#059(F): Gina and Mack search for the earrings Ethan gave her for Christmas. When they go upstairs to look, Laura sneaks out. Nikki kisses Cruz, but when he hears Eden's voice on the news, he pulls back and tells her they better stop. She says she doesn't kiss men who don't kiss back. Kelly meets with Robert on the beach and he is in a bad mood after talking to Eden. He tries to get her mad at him and says she wants him so bad, to take her clothes off and he tells her he's tired of all of them, and she can't buy him. She tells him he is in pain from Eden and he want to hurt her to get back at Eden, but she's not going to let him. Kelly later talks to Henry about what the others are giving Dark Victor. Cruz goes to the house after he gets a message from Eden. She tells him she is going on an assignment for work and they discuss the kids and he doesn’t think her as a single mother will work. She tells him she's not a single mother, she's a married mother who's husband has left her. They start to argue and she tells him he can do something about it, move back. He says what reason do they have to think things are different. She says maybe she is different. They try not to argue and he says he wants to feel something from her. He says she has his kids, parents and even him on and off, so maybe this is what is meant by having it all. Henry and Kelly watch Travis leave then Nikki, who was hiding, leave. Robert comes in and tells him not to worry about his job, it's safe, but he wants him to take a little vacation. Kelly finds a book in code and Robert recognizes it as Tonell's code. Cruz tells Eden he didn't come there to give her a hard time, and she says she knows why he's trying to hurt her, because he feels she stole something from him and he wants it back. She tells him he can do whatever he wants, sue for custody, divorce her, cut her off from his parents, and she won't fight him because she admires him so much, but she doesn't think it is over between them. He tells her if she admired him less she would know him better, and that he never set out to change her. Chip wakes up and tells Eden he had a bad dream, and she says daddy is there and he can make it better. Robert deciphers the code about the horses, as he and Kelly argue about his recent behavior. Eden talks to Chip about her trip. Cruz gets a call from a disguised Robert, who tells him he is the law man's friend and there is a box for him on his front door step. Cruz opens the box and it is the ledger from the stables.

#059(F): When Mason gets a note from Julia with his stuff, he heads over to the house. Kelly meets with Robert at the O/E and asks if it worked, and then says Cruz will nail them with the proof. Cruz calls Ethan for a search warrant after looking at the log book. Kelly is concerned about Dark Victor, and Robert tells her nothing will happen to him. Cruz shows Ethan the ledger about the horses. Julia talks to Augusta about her marriage to Lionel, when Mason tries to get in. Julia tells him to go away but he won't, and ends up breaking the door to get in and once inside, he says this is his home too. Kelly goes to the stables and Travis plans to move the horse, but she won't let him. She holds a pinch fork at him, as Cruz comes in and says when he is not jumping off ledges, he's doping up horses. At the police station,Kelly asks Cruz what Travis said about the horse, but Cruz tells her he told him about a woman named Elizabeth Davis and that she is the one responsible. Robert comes in and they talk about the horses being drugged, and he tells Cruz Kelly works at the stables, but Cruz doesn't buy their explantion. Nikki goes to Cruz's office and tries to snoop about Travis' arrest. Cruz tries to get her to talk about what she knows, but she stays closed mouth. Travis is able to get a gun and grabs Nikki in the hallway. Cruz lets him walk out, but follows closed behind.

#059(F): Cruz and Nikki talk about where Travis held her,and he tells her to give him some straight answers. Ethan gives Robert a warning about anyone of Tonell's business that he inherited that are mob tied will be dealt with accordingly. Mack goes to see Laura and gives her a book on stress management. Ethan wants to know who is pulling Robert's strings, but he insists he is his own man. Nikki tells Cruz she is the victim and to stop pushing her. Kelly comes to see Cruz after seeing Nikki hiding in the stables and she wonders if she would have any reason to be there. Kelly goes on to tell him she thinks Robert is over Eden and he says he doesn't care about Robert, it's what Eden feels that counts. Cruz confronts Nikki about Kelly seeing her at the stables and she denies being there. Kelly meets with Robert and he apologizes for the other night and the way he acted towards her. He then takes Kelly to go see Dark Victor's race, and she learns he gave him to her. Cruz is at the community center, when Chip comes in holding a post card from Eden, who is in Paris. Cruz tells him how he and Eden were there at the Eiffel tower. He then reads the card to him and thinks of him and Eden and the time they were they together.

#059(F): Laura is looking at Ethan's gun when he comes in to check on her. She's very cold towards him and tells him she went to see Gina about the blackmail notes. They argue and she asks how good Gina is in bed, and he says he never slept with her. Robert and Kelly celebrate Dark Victor's victory at the stables. Cruz and Michael talk and he tells Cruz it's not too late for his marriage. Julia and Augusta come in and tell Robert and Kelly there was an addendum to Tonell's will, and that the horse was personal property, and therefore, belongs to Augusta. Robert wants to buy the horse from her, but she won't budge. After a major storm hits, Cruz goes to the house to check on it. Rafael is there and he tells Cruz the first sign of danger and he is back. He goes on to tell Cruz he better be careful he may not be welcomed one day. Nikki comes in soaking wet looking for Rafael. Cruz tells her to sit near the fire to get dry. Kelly feels bad about losing the horse and Robert tells her he will get him back for her. When Cruz comes back in he finds Nikki wearing Eden's bathrobe, and he tells her to take it off, but she says she doesn't have anything else on. While Kelly is alone at the stables, Travis comes from behind and hits her on the head. Nikki comes in and finds her and calls for help. Cruz is at the Lair when Bunny reads to him the article about Eden. Robert comes in and overhears and gives his opinion. Cruz gets a call about Kelly and tells Robert Kelly was hurt and they run out Cruz and Robert get to the stables and she says she doesn't know who hit her. Cruz asks Robert for his take and he says someone probably tried to steal the horse.

#059(F0: Phyllis goes to see Mack after he is arrested for passing marked bills, that Ethan marked to catch the blackmailer. He says he got them from Gina. They wonder if she is the blackmailer. Ethan tells Gina that Laura is pregnant. He also says he is trying to help Mack, as Laura comes in and says Mack could be covering for the real blackmailer. Kelly,who is still in the hospital,has a dream that someone comes in and tries to kill her. She wakes up and Robert is sitting there and comforts her. Cruz watches Nikki argue with a guy at the Lair and then she leaves. Cruz talks to the guy, Marcos and turns out he is a cop from Mexico. He tells Cruz he can't tell him anything and to ask Nikki what he wants to know. Kelly tells Robert she wants to leave the hospital. He has to go out but tells her he'll be back. When he leaves, she gets dressed and leaves and goes to his yacht. He finds her and wants to take her back, but she won't let him and runs into another room to listen to the race. Someone sneaks up from behind him and knocks him out. Cruz and Rafael are treated to dinner in his room by Nikki. Craig has Robert brought to him blindfolded. He tells Robert he is the new representative for the mob. He then warns him to make sure things stay the same at the stables after the recent bust there, he doesn't want a repeat performance. Cruz asks Nikki about the cop, Marcos and she says she has no idea why he is after her. Cruz goes to the house to watch Rafael rehearse and Nikki gets locked in the magic chest. As Rafael goes to look for something to get her out, Cruz sits there and reads a magazine and pretends he is trying to get her out. Robert tells Kelly Craig is back and they need to be careful. Nikki finally breaks out and falls into Cruz's arms as Eden walks in the door, back from her trip to Paris.

#060(F):Mason meets with CC at the Lair, and CC is concerned Mason has started to drink again, but he tells him he asked him there to apologize to him. Augusta goes to see Julia about her horse winning again. Julia tells her she can't help her to celebrate since Mason is coming to see Samantha. Robert hears that Eden has returned from Paris. Eden comes in as Cruz is holding Nikki,who just broke out of the chest. He explains what happened and they talk about her trip. Rafael comes in and is glad to see her, as he and Nikki leave them alone. Cruz tells Eden he'll call his mother to bring the kids home and he says everyone is glad she is home. Sophia tells CC she is thinking of taking a part in a film, which doesn't sit well with him. Eden and Cruz talk about her trip and her interviews with Derek Griffin and how she learned a lot from him, since detective work is a lot like a reporter. She tells him she was going to call him once to thank him,but it was the middle of the night there, and he says she should of called, he'd love to wake up to her voice and know it wasn't a dream. Eden and Cruz spend some family time with Chip and Adriana,who are busy eating ice cream. Cruz says he better leave and she says once the kids are asleep she has to head to work. When he gets outside, he goes to go back in, but hears Eden call Robert. Eden sees Kelly on Robert's yacht and they talk briefly as Robert comes in and acts very cold towards Eden. She mentions her interviews with Derek and how he said he knew him from prison, and Robert says he hasn't seen him since he got out. They argue and he says if she can't bring herself to be with him, don’t play games.She tells him this is no game to her,and she would like them to at least be friends. He says it’s too late for that and she leaves. Eden calls CC to babysit when the sitter gets sick. He is angry about Sophia and the movie role. Nikki tells Cruz his mood changed drastically since Eden came back. He says he was hoping while she was away things would change for the better. Robert and Kelly go snooping and learn Craig is setting up an illegal gambling casino on the boat. Cruz returns to the Lair and sees Eden on the tv. Rafael says she looks great and Cruz says why not she has gotten everything she wanted.

#060(F): Laura defends Mack to Ethan and he says he won't help himself. While Mack is locked up Ethan gets another note and realizes Mack is not the blackmailer and has him released. Julia and Augusta talk about Mason and she says she hopes he finally got the message, but when she opens the door, she finds a violinist there. Cruz toast Rafael on his debut at the Lair. He gets Nikki to join him and when she leaves he takes her glass to get fingerprints off it. Julia and Eden talk about her follow up interview with Derek,when the violinist shows up and starts playing again. Cruz meets with the interviewer for Chips' enrollment in preschool. When he calls Eden, she wrote down the wrong day and rushed to the O/E to meet with her as well. Eden arrives and they continue to talk and when she mentions they are separated, she is surprised, since they get along so well together. After she leaves, Eden tells Cruz she feels guilty for messing things up. They then talk and he tells her about Rafael and she would like to go if he doesn't mind and they agree to be there together. Julia see Mason at the O/E and tells him to stop sending her things. As Eden walks in the Lair, she sees Nikki kissing Cruz on the check. She then goes to his table to join him. While they are watching the magic act,Cruz learns Nikki's real name. Eden and Cruz talk about Rafael's act and she says Nikki is a riot, and he says there is more to her than meets the eye. Eden then leaves to go back to work, and Cruz goes to talk to Nikki about what he has learned. Gina tries to show Ethan that Laura is the blackmailer, and he says he will take care of it himself. Cruz tells Nikki he knows her real name: Maria Nicolleta Gonzales. When did she change it before or after she was busted.

#060(F)K : Ethan sets Laura up and she falls right into the plan. Gina comes in and he tells her she may be right about Laura. Cruz and Nikki discuss her real name, and she figures out how he found out, through the glass with the fingerprints. Eden gets to work in the nick of time, and her co-anchor, Brent is fit to be tied. Eden does a report on Derrick as Robert and Kelly watch. Brent mentions Derek and Robert's past connection. Kelly asks Robert if he knew about this, and he says that's all he needs someone digging around his past. Cruz demands Nikki tell him the truth. She tells him another story of how she got busted, and that Nikki is short for her middle name and Alverez is her mothers' maiden name. Cruz tells her he asks for answers and she gives him another story. He tells her to come clean with him, because he is going to find out what she is hiding from him. Robert goes to the television station and Eden tells him she had no idea Brent was going to bring that up and she kept her word she never said anything. Cruz plants an envelope on the table and apologizes to Nikki for being so hard on her. When he gets up, she opens the envelope and he has squid follow her when she leaves. Eden is handed a special report to read on the air that there was a shoot out and a police inspector has been wounded. Cruz catches it and tries to call her,but the line is busy. Laura gets caught by Gina, Mack and Ethan and she runs out. Kelly talks to Ric about his new job on the docks and he realizes Barr owns the company. Eden finishes her telecast then tries to find out if it was Cruz. Robert is still there and says he called the police,but he couldn't find out and he offers to drive her to the hospital, when Cruz comes walking in and she tells him she's glad he's alright. He fills her in and the situation, and she says she's really glad he is alright and they hug, as Robert watches from behind. Cruz gets a call from the squid that Nikki is on a flight to Mexico. Eden goes to see Robert,since she didn't like the way things were left between them. He says he is her embarrassment, but he won't live without her respect. She says he has that,but that he deserves more and to be loved by someone, and that's not her. She says she realized that the decision was made a long time ago. He says her decision is Cruz. As she goes on about her feelings, Kelly is listening outside the door. She tells him her love for him was like her last rebellion. He tells her to stay away,and he never wants to see her again.

#060(F): Robert sits and thinks about what Eden said about Cruz and her, while Kelly is thinking about what she overheard. Eden is also thinking about Robert and his anger towards her and how she told him she belongs with Cruz. Eden tells Sophia what she did and says she should of done that months ago, and whether it makes a difference or not is up to Cruz. Kelly goes to see Robert and he tells her she has been so patient with him, and she can say or ask him anything she wants, and she can try and change him, if she can. Eden and Sophia talk like friends and she tells Eden about the film and the situation with CC and Eden goes on about how she made Cruz feel like he was her second choice over Robert and she's not sure things will ever be the same because of it. Kelly is leery of Robert's sudden change of heart. Ric works on the docks as Craig comes in and he tells him to keep his mouth shut. Robert and Kelly both show up there and he tells them to hide when he hears Craig coming back. Later. Robert tells Ric he'll pay him $1,000 a day to keep him informed. Eden and Julia work on finding proof that Derek was born in America, when they find his birth certificate. Mason comes along and offers to help out. Kelly and Robert go back to his yacht and make out. Eden and Julia are at the airport waiting for Derek's flight to get in, when another reporter tells them he was arrested for passing a bad check in Canada. Kelly and Robert talk and she tells him she loves him, but he's afraid he already had his one chance, but she tells him everything changes and they kiss again.

#060(F): Sophia opens the door to find Stephen Slade standing there. He says he just got into town and he's going to make the film in Santa Barbara so she'll be able to do the part. Derek and Julia are stopped by the border patrol with "his" two kids in the back seat. She fast talks them out of a sticky situation. Cruz is in Mexico looking for Nikki and Travis.She sees him at the bar and approaches him and says he has no reason to follow her, and he tells her he has a hundred reasons. She tells him to go with her and she'll show him why she is there. CC goes to see Sophia and she is running line with Stephen. This is when he learns about them making the film there. Julia tries to learn more about Derek,but he double talks her. Nikki takes Cruz to her parents graves and calms that is why she went back there. He tells her he knows she came there to find Travis, but she tells him to back off for his own good. Julia takes Derek to the Capwell hotel, who are flipping the bill. When Cruz steps outside for a minute so Nikki can change, she slips out the window. Cruz talks to a priest and learns she bought back her family's farm and now has turned it into a ranch and she had six horses delivered last week. Nikki is talking with Travis at the bar and he says he took off when he seen Cruz with her. She asks if he got her horses and tells him not to worry about Cruz, she has him where she wants him, as Cruz sneaks up behind her and says she could of fooled him.

#061(F): Eden argues with her co-anchor as Sophia walks in. She tells Eden Cruz is back, and Eden says when he is ready he'll come back. Cruz and Ric talk about Nikki, and he is concerned that she is still working with their father if she is a wanted criminal, but Cruz says he will keep an eye on her. When she comes in Cruz continues to give her the cold shoulder treatment, to keep up her undercover position. CC calls Robert and he agrees to go to the house to see him. Robert asks Kelly if she knows what that is about, and if he knew about them and she tells him if he did he would be at the door with a gun,and she doesn't care who knows about their new found closeness. Sophia tries her best to get Eden to listen to her about Cruz, to no avail, so she goes to see Cruz, hoping to have better luck, but she doesn't. When he goes to yell at her, she says Eden already did that. She goes on to tell him the people who care about them need to know if they will ever talk to each other. He says he didn't ask for anything, except to be left alone. After she leaves, Eden calls Cruz and asks how his trip was and then he says he was planning to see the kids later and maybe he'll catch her then. Nikki tells Cruz she got a message from Travis to meet him later. He doesn't want her to go without any back up, but she insists she's a cop and she can handle it. Kelly and Robert argue about their relationship and who knows of it. She later goes to see Ric to get some hard evidence on Craig and what he is doing with the gambling boat. Eden goes to the house and apologizes to Sophia for the way she treated her.She tells her she is going to see Cruz and she is going to tell him again that she wants him to come home. CC demands that Robert makes restitution for the way he ran the company down, but Robert reminds him Kelly was his next in charge. CC offers Kelly a job as chief operating officer, until she is ready to take over as CEO, but she turns him down. Kelly then goes to Robert's with her things. He says she can stay a day or two, but not too much too fast. Cruz comes to the house and plays with the kids as he and Eden talk, and she asks him to stay for awhile,which he does. She tells him she has seen things differently and when she goes to try and ask him back, Nikki comes in and tells Cruz she needs him to go with her, it's about Travis.

#061(F): Cruz tells Nikki he can't go with her right now, but Eden says if it's important he should go, so he asks Nikki to wait outside. He then asks Eden what she was going to say, and she says it will keep, since Nikki is waiting for him. Julia goes to see Eden and says Derek has left. Michael and Greta are at the community center, helping with the cold snap that has hit town. Derek comes in with some blankets from the hotel, and says he "borrowed" them, as Mason appears and says as in stole. Michael tries to settle the dispute,but the police come and arrest Derek. Eden learns what happened with the blankets and also that she is to cover the cold spell and what the community center is doing for work. Nikki fills Cruz in on Travis's quest to get Dark Victor. Eden calls Cruz to tell him she has to go to work and he says he'll try and call her when she gets back so they can have their talk. Julia demands Mason drop the charges against Derek, but he won't, so she gets arrested with him for obstruction of justice. Cruz tells Nikki he'll be listening to her and Travis as he tails them. Nikki hides in the stables as Travis comes up behind her and says they are headed to a cabin in the mountains. She tips him off that Cruz is listening. Cruz listens to them talk about where they are headed, then calls Eden to let her know he is working and won't be able to go there to talk to her and that he'll call her the next day.

#061(F): Ethan talks to Derek about his arrest for stealing the blankets. Mason sits in the cell with Julia with a gourmet dinner, as she tries to use a nail file to get out. Cruz is following Nikki and Travis as she writes Travis a note to let him know Cruz is tailing them. Mason and Julia have a food fight in the cell as the cop comes to get him. Nikki and Travis pretend he is coming on to her, and he finds the bug. She tells him Cruz will be there now, and he says he can take care of himself, so she punches him and lays him on the floor. When Cruz gets there she has him cuffed. Cruz tries to find a way to get Travis to take them to his boss. Mason drops the charges and Julia and Derek are released. Nikki and Cruz work out a "deal" with Travis, and he tells them where the boss is. Cruz has the state police hold Travis while they go to see his boss. When they get to the cabin, it's empty, so they figure Travis found a way to tip them off. All of a sudden there is a loud noise outside, as an avalanche hits. Cruz gets outside and finds the car buried in snow, so they have to spend the night there.

#061(F): Mason asks Bunny to help him win Julia back, but he's reluctant after the airplane mishap. Eden goes to see CC and tells him the police called and that Cruz's car was buried in an avalanche. Eden, CC and Greg head up to the sheriffs office to find Cruz. Cruz and Nikki wake up freezing after the fire goes out. He goes and restarts it and says nobody will be there soon, since it is still snowing. Kelly tells Robert he was right about them not moving too fast, because she doesn't want to rush things. Eden,CC and Greg get to the sheriff's office and they decide to form there on search team. Eden tells CC she needs the chance to tell Cruz how wrong she was, since she never loved Robert. She was humbled by how much of his life he gave up for her and she felt she needed to give him something in return, but she's learned the farther away from Cruz she is, the less is left of her. Cruz and Nikki go to get some wood for the fire and she hurts her foot. Eden decides to go with the sheriff to the cabin they have found. When she gets there she sees Cruz and Nikki embracing, so she leaves without telling them she is there.

#061(F): Cruz tells Nikki he can't kiss her as Eden watches outside the window. She leaves and he gets a feeling like Eden was there and looks around. Robert calls around looking for Cruz,but he can't find him. Kelly offers to try and find him. Craig comes to see Robert and eyes Kelly. Mason calls and tells Julia he has a gift to bring to Samantha, but she argues with him that she is on her way out. Craig asks Robert if he is next on his list like Tonell was. Robert tells him he has been looking the other way where he is concerned. Ric calls Kelly to let her know tonight is the opening of the casino boat-their maiden voyage, so Robert decides they have to make their move then. Cruz tells Nikki he had a feeling like Eden was around, and then says there is no reason for her to be. Eden goes back and tells CC and Greg she found Cruz and he is alright and she is headed back home. CC then heads there to check it out for himself. He finds Cruz with Nikki, and gets the wrong idea,until Cruz sets him straight. He then says to Cruz he and his wife make a good pair. CC goes back home and tells Eden Nikki is a cop working on a case with Cruz, but Eden believes there is more to it. He then mentions the benefit and that he told Cruz in a round about way. At the benefit, CC and Robert try to out bid each other for Dark Victor, but CC wins. Eden arrives at the benefit as Cruz spots her from across the room and they go to each other.

#061(F): Robert is on the docks, when Craig sees him and asks what he is doing there. He makes up an excuse and leaves. Craig tells his man too bad Robert won't be at the opening of the gambling casino.Kelly tells Mason she knows he is involved with Craig and the casino. Eden and Cruz talk about being nervous and he says he never wore a tux until he meet her, and he apologizes for not getting back to her. She says he's here now and she hopes who they are and what they do don't stop them from knowing they have other thinks to think about. He says that sounds fine to him and they dance. Kelly and Mason argue and he says she has to save his skin now when she tells him about the boat being raided tonight. Eden and Cruz dance like they were always together. They then sit and she offers to fix him a plate. He then asks if she has been able to make eye contact with the people in the room and she says they think something momentous is going to happen between them. She goes on to say she has been trying to talk to him, when he is interrupted again by "deep throat"(Robert). Cruz tells Eden he has to go, and she says she really wants to talk to him and he says he'll call her later and thanks her for the dance. Robert tells Craig to get the boat out of there, since it is going to be raided and Craig thinks it's Mason who planned it. Craig sets his own plan in motion, he's going to blow up the boat. Robert tries to stop him, but it's too late. Eden goes to Cruz's room and finds Nikki in his bed.

#062(F): Kelly is looking for Robert on the docks as he is arguing with Craig, who pushed the switch and blows up the boat. Ric finds Kelly and tells her they have to leave. Cruz saves Sasha and she tells him Mason was on the boat with her. Eden sees Nikki in Cruz's bed and she tells Eden Cruz is working and that she is welcomed to stay and wait. She then tells Eden if there is something she wants to know she should ask it, but Eden says maybe she doesn't want to know. Robert saves Mason as he asks him if he seen Kelly. She comes with Ric and she tells Mason Sasha is with Cruz. Eden tells Nikki she doesn't have to tell Cruz she was there after they talk. Ric comes back to the yacht and tells them what he has learned about Sasha. Mason then heads to the hospital. Kelly goes back to the docks and thanks Ric for saving her. Eden is there doing a report about what happened. She sees Cruz and asks Kelly to take her home, since the news van is going to take awhile. Kelly spots Cruz and wonders why she is running away. When they get back to the house Kelly asks Eden why she went out of her way to avoid talking with Cruz. Eden says Cruz's life hasn't stood still and he has other things in his life. When Cruz gets back to his room he asks Nikki if Eden called and she says nobody called. Eden decides to take the assignment in New York and goes to get ready when the phone rings,she ignors it. Cruz gets to the house to find Eden getting ready to leave. He asks her if he dreamt what happened between the two of them, and she says it was one night, they danced and it was wonderful, but their lives are different. Cruz says he is still the same and she says he has to be sure she's what he wants and leaves. He stands there confused by her behavior.

#062(F): Phyllis is at Mack's trailer "cleaning" up before he comes back. She then mentions the two of them living together and he says she can't move in with him. Eden is in NY for a party for the film Sophia is working on when she meets up with an old teacher of hers who lives there now, and works as a divorce attorney. Sophia comes in with Stephen and sees Eden there and asks what she is doing there. She thinks CC sent her,but she assures her it's her job. She then asks Eden about her and Cruz and she says she came to do a job and not talk about Cruz. Cruz tells Rafael about Eden and how she just up and went to NY for her job.Rafael asks him if he did something to make her go,but Cruz insists he thought they were getting somewhere, but when she left she bascially said she didn't think they'd work it out, and he angrily says he thinks she is right. Eden finally tells Sophia how she found Nikki in Cruz's bed. Sophia tries to tell her she needs to talk to Cruz and work it out, but she doesn't feel she has a right to ask anything of Cruz. Rafael tries to talk to Cruz and tells him he needs to talk to Eden, and he says if his wife doesn't want to be with him anymore, he's not going to beg her. Laura schemes to find a way to really get pregnant before anyone learns the truth. Mack tells Phyllis he got fired so he can't afford for her to live with him. He then heads to the Polo Club to try and get a job. Rafael tells Cruz he is not going to let him make the same mistakes he did, and he takes Cruz to the mountains to work out his anger.

#062(F): Derek has his butler come to stay with him, and when Julia comes over he introduces her to Alfred, his man servant. Cruz wants to know what the purpose of this trip is, but Rafael won't let him go anywhere. Cruz gets angry and tells him he is not 16 anymore, and when his father hits him, he goes after him. Eden tries to get in touch with Cruz, but when she can't reach him, she calls Ric to tell Cruz she is on her way home. She then tells Sophia of her plans. When she gets a phone book to make a reservation, the phone book opens to a mysterious art gallery named Destinies Gallery. Cruz gets control after he almost chokes Rafael, he then asks him what does he want him to do, act like a caveman and knock Eden over the head. Rafael tells him he's afraid of being abandoned again, and it is his fault for leaving when he was a kid. He goes on to tell Cruz he needs to get in touch with himself and battle the demons within. He then reminds Cruz of the story of his great-grandfather, Santiago, and the journey he went on. He then leaves Cruz there and drives off. When Eden can't get a flight until the morning, she decides to go out for a bit. Cruz makes a fire to keep warm, and remembers the night Adriana was born. A mysterious man named Daniel Yellow hawk comes and sits next to Cruz when he sees his fire. Eden gets a bumpy cab ride from Cruz's Christmas angel, Paddy. She ends up at the art gallery, where she sees a painting of a man in a cave, while Cruz is sitting in a cave, battling his demons. Eden buys the painting and when she gets back to the hotel, she has a dream of Cruz driving a red car and being in an accident, while Cruz has the same dream of Eden.

#062(F): Mason walks by Derek's suite and sees Julia standing inside as a bellhop brings in there breakfast. Eden is on the plane with Sophia when she has the dream again of Cruz and the car accident. Cruz, who is asleep in the cave, also has the same dream of Eden, again. Mason goes inside to talk to Julia and she tells him he has no right to question anything she does.They end up arguing about their current situation. Eden tells Sophia about the dream and that the road is narrow like the road to Pebble Creek. Cruz heads out of the cave and looks for a way back, since he is stranded there, when, out of nowhere, a car appears and Cruz flags him down for a ride. He finds a pay phone and calls CC to get in touch with Eden, but CC tells Cruz Eden is on her way home, but they then get disconnected. Cruz then heads to Pebble Creek. When the plane lands, Eden tells Sophia she is going to drive up to Pebble Creek. As they are driving up there separately, they each hear a weather bulletin about fog. The guy who picked up Cruz drives him as far as a dinner and tells him he should be able to get a ride the rest of the way. Cruz goes inside and learns the last bus has already left, so he ends up buying the owners car. While he is trying to get it to start, Eden pulls up in her car for gas, but neither is aware of the others presence. As they are driving they almost collide with each other.

#062(F): After their near miss, Cruz and Eden are almost up to Pebble Creek when each of their cars break, at the same time. Eden sees a sign that says it's a mile up the road so she starts walking, as Cruz does the same. He then finds a white horse and starts to ride on it, as Eden arrives at Pebble Creek. She walks around and is surprised at how it has changed from the last time they were there. Cruz gets there and walks around, but still misses her. He gets back on the horse and goes down near the water and yells Eden, when she hears him and waves. They both go rushing to each other and say thank God the other is alright. They then realize they both had the same dream, and try to figure out what is going on. He tells her he thought they were on the verge of something, when she left. She asks what did he expect her to do when she saw Nikki in his bed. He is speechless and says they need to talk and they head back inside the inn. Derek goes to see Julia with breakfast and they head to the beach. Nikki goes down to the bar to look for Cruz and Ric tells her Cruz is going back with Eden, so she should forget him. Henry, the guy Kelly meet at the stables stumples in after being beaten, and tells Ric Kelly is in danger. Kelly is with Robert on his yacht and he promises her nothing is going to happen to her. He then says he needs to expose all of Tonell's mob connections at the same time. Ric comes in and tells them about Henry. Ric and Nikki then create a diversion so Kelly and Robert can escape from Craig's hired goons. Cruz and Eden go back inside the inn, and he is shocked at how it is ruined now. He then tells her they need to get things straight between them about him and Nikki. Eden says whatever happened between them, and Cruz interrupts and says nothing happened between them. She needed a place to stay and he let her stay there, and she may have been in his bed, but she wasn't in his bed with him. Eden says that would not have kept her from getting him back. He says they are together in the place they first made their vows, and Eden says she would never forget that day, and when they go to kiss, there are sounds of doors slaming and a woman crying, as they look at each other trying to figure out what is going on.

#062(F): Mason goes to the Lair, and Sasha is singing and looks at him. She then sits down and he asks why she wanted to see him. He tells her she will never pin the boat explosion on him. She says Julia tried to kill her and she can prove it. Robert and Kelly go to see Augusta and he forces her to give him Tonell's list on the microfilm that she has. Eden and Cruz try to find out where the sounds are coming from and they head upstairs, where they see Amelia, and she says it's about time. Sasha lets Mason know she is working with Craig to set up Julia for the explosion. Cruz and Eden talk with Amelia and she tells them the captain is gone and that he disappeared three months ago, that's when Cruz and Eden broke up. When she says they found each other again when Cruz and Eden were married but now, and she stops and says she said too much and runs out as Eden goes after her and Cruz goes after Eden. They are lead on a wild goose chase, that ends up with them putting their wedding clothes on again and standing on the cliff overlooking the ocean. Robert makes a tape for Cruz that names all the names of the mob bosses and says he is leaving town and going back home to Siernas. Kelly tells him she is ready to go with him,even if it means never seeing her family again. She tells him she won't let him leave without her. Eden tells Cruz to hold her before she falls off the cliff, and they hold each other,not sure how they got there. Kelly realizes Robert was never going to take her with him. Eden and Cruz talk about their wedding and their vows, and he says that what this was all about to remind them of what they have. She tells him she loves him with all her heart and he says he loves her too. They head back to the inn, and he picks her up and carries her inside. Eden tells Cruz she has something for him, if he still wants it, and gives him back his wedding ring. They then talk about wondering if they would ever be that close again, and they make love. Cruz and Eden walk down the staircase of their wedding, hugging and kissing, and he says there is an explanation for this-it’s a miracle, and she says thank God for miracles and they kiss and hug.

#063(F): Mason and Julia discuss the accusations of being involved with Sasha. Gina and Ethan go to the Lair for valentines day, and Mack is there and asks about Laura. He's concerned she may try to kill herself. Laura has pictures spread around her as she tries to kill herself. Cruz and Eden are having a great time being together at Pebble Creek, but they decide it's time to resolve things before they head back home. Ric and Kelly are at the hospital with Nikki, who saved them at the bar when Craig came in with a gun. Eden tells Cruz is was more about her then them, and she should of handled it in her mind. He says he's the one who walked out, and she says something has changed, that feeling of being invincible and he says maybe their better off with out it. He says he married her and not the woman in the white dress, and she is going to go through changes and that 's what the vows to each other are about, and she says she feels very lucky to have him. Mack finds Laura on the floor and calls for an ambulance. Eden wakes up and sees an "alter" Eden standing there- she's everything opposite of her. Cruz is in another room looking for Eden when he sees "Anti- Cruz" who says you've heard of anti-freeze, he's anti- Cruz so the brain doesn't " Cruz" up. He looks like Cruz, but he is a real tough guy version of him. After arguing with him, Cruz sees a slick version, who claims he is his pride. Cruz tells them they can take a break, because he is in control again. Cruz and Eden wake up and he asks when she got back,and she says from where. She then asks if they are the only ones there, and he agrees it is the most over populated vacant inn he has ever seen. They decide in unison it is time to go home. As they get ready to leave, they see their alters dancing, then they dance, and suddenly, they are on the beach outside their house. He says it doesn't look any different to him, and she says it looks brand new to her. He kisses her and says this is new.

#063(F): Gina watches Ethan talk to the reporters about Laura, and he denies being involved with another woman. She tells Phyllis she is going to have him paged at the hospital. Mason and Dante break into Sasha's to get what she is using to blackmail him with about Julia. Ric goes to see Nikki at the hospital and she is anxious to get out. Eden tells Chip and Adriana that Cruz is coming home today, when he comes in the door. He says it's good to know where he belongs. Laura tells Ethan what it felt like to know she was dying, and she realized she could let him go, but she couldn't watch him walk away. Mason finds what he was looking for, the fake invoice with Julia's signature on it. Eden and Cruz discuss having the family over to help them celebrate getting back together. A letter arrives from Robert that is addressed to them both. In the letter Robert tells them the reason he left is not what Kelly thinks,and he wanted them to know he really did love her. CC, Sophia and Rafael all go to Cruz and Eden's with chocolate cakes for them. Cruz and Eden go to the hospital to see Nikki. He tells her he has moved back home. Kelly goes there to see her and runs into Eden, and is bitter with her. When they get home they find everyone there, and Cruz makes a toast to their family and their faith in them. Kelly arrives to join them, but when she sees Robert's letter and Eden tries to tell her it's not what she thinks,she runs out. Eden follows her and tries again to talk to her, but she's too angry to listen. She then heads to the bar, and is being pawed by a couple of guys there when Ric sees her and pulls them off her. She insists she can take care of herself. After everyone leaves, Eden picks up Cruz's jacket and holds it near her. He comes down and sees her and hands her a flower. She tells him when they were apart she would sleep anywhere but in the big empty bed of theirs, and he says the bad times are over and he kisses her.

#063(F): Eden and Cruz lay in bed and talk about their daydreams. His is of a deserted beach and hers is off skiing down the face of Ajax. Sasha has a tape on Mason, that she is using to blackmail him with. Mason tells CC he seriously thought of killing her, and he fills him in on the situation with Julia. Kelly talks with Sophia about her new lifestyle. She then meets with a car salesman about buying a Ferrari. Cruz and Eden finally come down for breakfast, and Rafael gives them their messages. Before Cruz leaves for work, Eden tells him if he gets a moment and needs to relax, he should just close his eyes and daydream. He tells her he just might go to the tv studio to see her. Kelly takes the Ferrari on a test drive. While Eden is sitting with Chip and Rafael, they hear sirens and look out on the beach and see Kelly driving down the beach. Travis goes to the hospital to see Nikki and tells her he is being sent back to Mexico, but the bosses want her to get on the Santa Barbara police force. Kelly goes to Eden's and tries to get out of the speeding ticket by mentioning Cruz's name, but it does no good. She then tells the salesman not to scratch the car, since she is buying it. Eden blast Kelly out for her childish behavior. Eden and Cruz both plan a vacation, but with different themes. They then decide where they are going :camping.

#063(F): Kelly goes to the bar to talk with Ric, while she waits for her date, Charlie, the cop, to get there. Julia tells Mason he sent her the letter for intent for the divorce, so if he wants a divorce, he's got it. He goes on about wanting to be with her, but when Sasha comes in he tells her he does indeed want a divorce. Cruz and Eden reach the ranger station, and he says they will be living off the land. He then jokes with her about her back packing before, and she tells him to stop calling her a wimp, if he wants to sleep in the same tent with her. She then tells him to go ahead, and she talks to the ranger and asks him to do her a favor. Michael helps Nikki back to Cruz's room when she leaves the hospital. Sasha thinks she has Mason behind the eight ball, but he has plans to get rid of her. Cruz and Eden reach the site where they intend to set up camp. When Cruz looks in Eden's knapsack, there is no food, and she says he said they were going to live off the land. He's worried if he doesn't catch any fish what they will eat, but she has confidence in him, her wilderness man. Mason fills Julia in on Sasha's blackmail attempt. Eden helps Cruz set up the tent,and he then heads to get them some fish. The ranger comes with Eden's surprise for Cruz. When Charlie's buddies find out Kelly is Eden's sister, they start to rave about Eden, which sets Kelly off. Kelly and Nikki get friendly at the bar,but she passes out from leaving the hospital too soon. Cruz comes back with some tiny fish, and Eden shows him her surprise for him-a candle lit table with champagne and music. She jokes that it was packed with her spare socks. She then says nothing is too good for her husband. They drink some champagne then go inside the tent. When he goes to turn the lantern off to go to sleep, the tent caves in on them.

#063(F): CC comes in dressed for a polo game and Sophia talks with him about his new found interest in the game. Eden wakes up and looks for Cruz, who comes from behind and tells her they are going to move their camping site. When she goes on about the kind of breakfast she wants, he tells her to turn around and they come face to face with a hungry bear. He says he doesn't think she should of mentioned food. Mack and Gina talk about Phyllis, and they think she's up to something. Cruz gives the bear the fish he caught to create a diversion so they can get away, but after he eats them,Eden scares him away by telling him he had his fish,now go bother someone else. CC and Derek go to the polo club to play a game of polo. Cruz leads Eden to a cabin and pretends they are lost, but when she opens the door, she finds a surprise- a romantic table setting. She tells him he thinks he is pretty tricky and he says he thinks he has potential. She tells him she loves him, but she will not clean those fish. Cruz chases Eden around the cabin with the fish, and she tells him to put them down and wash his hands, but he goes on about his ancient Indian ancestors and them having a custom of kissing their food. She tells him if he values the custom of kissing his wife, he'll put down the fish and wash his hands. He then gets romantic with her. Eden is amazed at the dinner he cooked for them, when he gives her desert, a gold nugget. She asks where it came from and he makes up a story about a prospector named Horace and his wife, Hannah, and how she couldn't stand the life there or the fish, so she left, but one day during a storm she came back and even caught and cleaned some fish for them. That's when he gave her the gold nugget. She asks how Hannah lost it and Cruz says a bear took it. CC goes to watch Sophia work on her film. Mack talks with Derek at the polo club and he offers to teach him the game. After Phyllis talks to Brandon, Gina goes to find her. As Cruz and Eden are asleep, he hears something outside. Eden then tells him she saw something go by the window, and when he opens the door, a little boy collapses in his arms.

#063(F0: Cruz and Eden find a soaking wet little boy, who tells them his sister, Halley has fallen down a well. Cruz tells him to stay with Eden while he goes to find his sister. Sasha and Mason are discussing her record deal when Julia comes in with her divorce demands. Derek tells Mack about growing up in the children's home. CC comes and asks Derek to join him and Kelly for dinner. Eden talks to Buck, the little boy, and assures him Cruz is a cop and he knows what he is doing. She tries to learn about him,when Cruz comes in with Halley. Eden takes her to sit near the fire to get warm, as Cruz talks with Buck, as Halley falls asleep in Eden's arms. CC tries to get Kelly to work for him, but she turns him down. Mason goes to see Julia and she reluctantly agrees to help him get Sasha think she is really wants her dead. Cruz and Eden talk about Buck and Halley being out there alone, which gets them missing their own kids, and they decide they want to go home. Michael sees Nikki walk in the Lair like she is looking for someone. He then sits with her and they talk a bit. Kelly comes in with two guys and tries to get Nikki to join them, but she turns her down. As Cruz and Eden are asleep, the kids try to run out, but Cruz stops them. Halley tells them they came from the children's home and Cruz calms them down about being scolded by a nun. Cruz and Eden bring the kids back there and Halley tells Eden she wishes she was her mother. Eden and Cruz go home, and she gets Chip and Adriana. Cruz says next time they have to take them with them. They then talk about Buck and Halley and how they had the impluse to take them home with them.

#064(F): Mason talks with Sasha about what she plans to wear to the party at the polo club. Julia calls Mason to turn the heat up on Sasha. Sophia lectures Kelly on her recent behavior. She then tells Kelly Eden and Cruz are going to the party, and if that is a problem for her, she shouldn't go, because nobody wants to see her attack her sister in public. Derek and CC talk about their polo match. Eden comes in looking for CC, but he has already left, and Derek kisses her hand, as Cruz comes in from behind her and watches. Kelly tells Sophia she doesn't blame Eden for Robert leaving, and Sophia says she blames Eden for existing. Cruz comes in and introduces himself to Derek. After Derek leaves, Cruz and Eden get romantic. Sophia and CC talk about the polo games he used to have and how close Kelly and Eden were, and he hopes they will be again.. Mason plays it to the hilt with Sasha as they prepare to go to the party. Julia sets the plan in motion when Mason and Sasha arrive. Eden goes to get something, and when she returns she sees Nikki talking to Cruz. She was asking him to help her get on the police force. When CC goes to introduce Kelly to Derek, she takes off, and starts dirty dancing with some guy on the dance floor. Eden talks to Cruz about Nikki leaving and she says she guesses she can't get used to them together, again. He takes her to the terrace and kisses her and says that is how it is going to be. Cruz talks to Kelly about inviting Nikki to make Eden uncomfortable. Eden tries to talk to Kelly, but she is too bitter to listen to her. Eden and Cruz dance and he dances her to the door, and she asks if they are going somewhere and he says they are going to bed. Derek finally meets Kelly when she goes skinny dipping on the beach.

#064(F): Michael goes to see Nikki and gives her the good news, she has a police examine in three hours, since they have agreed to waive the other requirements of going through the academy. Derek has a flashback of his time at the children's home. Kelly comes in and sees a polo blazer and CC tells her it's for her, since he would like her to join his team. Cruz and Eden have breakfast and he reads the article about Eden doing a story on the orphanage. She tells him it means a lot to her to do something about this problem, when he gets a call the Craig is being released due to a technicality. Eden is worried about Kelly as he tells her he is going to find out what is going on. He goes to see Ethan and he says the cop that arrested Craig violated his rights and he would get thrown out of court, so he let him go. Cruz goes to leave and Craig is there, and Cruz grabs him and warns him to keep going and don't look back. Eden goes to the children's home and talks to Buck for her interview. Derek comes in and cuts the interview short,saying he doesn't want the kids to get their hopes up being on tv. When Eden learns there is a problem with the video and asks the sisters' to re-shoot the video, she is told the children were too upset by the whole thing and they can't allow her to redo it. Derek goats Kelly on to play a game of polo with him and CC. Nikki talks with Cruz after her oral part of the examine doesn't go well. He gets her another chance at it, in three weeks. He asks why she is so desperate to get on the force and she says she needs a job. Eden sneaks back in to talk to Buck about doing the interview again, but he dodges her and says he is going to be too busy.Eden senses someone is forcing him not to talk to her.

#064(F): Mason goes to the Lair and Bunny tells him Sasha is in the office.She then comes out and asks him about talking to Stephen Slade about her.Michael talks with Nikki at the bar as she studies, he tells her about Marcos being in her room. Craig comes in looking for a drink, and Ric tells him to get out. Eden tries to salvage some of her tape, when Cruz comes home. She tells him she'll have to figure out something else.He then tells her about Nikki wanting to be a cop there. CC, Kelly and Derek play a game of polo. Craig tries to goat on Nikki and Ric and says he came to apologize, but he ends up getting in a fight with Ric. Eden asks Cruz if he thinks Nikki will make the force. He says he wouldn't be surprised if she does. He tells her he knows how much it irritates her, but she says she trust his judgement. She tells him the problems with the interviews started when Derek came in and she asked him to go on camera about growing up there. Cruz asks if she is going to back off the story,and she gives him a look and says of course, isn't that what he would do. Cruz then learns of Craig being in trouble and he heads out to check it out. After talking with Ric, Cruz is forced to let Craig go, but he warns him he will get him on something more than a bar fight. Kelly falls off her horse, but makes a point of telling Derek how good she is. He agrees to let her go if she will go to dinner with him. Eden goes to see Derek and tries to convince him to allow her to do the story at the children's home. He agrees to talk to the sisters' for her. Eden waits for Cruz to come home and when he does she tells him of her talk with Boswell, and how he told her Cruz took chances when they were separated and that he is lucky to be alive. He says he only did what he had to and she says she doesn't want to lose him. He tells her he knows how much he has to lose, and he doesn't want to risk not coming home to her and their babies, and they hug.

#064(F):Eden and Cruz are at CC's, when Derek talks about the polo match. Kelly gets mad when they all make a fuss about her, especially Eden. She then says she and Derek have a party to attend. Alfred, Derek's butler, goes to see Sister Allegra, as Buck is there hiding and runs away. Mason and Julia talk about how well their plan is going. Kelly makes up a story about this so called party they are going to. Eden tells her she doesn't have to make up excuse to avoid her. Cruz tries to get between their argument, as Sophia comes in and tells him he has a call. She asks them to try and get along for CC's sake. Cruz comes back and tells Eden Buck ran away again. Derek takes Kelly back to his place, and she says everyone but Eden bought her story. Cruz and Eden go to the children's home to talk to Halley about Buck. Alfred brings Buck to Derek, after he finds him hiding in his car. Cruz and Eden go home to check on the kids. Derek calls Cruz to tell him about Buck and he believes he is headed there. Eden comes down after checking on the kids, and Cruz tells her about Derek's call, when Buck comes out of hiding. He tells them maybe they can find someone for him and Halley to live with, and he implies he is talking about them.

#064(F): Cruz comes in and catches Buck talking on the phone with Halley about them maybe having parents, Cruz and Eden. Eden comes in with some clothes for Buck. Cruz tells Eden that they think they are going to adopt them, and Eden says they did talk about it. He then tells her Buck ran away because someone wants to adopt his sister but not him, and they would be separated for the first time in their lives. Sasha tells Mason Julia is trying to kill her when the microphone shorts and she almost gets electrocuted. Cruz and Eden discuss how they can help Buck and Halley, even the possibility of adopting them. Ethan tries to talk Laura into going to a mental clinic, willingly, but if she refuse he can get a court order. Mason tells Julia she has to meet with Sasha and scare her to death, and he'll get to her before she gets to Ethan. Cruz tells Buck if he stops running away, he and Eden will try and find a home for them together. Eden goes to see Sister Allegra again to try and change her mind about letting her do the story, but she is adamant. Eden meets with a woman who wants to adopt Halley and it turns out they went to school together. Eden convinces her to give her a little time to try and find a home for both children together. Eden goes home and tells Cruz of her talk with Frances. She then goes back to work and does another report to try and get a home for both kids.

#064(F): Eden finishes her newscast, and Cruz is there and they talk about her latest appeal and hopefully it will work. She tells him she wants to go to the home again, and she has a plan to get Sister Allegra to talk to her. Derek remembers a time when he and three other little boys had a secret club. Julia holds a gun on Sasha and tells her she knows about the blackmail and the phony evidence she has against her. Mason comes in and tries to stop her, and they struggle with the gun and he is "shot". Kelly goes to apologize to Derek for how she acted with him. Brandon goes to see Cruz and Eden and says he wants to help with the kids, by being a friend to Buck. Julia pretends Mason is dead and gets Sasha to take her to the evidence she has. Eden talks to Sister Allegra and she tells Eden that Halley's adoption can't be held off, and Buck comes in and hears them talking. Kelly takes Derek to the gazebo and they have dinner. After talking with Cruz, Buck takes off to the basement, and Cruz goes to look for him. He finds him in a secret passage way, where he is looking at some stuff in a cigar box, including a picture of four little boys. Eden goes back after taking Brandon home, and Cruz is shaken up by his talk with Buck. Eden tries to convince Cruz they should adopt the kids, and he says he was going to say the same thing to her.

#065(F) Eden and Cruz talk about the kids, and they decide to get twin beds for the guestroom. Eden tells Cruz she doesn't feel she has reached the people who are out there and want a child so desperately, and they talk about going to someone who has connection and he comes up with Michael and she comes up with her father. Nikki calls Michael and Marcos answers the phone and says he hasn't done anything, yet. CC, Kelly and Derek are talking about the polo match when they hear sirens and CC says the Lockridge house is on fire. Augusta and Mack both try to get in, but the firemen hold them back. Another fireman checks inside, but doesn't see anyone, unaware that Buck is still in there. Marcos tells Nikki he caught Michael going through his things. After he leaves, Michael wakes up and asks her if she is worth all the trouble. Gina and Phyllis come and ask where Buck is, since he was in the house when they left. Derek hears this and runs over to the house and gets pass the firemen and enters the house,with another fireman in tow, they rescue Buck. Nikki takes Michael back to her room and bandages him up. He asks what kind of trouble she is in,but she says she has to handle it on her own. Cruz goes to see Michael about Buck and Halley, and ask what happened to him, but Nikki makes up a cover story and Michael agrees with it. Eden goes to see CC and asks about the fire. When she learns Buck is in there she and Kelly both want to go over there, but he holds them back. Derek comes in with Buck and the fireman, Hank, comes to check him out. Eden and Kelly then talk about Derek and what he has done. Hank talks to Eden about Buck, and she fills him in on his situation. Hank talks to Buck and asks if he could bring his wife by to meet him and Halley. Eden goes home and is excited about Hank and fills in Cruz about him, and when she gets done praising him to Cruz, he jokes that she sounds like she wants him to adopt her as well. They then talk about keeping the twin beds all the same, just in case they need them for their family.

#065(F): Derek's butler reads him the article about saving Buck in the fire. Eden is in CC's den when Mason comes in. She invites him to her calm bake that evening but he declines. Julia and Augusta look at what is left of her house. Cruz talks to Hank about what may have started the fire, and he believes it was arson. Laura is in her room at the mental hospital, talking to herself about the fire, when Ethan comes in to see her. She is surprised to see him, since she believed he would have been in the fire she set. Phyllis calls the insurance company and learns because she didn't send in the payment,Gina's fire insurance is null and void. Julia tells Hank she'll be handling the legal matters of the fire for Augusta, so she would like to see the insurance information, but he says he is ordering an investigation of the fire. Augusta wonders if Buck may have started the fire, but Cruz defends him, and says there could have been a lot of people with motives, including herself. Eden and Mason are talking about Derek when Cruz comes in and tells Mason Julia was looking for him. He then tells them they have found some evidence that suggest the fire was arson. When Mason leaves, Eden gets romantic with Cruz to learn more about the fire, then she calls the station to send a camera crew so she can do a report. Cruz says she was only pumping him for information and she says she has a lot more questions to ask him and she still has a bedroom upstairs, so they head up there to talk. Eden goes to the children's home and sees Derek there and they talk about Hanks application to adopt the kids. After a heated exchange, he tells Eden he helped Hank and his wife out with the adoption. Cruz comes and joins Eden as they say good bye to Buck and Halley. After they leave,Eden tells Cruz she'll tackle the wife and he can take on Hank. She then spots Derek's car there, after he said he need to leave on business.This gets her more suspicious of the mysterious Derek. They then search around and find Derek in the secret tunnel in the basement.

#065(F): Eden and Cruz come upon Derek and he is surprised to see them. He tells them he used to go down there when he was a boy, and Eden says he lied to them about leaving on business and what is the big mystery. He says there is a mystery and she should know the truth. He goes on to say he is ashamed of his childhood, and how it felt to be a kid and not be chosen, so that is the big mystery to him. He hands the cigar box to Cruz and says he'll see them at the calm bake later that evening. Cruz doesn't buy his explanation. Augusta argues with Gina about letting the insurance lapse, and she says she didn't, but Augusta tells her she is going to pay for the damages she has caused. Laura gets acquainted with her roommate, Annie, who's in there for killing her husband. Craig tells Sasha the best thing to do is leave town after she lost her blackmailing scheme. Phyllis admits she took the insurance check, and Augusta tells Gina she better come up with the money. Cruz looks at the picture of the four little boys and asks Eden if the one on the end reminds her of Derek too. Eden tells Cruz she is worried about Derek, since he has become so close to her family in a short time. Cruz says this thing with Derek is a secret and it may remain a secret. Eden has a talk with Derek and he gets the feeling she is hinting about his intentions towards Kelly and he tells her they are honorable.At the same time Cruz is talking with Kelly on the beach, and they talk about their times with Joe. Eden comes out with the rest of the group and Kelly asks if she is through with her talk with Derek. When Eden tries to reminisce with Kelly about them digging for clams, she paints a picture of Eden as a snob. Cruz tries to change the subject and CC says this is what is called conversational polo. Sophia pulls Kelly aside and asks if she's only happy when she starts a fight. When Derek comes to help Cruz pick up the stuff on the beach, Cruz shows him the picture, and he admits it is him, but claims to not remember the other boys names in the picture. Kelly and Eden argue and she tells her to stay out of her life.

#065(F): Eden watches the storm, as Cruz comes up behind her and they talk about Derek, again. He tells her the calm bake didn't exactly turn out the way she planned, and she suggest they just pull the covers over their heads until the storm passes. As they go to kiss, Chip wakes up yelling mommy, as Cruz goes to get him. Mason and Julia share a dance at the O/E, when Kelly comes in plastered with two dates. She goes up to them and introduces them and Mason recognizes them as attorneys at a law firm he knows. She gets a bottle of champagne from a waiter after arguing with him. Laura has shot Sasha thinking it was Ethan, who was to meet with Sasha there in his office. Mason argues with Kelly as Julia asks the waiter for some coffee for everyone. Mason orders the one sober guy to make sure Kelly gets home alright. Eden and Cruz sit with Chip as he reads him a story. Eden listens then looks through the cigar box with the stuff in it. Laura says Ethan was suppose to be there, then she comes up with an idea that since Sasha believed Julia was out to kill her, why not make it look like she did. Ethan gets to his office and calls out Sasha's name but Laura has her under the desk. He doesn't see anything and leaves. Eden talks with Cruz about a poem she found in the box. She thinks Derek wrote it, and he tells her that belongs to Buck now. She is more suspicious of him than she was before. Cruz says something weird happens to her after midnight, as the phone rings and Cruz learns from Charlie, the state cop, that Kelly has been in an accident. Cruz and Eden get there and Eden asks Kelly if she is alright. She appears to be fine, but the door is jammed, so Cruz goes to get a bar to pry it open. Eden asks her what she was doing out there alone in the middle of the night, and realizes she is drunk, and she blast her out for doing such a foolish thing. Cruz comes back and arrests her, despite Eden's pleas not to.

#065(F): CC and Derek discuss their opponents in their upcoming polo match. Kelly is in jail pacing, when Eden comes and bails her out. She apologizes to Eden and they head home. Laura sneaks back into the mental hospital, wearing the nurses uniform. Julia screams when she finds Sasha in her bed. Mason comes in and discovers she is dead. Augusta knocks on the door when she hears the scream, but Mason and Julia cover, by acting like they made up. They then try to figure out what to do with her body. Gina is living in Mack's trailer since the fire, and he does his best to cheer her up, but she's too depressed to listen. Eden and Kelly get home and she tells her to get some rest. Kelly ask her not to say anything to CC, when the maid comes in and tells her she came to get her for her polo match. Eden tries to tell her she can’t do it,but Kelly insist with a shower and some strong coffee, she'll be fine and she asks Eden to drive her to the field. Kelly gets there and CC notices Eden's car there and wonders why she is there so early, but Kelly makes a cover story about maybe she is working on the orphanage story, as Derek looks at her. Mason and Julia put Sasha's corpse in the freezer. Derek suggest that CC add Mack to their team,and after he shows his stuff, he is added on. Eden comes to take Kelly home and she asks if she told CC yet, and she says there were too many people around, in the meantime he has learned from a waiter, and heads home to confront Kelly. Eden and Kelly finally start to talk again, when CC comes in and blast them out for not telling him. Derek is there and defends Kelly. CC later tells Eden he likes Derek, and that he could be good for Kelly, but Eden tells him to let her deal with things on her own.

#065(F): Eden goes to see Cruz at his office and tells him CC knowas about Kelly's accident, and how she feels guilty about her problems, but Cruz sets her straight. Gina talks with Phyllis about there being no leads on the fire, when Brandon comes home with a black eye. He got in a fight with some snobs at school. Mason tells Julia that Mrs. Cobb will take care of Samantha for a few days so they can look into the situation before them. There is a noise in the garage and he goes to check and finds a cat there. Cruz gives Eden a copy of the picture of Derek to use for her story. He wants to know what makes her so curious about him, and maybe the picture will help her identify the other boys in the picture. Cruz talks to Gina about finding a woman's shoe print outside the terrace doors. Eden sneaks back in the children's home and talks to a new nun, who shows her a scrap book and Eden reads that the old mistress of the place can remember every child that was ever there, so she calls Cruz to ask him to help her find this woman. He tells her she lives in a convalescent home and she heads there to see her, unaware that Derek's butler is following her every move. Eden meets with the woman, but she claims she can't make out the picture too good, so Eden leaves the picture with here and tells her to call her when she remembers the names. Cruz and Eden meet at the O/E for dinner, when he gets a call that a cop was found dead on the docks and he needs to go check it out. Eden talks with CC and Sophia briefly, when she sees Alfred,she invites him to have a drink with her. He warns her he won't discuss Derek's personal life and that she should not persue it any further, and leaves. Cruz goes to investigate the cop's death and finds a pouch with powder clutched in his hand.

#066(F): Julia is asleep on the couch when she has a dream about Sasha, when Mason comes back from his trip, where he mailed a postcard to Bunny from "Sasha". Julia is nervous about Sasha being in the freezer. Boswell tells Cruz a drug called Crystal Meth, or ice for short, is what killed Tom Fellows their fellow cop. Cruz wonders where it came from and he says it came from Hawaii, and he tells Cruz how it is spreading on the streets. Eden comes in with a basket with breakfast for Cruz. He tells her when he called the house to talk to her, there was a message on the machine from Mrs. Soderheim, the elderly woman who was the head mistress in the childrens' home. Eden calls her and she tells her the names of the other boys, and after she hangs up, she thanks Derek, who is there with her, for helping her with the names. Laura wakes up and frantically looks through the paper to see what is says about Sasha but there is nothing in there, as she tries to figure out what is going on. Nikki studies for her test and Michael assures her she is ready to take it. She tries to find out why he is not a cop, but he tells her to get some rest before she takes the test. Nikki gets a mysterious call from someone she is really concerned about,when Marcos comes in and grabs the phone,then tells her she sees how important it is for her to pass the test. Cruz talks to Tom Fellows partner and he assures Cruz he was not on drugs and that he was killed for getting too close to something. Eden comes back and uses Cruz's computer to learn about the boys, but when she puts the names in she learns each of them is dead. Derek goes back to the home and changes the pictures in the files to match the ones in the photo. Cruz talks with Michael about being a cop and he tells Cruz he tried to get it out of his system, but he always thinks of being a cop. Cruz tells him he should be a cop again, because maybe that is where he belongs.Eden goes to the home and finds what Derek planted there for her to see. Cruz calls the Hawaiian police to get any information they may have on this ice problem. Eden comes in and tells Cruz what she did, and he tells her he told her what she could and could not do as a reporter. Cruz then thinks it is strange that 3 out of the 4 boys in the picture are dead, and she tells them how they died, so he says he guesses that's the end of the mystery then. Michael tells Nikki he is taking the test with her to get back on the force.

#066(F): Cruz brings a guy in who was found with some ice on him. Boswell takes him in for questioning as Cruz goes in his office and talks with Eden, who wanted to take him to lunch. She's worried about him with all this stuff going on and he tells her not to think that way and she says she loves him and they kiss, as Nikki comes in and Cruz asks what he can do for her. CC,Kelly and Derek celebrate their polo game. Kelly tells them she is doing her community service at the children's home, and Derek offers to take her there. Sophia is on the movie set, having butterflies, as Stephen tries to reassure her. Eden leaves and wishes Nikki well with her recent exam. Nikki asks Cruz about her test results, but he is preoccupied with the recent events to worry about that. Boswell comes in and tells Cruz the guy told him the drug pushers are giving the stuff out for free. Eden goes to the children's home to finish her story and sees Kelly there. She tells Eden she is going to be doing clerical work there, and how the files are all messed up. Michael and Nikki go to the bar upon Cruz's request and they learn they have passed their test and they are to start immediately. Nikki tells Marcos the news, and then asks to him to tell them to let her brother go, but he says he can't do that. Eden sees Derek and he tells her the interviews have done a lot of good for the home. Eden goes home and Cruz is there and he wanted to spend some time with her, but she didn't know he would be there and has to go back to work later. Cruz sees her with a bag of groceries and says that is what he missed when they were separated. Eden comes and sits down next to him and they hold each other and kiss. He says they are very lucky. Boswell calls and tells him their informant is set to go out on a buy. Cruz tells Eden he has to leave, and she tells him she doesn't want to lose him, and he says he loves her and leaves.

#066(F): Laura returns to her room and Annie is writing in her diary.She asks Laura what is so interesting in the news, and she lets her know she knows her secret and she pulls out the gun she is hiding. Kelly and Derek discuss her community service and she tells him he's a mysterious man, and he tells her he is not Robert Barr. She wants to end the date, and he says that is up to her. Eden is looking for Linda, her camera person, to do some edits, when she shows up high. Eden wonders what's wrong with her, but she insists she is fine. Eden then gets her new assignment, the Easter festivities around town. Michael and Nikki are at the bar playing pool when Cruz comes in to watch the informant make a buy. Derek and Kelly decide to go to the television station and watch Eden finish up her piece on the home. Cruz nails the seller when he sees the ice in his hand, but he insists he found it in the pool table pocket. Cruz asks him again where he got it and he says someone on the beach gave it to him and told him what it was worth. Michael steps in and talks with him as Ric holds back Cruz. Michael questions Rob and Cruz arranges for him to help them by keeping his eyes and ears open and reporting back to him. Cruz and Michael then go to see Ethan about the ice problem and ask him to form a task force. He says he can't guarantee anything, but there is to be no media coverage on this issue. Eden talks to Derek about what he thinks of the piece and he apologizes to her for being so skeptical. Cruz comes home and Eden is getting ready to watch her telecast. Cruz fills Eden in on the case, but tells her Ethan put a gag order on the press,so he can't tell her anymore than what he has, and he doesn't want her to get messed up in this anyway. They then watch her story on the children's home and he is proud of all she has done.

#066(F): Eden goes to Cruz's office and Michael is there working on the computer on the recent killing of Tom Fellows and the ice story. She gets him to talk about what he is doing, then he asks if she is asking this as Cruz's wife or as a reporter, when Cruz comes in and says that is a good question. She says if she were there as a reporter, she would of shut up and listened, to which Cruz replies in all the time he has known her she has never shut up and listened. As they are talking the lights go out, and Cruz learns it is a city wide blackout. Ethan is getting ready to leave when a security guard informs him of the situation. Laura is hiding underneath his car, and has cut his brake line. Mason and Julia are stuck in the O/E, where they worry about Sasha thawing out. Kelly is trapped in the elevator with Craig. Cruz checks on the blackout while Eden prepares to go up in a helicopter to cover the story for the station. Eden goes to the O/E and talks with Hank the fireman about what they are doing during this situation. Eden learns about Kelly and Hank goes to see if he can help out. Michael tells Cruz he learned from the power company that the blackout started at the docks, and that it is sabotage. Eden learns Linda, her camera person has collapsed. She finds her on the floor clutching some powder of a drug in her hand and Eden takes it out of her hand before anyone else sees it. A helicopter flies to the docks, and drops some more ice down to Marcos. Cruz learns the intent of the blackout was to just blackout the dock area, and figures someone wanted to get a ship in or out and not be seen. Rob goes to see Michael and Cruz and tells them he knows where the ice is coming from. Eden talks with Linda at the hospital, and she tells her she wants to know where she got the ice from so she can help stop someone else from being killed like Cruz's friend Tom. Rob tells Cruz and Michael of a woman named Jane, while Linda tells Eden the same thing. Eden tells Linda she wants her to arrange a buy for her from Jane.

#066(F): Derek is at the children's home with Sister Allegra, when he gives her a check for $3 million. Alfred comes in and tells him about Ethan's accident. Laura is waken by an orderly and told of Ethan's accident. Cruz and Michael instruct Rob on what they need from him about Jane. Eden and Linda talk about her idea and Linda doesn't think it is a good idea, but Eden insist she has to do it, so she sets up a buy for Eden. Gina and Phyllis discuss their new jobs as waitresses,and how she is going to pay her bills. Eden goes to Cruz's office and leaves him a note, when he comes in. she says she has another assignment to work on and they arrange to meet at home later for dinner. He tells her the situation with the ice is going to get real ugly before it is over, and he doesn't want her involved, not aware she is following her own lead. Eden goes to Howie's dinner and meets with the seller, a person she knows named Jane Kingsley. Eden tells her she knew she was going to meet someone, but had no idea it would be someone she knew. Rob watches them talk to report back to Cruz. Jane is suspicious of Eden, given her job and that Cruz is her husband, but Eden covers well, and they argee to meet in the back alley in 30 minutes. Rob calls Cruz and tells him what he heard, and Cruz and Michael plan a stakeout of the alley. Eden and Jane meet, as Cruz and Michael prepare to go out there.

#066(F):Julia goes to look for Mason,when she thinks she sees Sasha. Mason comes from behind and she forces him to open the freezer,and she is still there. Laura is talking to a nurse about Ethan's condition, while three shadowy figures surround his bed. Cruz instructs the other cops on how the bust will take place. Eden meets with Jane,who is still suspicious of her. Eden tells her when she is ready to talk,to call her. She tells Eden if she can convince her this is just between them, and not her job and her husband,then they can talk business. Eden spots a car that is an unmarked police car, and tips Jane off. Eden says she wants to leave, she can't get caught there, and Jane knows another way out and they leave. Nikki tells Cruz they are leaving and he gets there but they are gone, but he finds a book of matches with the Capwell country club on them. Mason tells Julia about someone who saw a woman outside Ethan's office on the fire escape,so that might be the real killer. He then says it's time to move Sasha, and he has a place in mind. They go to the hospital and he had a former client that own a cryogenic cylinder, so he "borrows" it to put Sasha in. Michael and Cruz have lost Jane and her buyer, and Cruz thinks one of them has police knowledge. Eden and Jane sit in the car and talk and Jane says she'll be in touch with Eden and leaves. Eden then calls her news director with a story. Cruz goes home and talks with Michael for a bit about how Jane got away. When Michael leaves, Cruz pulls out his present for Eden,who sneaks up behind him and says he thought she forgot, and they wish each other a happy second anniversary, and celebrate in front of the fire place. As Cruz goes to get some more champagne, Jane calls Eden and arranges to meet with her at the Capwell Country club the next day.

#067(F): Gina gets a call at work that Brandon got in trouble at school for fighting and he was suspended this time. Cruz and Eden get ready for the funeral. They discuss the case, and he tells her about Jane and how she took off. Michael and Boswell are in Cruz's office when they get a call about Ethan's accident not being an accident. Laura goes in to see Ethan with a syringe in her hand. Eden and Cruz talk about the woman he is looking for, and she says he'll catch her. She then talks about how hard it is for him to get information, being that he is in the spotlight so much, and he says that's why it's important to have an inside person and when you lose that person, you are back to square one. Laura gets caught in the room by a nurse, but she covers until a cop comes and clears out the room saying it is under guard now. Cruz is reviewing the list of female members of the Capwell country club, when he gets an accident report on Ethan's car, seems someone tampered with the brake line. Eden talks to Sam, the news director, about her story on the ice problem. She tells him Cruz doesn't know what she is doing, and he tells her no story is worth getting hurt if they think she is on to them. Nikki and Boswell go to the docks to check on leads about the blackout, while Marcos is hiding. When Boswell leaves, he comes out and tells Nikki she's to get on the harbor patrol. Cruz has Rob look at some pictures to see if he can identify Jane.After he stalls a bit, he points her out. Eden meets with Jane at the country club. Jane is still having a problem with Eden in that Cruz is a cop, but Eden tells her she is not working for him. She finally agrees to help her. Cruz calls the country club and learns Jane is there. Eden and Jane talk about how she started using drugs, and Eden makes up a cover story about the ordeal after the rape, and how she first got into pills then coke. Jane buys her story and tells her to meet her in the ladies room. As Eden heads there, Cruz walks in. Jane passes Eden the ice then leaves, as Cruz watches her and has her followed. Eden sees him and he says he knows why she is there, to cover her Easter story. She then goes back to the television station and hides the ice in a tape case, and tells Sam that was just one of many meetings with her new friend Jane. Cruz tells Michael and Nikki every person Jane meets with will be know to them and they nail each of them.

#067(F): Laura goes to Ethan's office and gets caught by Mason. He covers and says he is there to look through some files, and they make small talk, as each tries to get rid of the other. Mason wins as Laura pretends to leave. Eden does research on the effects of the drug ice, when Jane comes to see her about her tail and she's suspicious of her again. She warns Eden she's not going to jail for her. Cruz talks with Rob again about Jane, and who she was seen with. Rob then sees a picture of Eden on Cruz's desk and asks if that is his girlfriend, to which Cruz tells him she is his wife and why. At first he doesn't want to say, but then tells Cruz Eden was the one he seen with Jane, and they were making arrangements to do a deal. Cruz tells Boswell he thinks Eden might pretend to buy the stuff for a story, but she doesn't realize how dangerous these people are, and he goes to her office to see her. Eden tells Jane if Cruz were on to her he would confront her. Jane then decides to put Eden to the test, by pulling out some ice. Sam comes and Eden covers and Jane then leaves. He figures out she is the drug dealer, and Eden tells him she is not sure how much longer she can do this. As they argue,Cruz comes in and says he thought they would have a talk, but, maybe he should listen to their talk,since it may be about the same thing. Eden goes to do her report, and Cruz stays there. When he picks up the tape case and goes to open it to watch what she is working on, the ice falls out. When Eden comes back in he confronts her and they argue about how dangerous this is. He threatens to lock her up to keep her safe, but she tells him she is his best source of getting these people. He says it's not worth the chance of losing her, and leaves.

#067(F): Eden goes home and tells Cruz she knows he has someone watching her all day, and he tells her she'll have to get used to it. They argue again about her helping him catch the drug kings, but he won't let her get involved. They decide to halt the argument for a bit and discuss dinner. When the phone rings he learns Jane is missing and Eden tells him she can get in contact with her. Against his better judgment, he let's her call the number and Jane calls her back and Eden arranges a buy. Michael and Nikki meet at the Lair for her birthday. Julia and Mason discuss their night of passion, and she says she can't do this anymore, wondering what happens next. They continue to argue about him not thinking before he reacts, and he grabs her and kisses her. Cruz tells Eden for her on he will handle it without her. Marcos tells Nikki she is being allowed to see her brother briefly, and when she gets there she sees him and another guy gives her a jacket to wear back to Marcos, that is filled with the ice in it. Eden listens on the baby monitor as Cruz sets up the plan with a decoy who looks like her. Marcos meets with Jane and before he gives her the ice he warns her about Eden being a reporter, and Jane says she is a user, and her husband has no idea. Marcos ask Nikki about that and she says she can't see Eden as a user. Cruz watches the decoy from the warehouse and realizes it is Eden. They argue about Jane not showing up, and she says Jane knew something was not right. A cop comes and tells them they found a dead body, and they go to check it out, when Eden sees her she says Jane.

#067(F): Gina goes to the Lair, and Bunny talks to her about her job as a waitress, when Rafael comes up to her and asks her to be his assistant. CC and Sophia talk about the film, and how it is going. Mason and Julia talk about someone taking Sasha's body out of the crypt and what is going to happen now. Eden goes with Cruz to the morgue, and the medical examiner tells them Jane died from an overdose. Eden says she was murdered and it's her fault. Cruz tells Eden this is why he didn't want her to get involved, because this was bound to happen when Jane got involved with those people. Eden wants to do a report, and he says she can't because of Ethan's gag order. She tells him to pull the gag, and he says if he thought it would help he would. Julia dreams that Cruz has arrested her for killing Sasha. Eden goes to see CC and Sophia is there, and she ask if he has an opening for an ex-ceo in his company. Gina works for Rafael as his assistant at the Lair. Eden fill them in on Jane and CC is shocked. Eden tells them how frustrating it is to report a story and not be able to do anything,but she talks herself through it as they just listen. CC tells Sophia that is the best advise her never gave. Cruz goes to see Ethan and tells him the brake line on his car was cut by an amateur. He then tells him about the other death with the drug ring, and the heat he is getting from the press,especially at home with Eden, but Ethan insists this is the best way to handle the situation. While he is there he catches some of Eden's newscast. Someone is hiding behind a wall as Eden gathers her things to go home. As Julia is sleeping, she wakes up screaming that Sasha is back. A security guard tells Eden he'll walk her to her car, and she says she'll meet him outside. A guy comes up behind Eden and injects her with some ice.

#067(F): Sophia is on the film set rehearsing with an actor, when Stephen stops the scene, since he doesn't feel it's going right. Sophia asks him for some feedback, but he says it's the script. Gina is trying to balance her money against the bills she has in front of her when Mack comes in. She's angry with him for talking to Augusta about her designs behind her back. Michael tells Nikki he thinks there is someone from the force involved in the drug ring. Eden gets injected with the ice and falls to the floor. She is able to pull herself up long enough to call the house and say Cruz before she passes out. Cruz races to the television station and finds Eden on the floor and next to her is the syringe. He calls for help and tells her to wake up. Brandon goes to see Stephen for a job on the film. He tells him he reminds him of himself at that age and gives him a job. Michael tells Nikki Cruz radioed him from the ambulance about Eden and what happened to her at the television studio. Cruz gets to the hospital with Eden, as the doctor tells him he needs to wait outside the room while they work on her. Nikki overhears Marcos talking about Eden. The doctor comes out and tells Cruz it's not good news about Eden's condition, but Cruz tells him he knows she will be alright and goes in there to sit with her. Cruz tells Eden she'll be okay as he holds her hand. Cruz sits with her and tries to get her to wake up, when Sophia comes in and he tells her she has too much to live for and she is not going to die. CC comes in next and he and Cruz go outside the room and he fills him in and what happened. Cruz tells him he tried to stop her, but he didn't try hard enough. Marcos warns Nikki as long as she does what she is told, she'll be fine. When he learns Eden is alive, he worries she could identify him, and tells Nikki she has to go to the hospital and let him know what is going on there. Gina goes with Mack to see Augusta about selling her the designs she made. Michael goes to see Cruz about what the security guard remembers about the man. Cruz then orders more security to guard Eden and refuses to leave. As Cruz is sitting with Eden, he heart stops.

#067(F): Ethan is awaken by a cop who tells him Derek is outside his room and wants to see him. He tells Ethan not to worry, he told the cop it was business. Mason and Julia get a message on their answering machine about Eden. Cruz gets the doctor as Eden's heart stops. The doctor wants him to leave as he works on Eden, but Cruz refuses as he and CC stand there and watch. They finally go outside and wait for the doctor to come out. Sophia comes back and CC fills her in on what happened, as Kelly comes and wants to see Eden. The doctor comes out and says they got her heart going again, but there may be complications like brain damage, since they don't know if they got to her in time. Cruz asks if anyone from the station called,and he then goes to check on there being any leads to who did this to her. Ethan tells Derek he needs to get out of the hospital,since he needs to cover up Craig's release. A nurse comes in and mentions what happened to Eden. Cruz calls Boswell and tells him he wants 24 hour protection for Eden. Rafael comes and takes Cruz to church, where he prays for her to be alright. Kelly talks to Mason about it being so like Eden to go out and do something for others at her own expense. She then goes in to see Eden and tells her she's sorry and she loves her. She tells her she argued with her so much because she wanted to be her, but all she wants is her sister back. Cruz comes back and CC tells him there has been no change. He goes in and sits with her. As Cruz is holding Eden's hand, the machine starts to beep faster and he calls a nurse. As the nurse checks her, she opens her eyes. Cruz looks at Eden as she stares back at him and he says thank God she is alright.
