone line in the DA's office. Keith then changes his mind about Kelly. As Cruz is leaving, Robert goes to give Keith a piece of his mind about allowing Flame to go free. Cruz needs to pull them apart. When they are in the hallway, Cruz tells Robert to cool off. Eden works on getting CC and Sophia back together. Eden and Briana go back in time to change what happened the night Lionel and Sophia got drunk. When Keith listens to the tapes, he realizes he was conned. Cruz brings Kelly to the hospital to meet with Jamie. She first goes in to see Eden and sits with her. When Gina goes to show the pictures of Lionel and Sophia at the gala, she forgets what she was going to say, since Eden and Briana changed the past. Kelly is hypnotized as Cruz and Robert watch. Kelly remembers climbing up the stairs, and she then screams, Eden NO! She remembers seeing Eden with the gun, and Quinn laying on the floor. Cruz asks if she saw Quinn with a gun, and she says yes he had a gun. Cruz then tries to figure out how to prove it. Minx learns Cassie is her daughter. Cruz goes and sits with Eden and tells her what Kelly has remembered.

#090(F): Julia pounds on Keith's door until he opens it and she calls him a scum and they argue about her case against Dash. She threatens to go to the press and tell them he is not doing his job, but he doesn't think it was rape, and that means she has no case. Cruz sits with Eden and strokes her check, as her spirit stands there and says how warm his hand feels on her face, and how cold it is where she is. Mason comes in and says he keeps thinking she will open her eyes and say something rude to him. Eden hears Mason tell Cruz the hearing is tomorrow, and she tells Briana she wants to go back. Briana warns her it's not going to be an easy trip, but she insists she wants to go back. Minx talks to Michael about the shock of learning Cassie is her daughter. As Julia is arguing with Keith, Gina comes in and Julia tells her she's crazy to marry him again and leaves. Gina asks Keith why she is so angry and he tells her she has no case of rape. Cruz talks with Mason about finding the person who took Quinn's gun, and made it look like a murder. Mason goes to see Julia to check up on her. He wants to help her, but she tells him it's not his problem. Eden and Briana go back to the house, when Cruz comes in with Cassie, who is suppose to be getting some of Kelly's things, but she tries to sneak out her umbrella . Flame goes to see Keith as she and Gina have a "talk" about Keith. Minx tells Michael she doesn't want to tell Cassie yet until she is ready to hear it. Cruz goes back to see Eden and tells her to wake up. Eden goes back to the moment Quinn was laying on the floor.

#090(F): Cruz talks with Eden about going back to the house and how nothing makes sense with this case.As he talks to her, she squeezes his hand. Eden goes back to the point where Quinn was shot. She says they need to go back to before she shot Quinn, to see who else was in the house. Briana warns her again she can't change what she sees-no matter what. The doctor tells Cruz it was just a reflex, but Cruz says she was trying to reach out to him. Cruz tells Eden about Chip telling Santa he wants his mother well and home for Christmas. He then tells her not to give up to keep trying. Eden goes back to the point where Quinn was trying to tell Kelly who he really was. Eden then sees Craig going in the passage way and she follows him. Craig goes to the hospital to check on Eden, and he and Cruz talk about the hearing. When Eden tries to warn Craig, Briana warns her again she can't change what she sees. Cruz tells Craig about Eden shooting Quinn, and Craig remembers seeing Quinn with a gun as well. CC goes to see Eden and Cruz tells him how Eden squeezed his hand. As CC talks to Eden she squeezes his hand as well. Eden sees CC arrive at the house but he then goes around the back, so she goes to check on that, but Briana tells her to watch, as Kelly goes to the draw and takes the gun out. Cruz sits with Eden, who is in trouble again. Briana brings her back to the hospital and tells Eden her body needs her help. As the doctor works on her, Eden asks Briana what to do, and she tells her to go back to the source of her love(flash backs of Cruz and Eden).She then makes it out of the crisis, as Cruz and CC come back in. Eden tells Cruz as soon as she figures out things, she'll be back. She and Briana then go back to where they were before the shooting. Eden watches as a gun falls down the stairs of the attic, then Quinn runs down and picks it up, as she points her gun, but there is also a hand behind the passage way holding a gun that goes off before Eden's does. As Eden goes to check it out, Briana pulls her out when she disobeys her orders, again. Eden tells Cruz what she saw as he sleeps holding her hand. He wakes up when she says she didn't kill Quinn.

#090(F): Mason tells Kelly he'll get her out of jail, but she's worried about Cruz and Eden when Keith finds out. Gina talks with Keith about them getting married, but all he talks about is the murder trail and he believes Cruz and Mason are covering something up. Cruz sits and talks with Eden and tells her about the hearing. As Eden's spirit stands behind him and says she can hear him. Eden then has a tear roll down her check to let Cruz know she heard him. Sophia comes in and he tells her what happened. She then stays with Eden as he heads to the hearing. Robert goes to see Kelly. After they talk about Cruz and Eden, Kelly is not feeling well, and Robert goes to get the doctor. Mason tells Cruz about freeing Kelly by putting him on the stand to say he covered up and that way it wouldn't affect Eden. Cruz says he has proof someone else was in the house that night that could clear Kelly. Flame comes in with Keith and they discuss her testimony. Robert tries to bargain with Flame, but she says she has immunity, and she wants Kelly to pay for Quinn's death. Keith gives his opening statement and paints Kelly as a cold blooded killer. Mason is forced to call Cassie to the stand after Flame's testimony is admitted. Cassie is forced to admit she was at the house that night. She tells how she went in and she heard a shot and saw Kelly standing on the top of the stairs, and she had no gun in her hand. Keith gets Cassie to say she saw Eden with a gun. Keith then drops the charges against Kelly. At the house, Kelly tells Sophia she is pregnant with Quinn's baby. Cruz goes back to the hospital and tells Eden Kelly is free, and now they have to clear her. When Keith goes to "visit" Eden, a nurse slips about Kelly meeting with Jamie and being hypnotized.

#091(F): Stephen demands Cassie tell him the truth- that she is the one who destroyed his film. She denies any involvement and he says she did it to pay back for when they all left her for dead. Keith and Gina are in Las Vegas, getting ready to get remarried. Brandon wants them to do it now, but Gina wants to wait for Phyllis to get there. CC and Sophia try to get Cruz to go home with them for awhile, but he stays with Eden. Eden tells Briana not to leave her like this, it's Christmas eve, and she wants to be with her family. Briana comes back and says she is there to take Eden away. Cassie warns Stephen not to spread his lies and she tells him she never wants to see him again. Craig goes to see Kelly with a Christmas present and tries to get closer to her again, when Robert shows up. Eden tells Briana she has to go back, as CC and Sophia try to convince Cruz to go with them for awhile and spend some time with the kids. Eden tells Briana she made a promise to her husband and she won't let him down. As Eden resists, she starts to fade away. Eden tells Cruz to hold her and don't let go, as he sits with her. Her machines start to go crazy again, and Cruz says she can't go anywhere, and it's time to come back. As Eden goes to the other side, a door opens and Cruz goes inside and sees Eden, and they embrace. Kelly and Sophia talk about how she is going to tell Robert she is pregnant with Quinn's baby. Cruz tells Eden how much he missed her, and he came to bring her home. She tells him she doesn't think she can go back, and he says if that is the case, then he is staying there with her. As Cruz looks for a way out, Eden disappears from his site, as Briana tells him to let her go, but Cruz refuses and calls out to Eden. He continues to yell and demand Eden be able to return with him. She then appears and Cruz sees her and says they are going home. Suddenly, Eden wakes up as Cruz holds her. She asks where she is and he says with him where she belongs and he tells her it's Christmas Eve and she was asleep for a long time.

091(F): Gina and Keith celebrate Christmas in Las Vegas, when Phyllis arrives with presents. Julia and Mason spend the morning with Samantha, when he gives her a present, and asks if she is still going to CC's. She tells him not to use the current situation for a reconcilliation , since it's not appropriate. Chip and Adriana are tearing opening their Christmas presents, when Cruz comes in with Eden. As they sit with the kids, Eden starts to have flashes of what she seen on her journey. She tells Cruz it was not a dream, it was real, and she knows for sure she didn't kill Quinn. Eden and Cruz discuss what she seen. She then happens to mention to Cruz that they have the same life line, and he tells her she was listening to him in the hospital when he told her that. Robert arrives at the house with presents, as Sophia encourages Kelly to tell him about the baby. The police find the gun where Eden had her car accident, and Cruz and Eden's fingerprints are on it. Cruz, Eden and the kids go to CC's house. Eden talks with Kelly and tells her she was on her way to tell the police what happened when she had the car accident. Eden overhears Mason and Cruz talk about Julia being raped. Eden goes to see Julia and Samantha, while Cruz and Mason talk. Later, Kelly, Eden and Mason give CC and Sophia their present to them- an invitation to attend their own wedding on New Years Eve. Eden and Cruz go home and she wonders about what she saw, and if it was real after all. She says she can't remember all of the dream, but remembers being with Craig in the secret passageway, and how there was blood on a nail from the person who knocked Craig out. They then head back there to see if she can find it.

#091(F): Robert calls to see if Kelly is home, since he wants to surprise her. Craig comes in and overhears Kelly on the phone making an appointment for an amnio test. Gina gets cold feet about getting married in Las Vegas. Keith gets mad and leaves her standing there, as Brandon and Phyllis go to make the peace between them. Eden and Cruz go back to the house, and she finds the nail with the blood on it. Craig comforts Kelly as she tells him how scared she is about the drugs Flame and Quinn gave her affecting the baby. Cruz and Eden go back to his office, where he gets a friend of his to run some test on the blood stain on the sly. Cruz tries to reassure Eden that Keith can't pin Quinn's murder on her, since he doesn't have any evidence, unaware the gun has been found. Cruz learns the blood type is A positive, which is common. They then come up with a plan to learn the blood type of everyone in the house that night. Eden and Cruz go to see CC and Robert and Craig are there. Cruz makes up a story of needing to find blood donors with type A positive, and Robert says that is his type. Cruz and Eden go outside and talk about Robert having the same type, which means Quinn also had the same type. Keith returns and talks to his assistant about the gun having Cruz and Eden's fingerprints on it. He then sees an irate Jamie and tells her they need to discuss her dealings with Kelly. She tells him it was a private session and she is not going to turn over any files to him. She then calls Cruz to warn him what happened, and leaves a message on his machine. Robert talks with Kelly about how they loved each other, and she says things have happened. He tells her he's willing to do anything to get them back to the way they were and suggest they spend some time together. Cruz and Eden get home and go upstairs without checking the messages on the machine.

#091(F): Gina talks with Phyllis about Keith not being in his office and she tells her it's New Years Eve, and she sent Brandon to a winter fair,instead of spending it with them. Keith gets his hands on Jamie's file of what Kelly said under hypnotizes and reads about Kelly screaming Eden killed Quinn. Keith then orders the gun be brought up to his office. Eden and Cruz talk about learning the gun was found. Eden decides she's going to tell Keith it wasn't her gun that killed Quinn. Cruz makes her realize she can't do that, and tells her to give him some time to see what Keith knows and what she can actually tell him. She's worried about missing CC and Sophia's wedding, and Cruz assures her she's not going to jail and she will be there. Cruz goes to talk to Keith and they argue about the gun and Eden. Cruz wants to see the report, and Keith tells him he told him what it said , and also, the gun had Cruz's fingerprints on it as well. Cruz and Eden wait for Mason to arrive to finish talking to Keith, but Eden blast him for accusing Cruz of withholding evidence. Mason comes in and asks if he found the bullet, and Keith says not yet. Eden then tells Keith she didn't kill Quinn, even though Kelly seen her with a gun. Mason tells Keith unless he can prove the bullet came from the gun, he has no right to detain Cruz and Eden. They head home and she thanks him for his supporting and protecting her. Keith locks his office door and fires the gun in the couch,then digs out the bullet and heads to the mens room, where Gina follows. As he goes to put it in the tank of the toliet, she asks him if he is now the Tidy bowl man, scaring the living daylights out of him. Cruz and Eden arrive at the house and Kelly tells Eden she needs to talk to Sophia before the wedding. After she comes down she teases CC about having the "sex" talk with him. The wedding begins as Sophia comes down the stairs. As the wedding is wrapping up, Keith comes barging in with a warrant for Eden's arrest, but before he can escort her out, CC decks him.

#091(F): Flame snoops through Keith's desk, when Gina comes in and surprises her. Michael goes to CC's to pick up Cassie for a date and she fills him in on what happened briefly, when Kelly and Sophia come down and say the party has been moved to the police station. As Eden is fingerprinted, Keith takes over, as Cruz, Mason and CC gang up on him. Cruz grabs him when he goes to wipe the ink off his hands onto Eden's dress. A cop comes in with a bullet that was found in a toliet tank. Keith acts dumb, and says see if it matches the gun with the Castillo's fingerprints on it. Flame tells Gina she just droped by to see Keith. After Michael talks to Cruz, he tells Sophia and Kelly he wants them to stay there. Michael assures them Cruz will take care of Eden, and everything will be worked out. Eden tells Cruz she'll be fine, and Cruz tells her he'll get her out tonight. Mason and CC work on a plan to get Eden out, but Mason has to prevent Cruz from joining Eden. CC asks Cruz if Eden shot Quinn, and Cruz says no, but right now it doesn't matter. Kelly and Sophia talk about what happened the night Quinn was killed, and Kelly blames herself, and says they need to stop Keith. Mason goes into Keith's office and calls the governors' office.After talking to his assistant about a corrupt DA, Keith hangs up the phone and arranges for Eden to be released on bail. Cruz goes to the cell to see Eden and says Keith is out of control and they talk about what happened. Cruz assures Eden this won't go to trail, since he is going to find the real killer. Cruz and Eden go home and discuss who the real killer could be and they come up with Flame. CC, Sophia, Kelly, Cassie and Michael are all together at the house to ring in the New Year. Cruz and Eden try to figure out how Flame could of gotten out of the cell. Eden then says they missed New Years, since it's past midnight. Cruz assures her she's not going anywhere-It's Adriana's birthday present- her mama's freedom, and it's not a wish, it's a promise.

#092(F):Kelly gets a phone call from Craig and is shocked when he tells her it's noon, since she just got up. He says he's on his way over there. The door bell rings and it's Robert . He asks if she's feeling alright, since she's still in her robe. As Craig is leaving the Polo club, he sees Flame coming in and throws barbs at her, and asks why she is not in jail where she belongs. She tells him to go to hell as they argue. Keith has the couch in his office replaced after shooting the bullet in it. As Gina comes in he lets her know what he has learned about Ethan and her. Cruz gets a court order to check out Flame's cottage and see if she could of gotten out of the cell that night. When Eden says if there were a way, Robert would of found it, he remembers Robert telling him how he did get out once. Kelly tells Robert she's worried about Eden, and he tells her she needs to calm down, and tries to get her to agree to go back to work for him. Cruz and Eden go to the house and try to figure out how the cell works, as Cruz searches for the electrical panel to move the bars. Kelly reluctantly agrees to work with Robert again. Craig goes to see Kelly and tries to ease her mind about the drug affecting the baby. Cruz finds the wires and tries them and sees how Flame got out. Keith meets with Flame and coaches her on how to react to Mason questions about Quinn. Cruz tells Eden they have to keep what they found quite from Keith, until they can prove it. He says for his plan to work, they will need Robert's help, and Cruz is reluctant to do it, since he doesn't want to owe him anything, but he decides he needs to and calls. Craig asks Kelly to go with him to Mexico on a business trip. He talks her into agreeing. Robert comes over to see Cruz and Eden, and they tell him they think Flame killed Quinn from one of the secret passageways. Cruz says he has a plan to trick Flame, and if he has awhile he'll explain it to Robert, or should he say Quinn!

#092(F) (news interruption): Mason is sitting reading the newspaper with the headline Capwell V Capwell, as Cassie joins him at his table. All he talks about is how Julia went with Dash to get the divorce. Cassie says she should of told him, but she was thinking of how it would hurt her chances with him. Robert tells Cruz and Eden he doesn't like the plan. He may look like Quinn, but he's not him and he can't fool Flame. Cruz says she won't know if they do this right. Robert says he'll do anything he can to help Eden, but not this. Kelly is in Mexico, packing her bags. Craig wheels in a table with breakfast for her. She tells him she can't stay, and she feels she's deserting Eden when she needs her. Craig says he'll then escort her back home. Cruz and Eden tell Robert they have no choice but to have him do this. Robert says he can't mimic Quinn's voice, and Eden persuades him to try. Cassie explains her motives to Mason, and he admires her for being straight-forward with him. Keith goes over the case against Dash with Julia. He calls her a man-hater, and she says he's the man she hates. She warns him to make sure Dash stands trail. Kelly tells Craig she changed her mind, and will be staying. Mason takes the stand at the hearing. Robert watches some videotapes of Quinn with Eden, as he practices his accent. Cruz comes in and shows him some of Quinn's handwriting to practice. Cruz then sets his plan in motion by calling Flame and not saying anything. While Robert is at Flame's talking with her, she gets a note from "Quinn". Cruz then calls her again and plays the tape recording of Quinn's voice into the telephone.

#092(F): Cassie is getting ready to go out with Michael, when she gets a phone call about someone pretending to be an private investigator and asking about the safe and Stephen's film. Gina and Keith talk about Dash's trail, and about him trying to nail Eden. He insists he needs Flame for his case to work, and Gina gets angry. Cruz plays the tape then hangs up. Robert asks Flame if there is something wrong- since she looks like she heard a ghost. Cassie and Michael talk and she tells him she knows Stephen has talked to him about her. She then wants to confront Stephen at the Lair. Flame lies and says it was a wrong number, and she wants him to leave, but he refuses until she explains the note from Quinn. He then says she has a problem with reality and leaves her with the note. Eden sits as Cruz wonders how she can be so calm. Eden explains his plan will work because Flame is loney, and it won't take much to push her over the edge. Cruz then gets the painting Flame used of a combo of Eden and Kelly. Robert calls and tells Cruz Flame's reaction to the note, as Cruz says they are ready for the next step. Gina tells Keith she wants to have the wedding reception at the Oasis, as he thinks she is crazy. Cruz calls Keith and tells him he has some information on Quinn's murder. Cassie confronts Stephen and says if she did all the things he's accused her of, how can he prove it. Cruz gives Keith prove the Flame was behind the painting and the drugs given to Kelly. Flame sees the painting in her room and freaks. A bell-boy comes in with a letter for her. When he leaves Eden tells him he did a good job and hands him another one to deliver. Flame reads the note from "Keith" to meet her at the house. Cruz, Eden and Robert are at the house, when they hear someone Cruz and Eden hide. Flame comes in looking for Keith, and "Quinn" says it's been a while. She tries to get away from him, but he won't let her. As Keith walks in she yells he's dead, she killed him, and she saw him die.

#092(F): Eden and Cruz have breakfast and talk about the television station wanting her to cover Julia's case. Keith is in his office when Gina comes in and talks about their wedding. He feels his career is in the toliet, and she says she tried to warn him about Flame. CC shows Sophia and Robert the newspaper headline about Keith mishandling Quinn's murder. Kelly comes home from Mexico and Robert is there to welcome her home. CC and Sophia fill her in on Eden being cleared of the murder charges, and Flame being in jail,thanks to Robert. Cruz and Eden go to see Kelly and CC announces he and Sophia are going on their belated honeymoon. Robert notices Kelly is not feeling well, and asks if it's the same thing she had in her cell. She lies and says it's something she ate. Minx asks Cassie if she is going to be working at Capridge water, and she says no, as Minx tries to learn more about her. Robert tells Kelly he can accept she married Quinn, but he's dead and they can start over, but she tells him it's not that simple. Eden and Cruz are kissing when the doorbell rings. A cop wants to let Cruz know about the problem Amado is in with stolen radios in his room. Amado comes in the back door and tells Cruz how he got drunk, but he didn't steal anything. Kelly finally tells Robert she is pregant. Robert wants to marry her and says the baby doesn't need to know, but she says that's not fair to him, and she doesn't even know her own feelings toward Quinn. Cruz arranges for Amado to give back the radios and for him to move in the apartment above the garage. Cruz gets a call and learns a man he has been after has been caught in Paris and he needs to go there to bring him back. He wants Eden to go, but she can't since she is covering Julia's case. A man looking through some newspaper clippings and pictures of Eden (beginning of Andre storyline). Cassie is going through some of Michael's draws when she hears him coming, she hides in the closet. She overhears him talking with Minx and he says Cassie is Minx daughter.

#092(F): Michael tells Minx it's time she told Cassie the truth that she is her mother, unaware Cassie is hiding and heard it all. Cruz and Eden kiss as he tries to change her mind about going to Paris with him. Amado comes over with his things, ready to move in. Mason looks at a picture of Julia, Samantha and himself when a bell- boy comes with a newspaper and his dry cleaning. He reads the headline, and it's all about the rape trail beginning. Julia is at her house, being harassed on the phone by reporters, as she hangs up on them. Cassie listens as Michael continues to try and persuade Minx to do the right thing. When she leaves and Michael heads in the shower,Cassie comes out of the closet and leaves. Cruz asks Amado to keep an eye on Eden for him while he is away. Cassie goes back to Mason's and he senses something is wrong with her. She uses the analogy of being hit by a truck to explain how she is feeling. Julia wants Eden to do a series on rape, and interview her for them. As she and Eden are talking, Mason comes in with Cassie. The shadowed figure man looks at Eden's picture again, then calls her at home,but when Cruz answers he doesn't say anything. Mason watches Julia and Eden talking, as Julia asks what Cassie is doing now. Eden tells her not to make her laugh, since Mason is staring right at her. The man writes Eden a letter saying it's been a long time, and he thought she was dead. Cruz asks Eden if she is okay handling this trial for the station, and she assures him she is. She then give him a book to read on his flight, as he talks about having time before he has to leave, and maybe he'll start the book now. They end up going upstairs. As Cruz and Eden head to the airport, a man in black stands outside their door.

#092(F): Robert is on his yacht thinking of Kelly and the baby, when she comes in. Julia and Augusta talk about it being the first day of the trail. Augusta tells her there will be people there for her. Mason watches the promo Eden has done for the series on rape. He gets upset when he hears about Julia doing an interview with Eden. Dash's lawyer, Belinda, goes to see Eden , as she gets a phone call from someone named Andre. She tells him she doesn't know him and hangs up. Belinda hands Eden an injunction to stop her from having Julia on her panel. Julia tries to prepare herself mentally for the trail. Keith wants to know why Dash's lawyer has Michael as her first witness. Kelly tells Robert she doesn't want to talk about her condition, and she is finding it hard to work with him, but she'll stay long enough to fill Craig in on the areas she is working on. Craig comes in and Robert lets him know he knows Kelly is pregnant.Eden goes to see Julia about the court order, and Julia says they can still do it, she just won't appear on camera. As Keith tries to tell Julia how to testify, she puts him in his place,as the trail begins. Robert and Craig discuss their mutual feelings for Kelly and her unborn baby.Julia takes the stand and is questioned by Keith about her and Dash, and how he raped her. Dash then takes the stand and puts his own spin on the events of that evening. As Eden does a report, the man watching her ( Andre) writes her a letter and says soon.

#093(F): Mason is at the Lair, listening to Eden's report. Cassie comes up to him and he tells her he's worried about how Julia is doing. The trail resumes after a brief recess. Michael is called to the stand by Belinda. She brings up the history between him and Julia. Minx talks to her friend Maxwell about Cassie, and what she is accused of. Cassie tells Mason he should be there for Julia. Keith and Belinda argue the relevance of Michael's testimony, but the judge allows it. Mason comes in and asks Eden how it's going. She tells him it's too close to call. Keith and Belinda give their summations as the judge charges the jury of their duties. The jury comes back and finds Dash not guilty.Julia stands up in disbelief and scolds them all. Dash goes up to Julia and says he's sorry she had to go through this, as she tells him a part of herself died there. Eden does a report on the verdict, as Dash exits the courtroom. Mason goes to Julia's, and she says she asked him not to come there, and is it all men don't hear her. Eden tries to comfort Julia, by trying to relate the circumstances of her own rape to Julia's. Julia tears the house apart screaming it's not fair. Eden talks with Cruz on the phone before she goes to sleep. She hears sounds coming from downstairs but shrugs it off, as Andre sneaks in the house.

#093(F): Mason goes to check on Julia. She tells him to go away,but he won't leave her that way. She tells him Dash got away with something of hers and she's going to get it back. As Eden sleeps, Andre goes into the bedroom and looks at her. Augusta and Minx talk about Cassie and the secrets of her life in Macaw. Augusta says Lionel has checked, and he thinks she has lied about being there, but minx thinks it's a ploy of theirs against another Lockridge heir. Andre picks up Cruz's picture and turns it down and leaves. When he gets downstairs, Amado sees him and they fight. Eden wakes up when she hears them fighting and goes downstairs. She comes face to face with Andre, but doesn’t say anything as he leaves. She checks on Amado and he wants to go after him but she stops him. He asks if she got a good look at him and she lies and says she never seen him before. Belinda tries to convince Dash to sue Julia for defamation, but he won’t consider it. Mason and Julia discuss taking Dash back to court. Eden tends to Amado and assures him the intruder didn't steal anything,but she did notice Cruz's picture was turned over. He wants to call Cruz, but she won't let him and settles for him calling the police. Mason goes to the Lair and sees Dash. They exchange a bitter confrontation as Stephen plays referee. A cop tells Eden to change the locks and he will have extra patrol outside the house. Eden asks Amado to move in until Cruz gets back. She then thinks of seeing the intruders face. As Eden is sleeping, she has a dream of someone dressed in black picking up a candle holder and going to hit a man- Andre! , as she wakes up wondering what is going on.

#093(F): Mason calls the Blue's office and talks to the person who took over Dash's role. He arranges to meet with him at his suite. Julia is at Cruz and Eden's, when Michael comes over. He tells her he's glad she's there to keep Eden company, and she says she has no idea what he is talking about, as Eden comes downstairs. Michael tells her he'd rather learn of the breakin from her than from reading a police report. Eden shrugs the whole thing off as everyone overreacting and says she didn't see the man's face.Cassie goes to see Minx about Capridge water, but they both have hidden agendas. Michael talks with Eden about what Amado said about Cruz's picture. He tells her he'll find the guy, and she snaps that she's alright then quickly apologizes to him. Mason works out a deal with Dash's predecessor, he'll have the opening of the Oasis to benefit the Blue Sky Brigade, as long as Dash is never allowed back in.

#093(F): Keith talks to Flame and says she's free to go. He says her story of shooting Quinn in self defense of Eden worked and the murder charge was dropped. Robert asks Kelly to have dinner with him, and she says she's not sure. CC comes back from his honeymoon and talks with Kelly about hearing Robert mention the baby. He assures her he would love the baby because it's her's and tries to encourage her to give Robert a second chance after all he went through to get back to her. Eden and Michael talk and she asks if he found out anything about the man who broke in. she tells him she has changed the locks, and the alarm is on all the time now. When he wants her to try and identify the man, she yells she didn't see him and she thinks he has dark hair. Cassie and Minx "argue" about CC plotting against her, and she offers Cassie $1 million to help her. Minx assures her it will be between them ,but Cassie says she can't afford what she's asking of her-to betray her family. Craig and Robert talk about Kelly coming there for dinner, and Craig warns him to back off and give her space.

#093(F):Julia is at the polo club when she sees Mason come in with Cassie. When she goes to the ladies room,Cassie is right behind her. They exchange an uncomfortable conversation about her and Mason, and how Cassie is the pretender to the throne. Cassie comes back at Julia and says she built Mason back up after Julia brought him down. Brandon and Keith talk about a way to get Gina to drop the idea of a big wedding, as Flame comes in and Brandon eyes her. Flame sits next to Craig, who's not friendly to her. Julia gives Cassie some words of wisdom on Mason, then tells her Cassie doesn't really care about Mason, it's what he can give her. Gina and Keith talk about her talk with Julia. She tells him about the show with Julia and Eden on rape, and how she is going to join them. Mason and Cassie go back to his suite and start to make out. Robert has a dream about Kelly holding the baby and saying he'll have nothing to do with either of them. Kelly sits by the fireplace thinking. She then calls the doctor and tells him she's decided she wants to have an abortion.

#093(F): Dash is at the Lair, when Michael comes in looking for Stephen. He says he hasn't seen him and he also has been looking for him. Cassie talks with someone very secretly on the phone and asks about "him" giving the person any trouble. Mason comes in and talks about how good they were together. He then says he wants to catch Eden's show. Eden fills in Julia, Gina and a young girl named Leigha about how they will be handling the report. Andre calls and tells Eden it's good to hear her voice. She warns him to stop calling her. Julia asks if she's alright, and she says it's just an annoying fan. Andre wraps a package to send to Eden, as he watches her on television. Michael talks with Stephen's landlady and she mentions the fight she overheard between him and a woman with red-brown hair. Mason talks with Cassie about Eden's segment on rape, and Cassie takes the defensive with him. When Michael calls to see her, Cassie makes up an excuse to Mason to leave. Eden and the panel discuss the issues around rape as Dash watches from the Lair. A couple of woman that worked with him at the Blue's office take Julia's side over his. Andre, dressed as a mailman, leave a package for Eden. Cassie acts surprised when Michael tells her about Stephen not being seen. Dash goes to see Julia and says she has won, after all the things he has lost. She tells him the only way she will feel good is if he writes a letter to the newspapers and confesses he raped her and leaves town, but he refuses and says the war then is still on between them. Eden opens her mail and finds the package- a box with a gold chain. As she holds it, she has an image of a diamond being on the other end of the chain and drops it.

#093(F): Eden agrees to meet with Andre at the Lair. She asks him who he is and he says she saw him the other night and she knows who his name, but when he hangs up, she says she doesn't know him. Keith and Gina argue about Flame-again! Robert and Kelly talk and he tries to convince her she can't have an abortion. She then tells him she can't do it and asks him to take her home. Laken and Amado babysit Chip and Adriana. Robert takes Kelly home and wants to tell her something important, but she tells him she really needs to be alone right now. Eden asks Andre why he is bothering her. He says he's an old friend, but she says she has no idea who he is. He asks if she is sure and calls her Lisa. Kelly talks to CC about her decision, and he tells her she's not alone. She tells him she has no answers but knows it would be a mistake. Robert returns to the yacht and is taking his shirt off when Flame sneaks up from behind and tells him she knows he's really Quinn, and Robert is the one who died, since she has the pictures from the morgue to prove it!

#093(F): Mason visits with Samantha at Julia's. Julia gets a letter from Dash lawyer for a defamation suit. Robert tells Flame she is using trick photography, but she insists he is Quinn and he can't fool her. He tells her she's sick and needs help. When she goes to call the police with her theory, he stops her and asks what she wants from him. Cruz comes back and finds his keys don't work in the front door. After Amado opens the door he fills Cruz in on what has happened. Andre calls Eden Lisa,his Lisa, and she tells him that is not her name, but he wants to talk about his jewls. She tells him he made a mistake, and she doesn't know him and warns him to leave her alone, as Kelly comes in she goes to her to get away from Andre. Kelly asks if she's alright and she says she hasn't slept good since Cruz has been away. Cruz asks Amado why he didn't call him when the break in took place. He tells him Eden wouldn't let him bother Cruz, but he did tell Michael. Cruz then finds the gold chain and wonders where it came from. Flame tells Quinn she put the pieces together and figured out who he really is, but he insists he is going to marry Kelly, and offers to pay her off. When she refuses, he almost chokes her. Julia and Mason talk about Dash's law suite and he wants to help her, but she refuses. CC goes to see Mason and finds Cassie there and learns about her and Mason. He tries to tell her this is a mistake, but she won't listen. Kelly comes to see Robert as Flame tells him she's watching and hides. Kelly tells him she feels better now and has accepted she is havingQuinn's baby. Eden comes in the door looking like someone is following her, as Cruz asks if she is looking for someone out there, and they embrace. He then talks to her about what happened. Once they settle that, he asks if she has a secret admirer, and shows her the gold chain. Eden tells Cruz it's from a fan, and Cruz thinks it's rather expensive to be from a fan. As Cruz and Eden sleep, she has the dream again of herself stealing some jewerly. She wakes up and says it wasn't a dream. She then goes downstairs and calls Robert and leaves a message she needs to talk to him about La Siernas, as Cruz comes down looking for her. She tells him she couldn't sleep and didn't want to wake him with her tossing and turning, as she wonders about what she has remembered.
