#010(E): Cruz and Eden talk about Eleanor and Cain, and how they may be working together. He doesn't want Eden to hang around with Cain until they know everything about him. Cruz comes up with a plan to make Eleanor think they are on the track of another suspect, and then they will take her in their confidence to try and trick her into letting her guard down. Cruz gives Eden a puppy that they name Hope, in honor of what they always had. Cruz goes through with the next step of his plan, and he and Eleanor are "accidentally" locked in a meat locker. Just when she is about ready to reveal her true identity, Pearl, who is outside the locker monitoring the situation with a tape recorder, bust in and "saves" them. Cruz and Eden go to the CC's cabin where Cain is hiding out. Cain remembers Eleanor's real name, Elena Nicholas, as in Dr Alex Nicholas's daughter. Eleanor/Elena goes back to the meat locker and catches Pearl and Carmen with the tape recorder talking about Cruz's plan. Cruz confronts Dr. Nicholas about his daughter Elena, and he makes up a cover story about why she was using the name Eleanor Norris. Eden and Cruz argue about him taking all the chances and she warns him to be careful. He confronts Elena and after a heated argument, he warns her to stay away from Eden or he'll kill her. After Cruz leaves, Elena sets her next step in motion. As Cruz gathers the family at CC's to protect them from Elena, Pearl is standing outside her door watching her every movement. Pearl calls Cruz and says Elena is on a plane, but when Cruz gets to the airport he learns she gave Pearl the slip. Eden goes back to the beach house for the puppy. Cruz comes and tells her to go back to her father's house.She tells him she's right behind him. When Eden doesn't show up or answer the phone, Cruz returns and finds what he believes is Eden's wheelchair upside down. Elena then calls Cruz and tells him if he wants to see Eden safe to meet her at the Lazer Palace, alone. She then calls CC and tells him to meet her there, but at exactly 10:50,not earlier, not later. When Cruz arrives there he sees what he thinks is Eden in her chair, but it turns out to be a mannequin with a blonde wig. After a game of cat and mouse, Elena locks a door and a gun goes off. Cruz breaks it in and finds her shot. CC then arrives and sees Cruz standing over her with the gun in his hand. Cruz goes to call for help, and Elena says to CC "Cruz killed me daddy". As the police investigate the killing, all the evidence, including what Elena manufactured leads to one suspect, Cruz. Unable to refute what is turning up, except to insist he is innocent, Cruz is arrested and booked for murder. While in jail, Cruz runs into a few men he helped put away while he was a cop, including Angel Ramierz . First, while in the work out yard Cruz is beaten, then as he is walking down a hallway to the courthouse to see Eden, a man jumps out with a knife and stabs him. Eden climbs out of the chair and holds him and yells for help. Once he is at the hospital Keith refuses to allow Eden to see him. CC finally makes a deal with Keith, and he'll allow her a brief visit. When Cruz receives some flowers, Keith plants a bug in them to listen to his conversation with Eden. Cruz finds the bug and is wise to what Keith has planned.

#011(E): Eden is at the hospital waiting to see Cruz after CC arranges it for her with Keith. Cain wheels Eden in and sneaks a gun for Cruz to use to get out. Cruz sees it and first warns them in code about Keith bugging the room, then tells Cain no to the gun. Later, Eden decides to get Keith to protect Cruz in jail she needs to cause a commotion. She chains herself and her wheelchair to the court house doors. Keith finally gives in, but takes away Cruz's visitation rights. Brick, who is now a rookie cop, and Jane, come up with a plan for Eden to see Cruz. They sneak her in the jail in a laundry cart and Brick gets Cruz out of his cell and into a closet where they share a tender reunion, until a guard discovers Cruz is missing. As Cruz tries to sneak back, he's caught along with Brick and Eden by Keith. After a hearing with the judge, Keith convinces her to conduct Cruz's trail right away. Cruz and Eden both are thinking of each other as they are seperated. Cruz's trial begins as Mason and Julia work on his defense. Eden tells Cruz she'll be there for him everyday until it is over. Victoria tells Mason she got subpoenaed by the state. Keith tries to make it look like Cruz and Elena were having an affair, and Eden returned from the dead, so Cruz bumped off Elena to keep her quite. After parading numerous witnesses to the stand, it doesn't look good for Cruz. One witness can cause reasonable doubt, a veiled woman who saw an older man leaving the Lazer Palace. Julia finds this woman and she is Pamela, Mason and Elena's presumed dead mother. Victoria is called to the stand, and she tries to defend Cruz as best she can against Keith. Mason discovers his mother is still alive and doesn't want her to testify, against what Julia wants. Keith calls Eden back to the stand,and Cruz loses it as he badgers Eden and Cruz tries to choke Keith. Julia later tells Cruz about the witness at the scene and Mason withdrew because they have a difference of opinion on this aspect of the case. Mason comes and says he didn't withdraw, but the witness won't help the case. Eden goes to see Cruz and he tells her about this witness and he is hopeful all will turn out well. Pamela is brought in to testify, but it is later learned CC was paying her, (thanks to a tip from Gina), so her testimony is tainted and doesn't help Cruz. The jury finds Cruz guilty of first degree murder. Eden is able to see Cruz for a few minutes. She wants to give him some hope, so she stands up from the wheelchair for a few seconds to show him he can't give up. Cruz is back in his cell, very depressed. He tells a priest that comes to see him that it is over for him and he doesn't want to see anyone. Eden goes in to see him and argues with him about giving up. CC goes to see Cruz and tries to offer to help him "get" out, but Cruz yells at him that he can't buy everything. Later, Cruz has a dream that the walls are closing in on him. (also includes scenes with CC pushing Gina outside the courthouse and she is now blind, and at the hospital with Scott Clark)

#012(E): Cruz gets ready for his sentencing as Keith stands there and tortures him about what he will face. Eden is optimistic that all will work well for Cruz. Cruz's cellmate, Jesse, tells him he plans to break out. Eden goes to see Cruz and he doesn't want her to live her life seeing him in a place like that. She tries to keep his spirits up. Everyone gathers at the court house to hear the sentencing. Cruz is sentenced to life in jail, with the possibility of parole in 25 years. Eden decides she needs to help Cruz and she looks at Cain. They plan to break him out before he is transferred out of Santa Barbara. Eden tells Cruz of her plan and he thinks she is crazy and won't go along with it and he won't let her either. He asks her to help settle his affairs. She tries to tell him all is not lost, but he doesn't buy it. It's not until his cellmate,Jesse is killed while holding Keith hostage that Cruz realizes he can't take staying in jail while waiting to prove he is innocent. Keith allows Cruz to attend Kelly and Jeffrey's wedding, but from there he is to be transferred. Right after the wedding,the planned explosion takes place and Cruz takes off. Keith forms a massive man hut, and Cruz is almost caught, but he gets away to his hiding place, a sea grotto Eden knew of as a kid. Once he is there,Eden, who can now walk, swims in to see him. He thinks he is dreaming, until she tells him how hard she worked. They then share a tender, romantic reunion. Eden goes back to help clear Cruz's name, and Keith is suspicious of how she is getting in and out in a wheelchair. He finds the tunnel and blows it up, unaware Cain and Eden are already safe. When Pearl finds out, he runs straight to Cruz, who goes to check it out. He is caught at the guest house by Keith, but he knocks him out and gets back to the grotto where Eden is waiting. They learn that Elena was seeing two shrinks and Eden goes to visit one as a potential patient. When she can't learn anything she and Cruz break in and are caught by a security guard. They are able to escape with two tapes from Elena's sessions. It's on these tapes that they learn Elena's connection to the Capwells'. Keith now knows Eden can walk. Cruz and Eden return to the doctors office to find him dead and a Japanese symbol on the wall. Cain, Eden and Pearl believe the real killer is Dr. Nicholas, but Cruz doesn't. They are able to get a lead on the symbol. They get seperated after Keith is on their trail and when Eden gets to the sea grotto she is confronted by Kirk. When Cruz gets back there he finds a note,but knows Eden didn't write it. He takes off to find her. The letter tells him to go to Johnnies, where he finds the symbol on the board along with an address of an old abandoned church. He gets there and finds Eden bound and gagged, wearing a shirt with that symbol on it. She tries to scream at him not to come in, but it's too late and he comes face to face with Kirk. (also includes edits with Gina and Scott).

#013(E): Eden and Cruz are with Kirk. After playing his sick games with them, including pouring gasoline on them to try and get them to set themselves on fire, Eden gets Kirk to admit to Keith, who has arrived with Cain, that Cruz didn't kill Elena-she killed herself, and Kirk has all the evidence there. Later at the hospital, Keith tells Cruz all the charges have been dropped and he is free. Cruz and Eden go back to the sea grotto to celebrate. Cruz and Eden are in Hawaii on their scouring tour to find the perfect place to be married. Eden arranges for Cruz to have his own private luau, complete with hula dancing lessons. They later dance and she tells him how much she has missed dancing with him. A man is sitting at the bar watching them. He turns out to be Cruz old control from his INID days. Richard wants Cruz to go back to work for them to catch his old partner Harry, who Richard claims is a double agent. Cruz has nightmares of Harry and him and finally tells Eden what is going on. After careful consideration Cruz decides to take on the assignment. Cruz arranges for him and Eden to take a tour, complete with their own personal guide named Danny. After a minor traffic accident, Cruz is examined by a doctor that gives him an injection for any pain he may encounter. Later, while they are celebrating New Years Eve, Cruz passes out. He's taken to the hospital and under goes minor surgery. The next day they are at the airport to head home, Richard is there and tells him he'll be in touch. After Cruz heads on the plane,he checks his tracking device planted on Cruz during the operation.

#014(E): Cruz and Eden return from Hawaii. They go to the O/E where Cain brings Eden her "surprise" Andrea. She is there working on the oil spill. Cruz tease Cain about his attraction to Andrea. Cruz and Eden search for Harry, who is somewhere in Santa Barbara. Eden learns of the friction between Sophia and CC since the oil rig explosion.

#014(F): Gina is at the O/E where Keith is gloating about Scott finding out the truth. Mason and Julia are being romantic at her house. Andrea and Cain are at the beach bar trying to save some more of the wildlife from the aftermath of the oil rig explosion. Harry sends Cruz a bottle of champagne at the beach house, which gets Cruz worried that Harry is watching them. Mason and Julia talk about being able to show their feelings in public, since he and Victoria are getting divorced. Tori is at the O/E talking with Mel. He tries to convince her to stay off the coke-for her sons sake. If Mason finds out,he'll get custody. He also tells her to take Mason to the cleaners in the divorce. Eden and Cruz talk about find Harry and why he chose to become an agent in the first place. Gina goes to see Scott and tries to make up to him, but he won't listen. Keith then goes to the hospital pretending to be sick, but Scott is wise to him as well. Andrea talks to someone about not being the right person for the assignment, but she agrees to stay on. Cruz and Eden pose as health officials and visit a "lady of the evening" named Tiffany regarding Harry. They later run into Tiffany at the hospital and she tells them she knew Harry, but by another name. When she returns to her apartment, it has been trashed, so Cruz and Eden invite her to go back to the beach house with them.

#014(E): Cruz place a classified ad, a red head named Beverly, to lure out Harry. After getting several phone calls,none of whom appear to be Harry, Cruz goes to check on one Tiffany recognized as a customer. He finds Keith in leather pants and handcuffed to a bed. Cruz takes a picture with the camera there, and keeps it to use at a later date. Tiffany gets a call and goes to leave. Eden tries to tell her to wait until Cruz comes back, but she doesn't listen and pushed Eden down. Cruz later gets a call that a body was found and it was Tiffany. While he is out Harry calls regarding "Beverly's" ad. Eden tries to stall him, but she ends up meeting with him. Before Cruz gets there, he tells Eden to tell him he has it all wrong about him, then he escapes when Cruz gets there. Harry calls Cruz and wants to meet with him. Eden and Cruz go to the O/E, since he believes Harry will meet him in a public place. Eden jokes that she feels like a sitting duck. Later, Cruz tries to pull a disappearance number, but Eden follows him to a movie theater, and she reminds him of the last time they where in one. Harry sneaks up behind them and warns Cruz he doesn't know the whole story and to go home and he then escapes. Cruz tracks him to a rented beach house, and while they are talking, Harry is shot and killed. Cruz meets with Richard and he pays Cruz for his "services" rendered, despite the fact Cruz didn't take down Harry. Eden is hiding on the balcony after Cruz tells her he doesn't trust Richard. After he leaves the brief case he gave Cruz explodes. Eden comes in and helps Cruz up and they head to the Last Resort. While they are there,someone comes in, turns off the lights and takes some pop shots at them. It's then that Cruz realizes they planted a tracking device somewhere on him in Hawaii. Cruz,Eden and Cain get to the hospital and get him x-rayed and find exactly where it is. They then convince Scott Clark to help them, and they head to the O/E. After Scott removes the device between floors of the service elevator, the men tracking Cruz shot the elevator down, but nobody is hurt. Cruz starts to investigate the connection between Andrea and the possibility she may be the fox, a paid killer. Cruz tells Cain of his suspicions of her. Cruz is later working on the security of a top secret meeting between the top officials of two countries at odds. Cain loses Andrea as she gives him the slip. As the meeting takes place, Cain sees the fox, and it appears to be Andrea. She escapes from Cain and holds a gun on Eden as Cruz breaks in.She later goes to leave and Cain grabs Eden and comes face to face with Andrea, but he can't shot and she gets away.They learn Andrea is on a boat headed to Mexico and they head there too.

#015(E): Cruz sneaks on board the ship in a steamer trunk, then pretends to be part of the crew. He later finds Eden and Cain, who have arrived using the company helicopter pretending to be a duke and duchess. Later, Cruz and Eden pretend to be this duke and duchess of Westover. After several near misses they catch Andrea and lock her up. The real fox almost kills her, and then they learn she is really Kathleen, Scott Clark's nurse. Once they get to Mexico, Richard arranges for Eden, Andrea and Cain to be drugged and taken in a plane smuggling drugs, then thrown out. The plan doesn't work when Cruz finds out and gets on the plane. After knocking out the pilot, Eden safely lands the plane. Richard and the fox walk into Cruz's trap, but the fox is able to get away. She later takes a priest and some kids in a church hostage. Cruz tries to work on a plan to get her out. After the local officials try to drug the food taken to her, there is a shot heard. Cruz decides he needs to get in there and talk to her face to face, and he'll arrange for a listening device so they can hear what is going on. Once inside, he tries to reassure the kids all will be okay. When later she comes out to make her demands heard, Andrea tries to get a shot at her, but she is using on of the kids a shield. When Andrea misses again, Cain grabs the gun and Cruz yells for the kids to run. Cain misses her and Cruz gets hit in the arm. Finally, Cruz gets free and the fox,aka, Kathleen is shot dead. The people are grateful to Cruz for saving the kids and they give him and Eden an old fashion fiesta. Later, Eden meets Cruz's great uncle, and they head up to his house in the mountains, where he performs a ancient wedding ritual ceremony. Cruz and Eden return to Santa Barbara and learn of her parents problems. Cruz tries to reassure Eden this won't affect their plans or their future. Ever since Cruz uncle told Eden she will dream of the place they are going to be married at, she has been obsessed with seeing the place.Cruz's mother arrives to help them plan the wedding. Eden finally has the dream, now the search is on to find this place. Scott hires Cruz about his uncle Hal's disappearance over 25 years ago. Cruz later tells Eden nothing is going to stop them from getting married in exactly 2 weeks, despite not knowing where this place is. Cruz has his bachelor party,where Eden and Julia go as bell hops to watch Mason and Cruz. Andrea has been following Cruz around since they returned from Mexico since Richard told her Cruz was the one that killed her father. She finally confronts Cruz and he tells her to check the ships log book for that date,he had emergency surgery. She does and later comes back to apologize to Cruz for doubting his word.

#016(E): Eden goes to her wedding shower,where Sophia tells herall about Pebble Creek. Cruz is out with Cain looking for the place. He tells Cain how he and Eden meet and how he almost blew it with his pride, and he warns Cain not to do the same with Andrea.Later, Eden tells Cruz about Pebble Creek and the importance of this place-Eden was conceived there. Eden and Cruz head up to Pebble Creek and book it on the spot. They return and gather everyone to invite them there.Cruz is at the beach house and has a dream of them 40 years down the road. When Eden returns Cruz whisks her down the beach for a picnic. He falls asleep and dreams Eden can't walk. Then she is at the hospital where she gets weaker and they have no idea what is wrong with her, and she dies. He then joins her in heaven, where he meets his and Eden's daughter-the baby she lost. He wakes up and tells her he was in heaven with her and he refuses to let her out of his sight until the wedding. Eden and Cruz go to Pebble Creek and they learn the story of the captain and Amelia. When Eden is holding up her wedding gown,Cruz walks in and Eden yells he seen the gown before the wedding and takes off with the gown in hand. Cruz follows her to the cliffs where the wind sweeps up and takes her gown. After debating what she is going to wear,Eden convinces Cruz to have the wedding party wear the clothes from the captain and Amelia's doomed wedding. Later, Cruz's mother makes him sleep in another room until the wedding, but Cruz sends Eden notes and she follows the clues and finds him in the stables, where they share a romantic night before the wedding. Cruz and Eden's big day (April 1,1988) has finally arrived. Everyone is dressed in the clothes from 1890's, as Eden is escorted down the staircase by CC. Cruz and Eden exchange vows they wrote to each other, and are finally married. After the reception, they pretend to leave on their honeymoon. When everyone is gone they return to Pebble Creek for their honeymoon and have their "Looking glass" back into time (1962, before Eden was born) adventure. Once they get back home,Eden is sick with the mumps and needs to be quarantined . Cruz learns that Chip was taken by the woman hired to watch him, and Cruz helps with the search and eventually finds and reunites him with Tori.

#017(E): Eden calls Cruz from the hospital. Mason goes to see Cruz after Cruz talks to CC and Pamela about Hal Clarks' disappearance . Cruz asks Mason if he's afraid of what he will find out. Cruz goes to see CC about the boat house blowing up, after he promised he would halt the construction. He assures him it was an accident. Eden comes home from the hospital and Cruz tells her what is going on. Eden goes to see CC and Mason is there and they talk about their father and Pamela. She believes CC didn't lie, despite what Mason believes. Cruz and Pearl investigate the explosion at the boat house.Eden later finds CC at the boat house.They talk about the current situation and Eden tries to get him to open up to her. He insists he is not responsible for the things he is accused of.Later when Pearl and Cruz go back there, Cruz dives in and comes up with some bones that look to be human. Gina and Keith are there hiding and listening to them. They bring the bones back to Pearl's, where he gets the creeps with the bones around.Cruz is going to have a friend of his analysis them for him. Pearl then offers to store them in his "other" apartment.Cruz's contact has come up with little more than the bones are of a human about 30 at the time of death. Cruz asks him to send them out for further results and to speed them up. Eden tells Cruz about her conversation with CC and that she thinks he is protecting Pamela. Cruz calls Pearl about the bones and tells him he's going to put them in a safety deposit box. Eden and Cruz talk about the test on the bone and how it may prove CC is innocent. He also tells her to keep this between them, but she goes to see CC and mentions this to him.When Cruz goes to Pearl's the bones are gone.When he goes back home Eden tells Cruz about telling her father and he tells her the bones are now missing.Eden and Cruz argue about the fact she's afraid CC may have killed Hal Clark. After talking with Julia about Gina, Eden goes to see Cruz and tells him Julia seen Gina carrying around agym bag and clutching it like dear life. They decide to visit Gina and Keith about the boat house case, when CC and Pamela arrive for their dinner with them. Cruz learns that Scott may have been with his uncle the night he disappeared .Scott doesn't remember any of it,and agrees to go under hypnotizes with Heather Donnelly. He remembers CC caught Pamela and Hal together and they fought then later Pamela shot him. Cruz has now found the skull that goes with the bones .There is a bullet hole in it. He learns the bones were not those of Hal's, since the person was only dead for 2 years. Later Cruz and Eden try to steal some private time alone when they receive a wedding gift from Cain and Andrea in segements: 1^st, their own bartender on the run, who serves them margaritas ,2^nd: an authentic Mexican 6 course lunch, 3^rd : a singer to serenade them. Cruz sends him to the beach to play, and puts a note on the door not to disturb, siesta in process. Eden is reading the instructions for a home pregnancy test. Andrea comes and before they go for a run, she sees the sheet and asks Eden if she's pregnant, but Eden doesn't answer her. Later she is with Cruz at the office and they are having a picnic on his couch. He notices she is acting different and asks what is going on. She says he makes her happy and they kiss, as Cain and Andrea arrive and wait for them to let them in. As they are talking Eden and Andrea are mouthing back and forth not to say anything, as Cruz and Cain try to figure out what is going on.After they leave Cruz wants to know what is going on, and she is about to tell him when Cain comes in with a medic alert braclet he found.Cruz learns the skull belonged to Mark McCormick. She asks him to drop the case, but he says he can't do that. Keith goes to see them and makes threats about Mason.Cruz assures Eden he won't let Keith railroad Mason,and he is going to find out what exactly happened to Mark. Victoria comes to see Cruz and tells him Chip is in the hospital,and he may die, so she is forced to tell him the truth, that he is Chip's father. They go to the hospital and Cruz is tested to see if he is a bone marrow match for Chip. He later goes home and Eden has planned a romantic dinner for them. He's forced to tell Eden about Chip. They go back to the hospital to prepare for the marrow transplant. After the procedure, Eden and Cruz talk and he tries to reassure her this won't change anything between them and they will still have their own kids. Eden has a dream that she can't have any kids, and Cruz tells her it's okay, he has Chip. She wakes up and Cruz asks if she's alright. Scott's father Ben goes to see Cruz and he's upset nothing has been done about his brother Hal's death. Kelly and Jeffrey have an argument after her miscarriage and Eden and Cruz help them smooth things over. They are out dancing when the maid tells them a man is holding a gun on CC and Pamela at the house. Eden convinces the police to allow Cruz to handle the situation. Cruz talks to Ben and tries to convince him to give up. Scott then asks his father to give it up too, but he doesn't listen. Mason sneaks up on Ben and struggles with him as the gun goes off. Cruz breaks the door in and they arrest Ben. Eden watches Cruz at the hospital holding Chip. The bone marrow seems to have been a success.When Chip goes home, Cruz goes there with him and Tori to visit. Julia tells Cruz about the calls Mason has been getting about Mark's death. Mason comes in and Cruz tells him to let him help. Later Mason calls Cruz on his cell phone to tell him he is being followed as they speak. Cruz tells him how to handle the situation. Mason is at the beach house with Julia and Eden when CC arrives. Eden tells him of Cruz's plan to lure this person in the open by having a family gathering at the house, and the person will follow him there. Cruz sets up the plan, and Eden and Julia argue with him to allow them to help him. He finally agrees. Later they discuss his feelings for Chip and how they need to talk about it. They all meet at CC's to catch Mason's stalker. Cruz gives them their instructions and they all take their places. Cruz is in the garden when Eden radios that she sees someone moving near the gazebo. He tells Eden to stay there, but everyone takes off. Eden later radios Cruz, but someone sneaks up behind him and knocks him out and drags him away. Eden is concerned about Cruz. She goes to look for him and finds his radio, as someone throws him in a trunk of a car. Eden and Julia head back to the beach house to see if Cruz is there. Cruz is put on a boat and pushed out to the ocean. He washed up on some island,where a guy finds him and wakes him up. He asks his name, but Cruz doesn't know who he is.

#017-a(E): The cops tell Eden they can't list Cruz as missing for 24 hours.Another cop comes in with Cruz's wedding band. Eden wakes up and sees someone sleeping on the couch, she thinks it's Cruz, but when she calls out,Ted gets up.He didn't want to wake her when he came in. Cruz is in a cabin with the guy that found him. When he comments that he is alive, the guy says when you find out where you are,you'll wish you weren't. the cops tell Eden they still haven't found anything. Cruz tries to remember how he got there and who he is. Eden calls a friend that is a tv reporter and does a report on Cruz missing. The guy warns Cruz to find a way off this island before Dr. Willoby, the owner finds him. Later Cruz meets with the head hunter. He then awakens handcuffed to a bed with a young girl watching him. When Willoby comes in Cruz asks him questions about where he is and why. He has dreams of Eden, but still can't remember who she is. He tries to find a way out but is unable to. He sees the girl again. Her name is Sylivia and she is the doctors' daughter.Cruz becomes friends with her and learns what he is in store for. Oscar, the guy who found him tell Cruz the doc has decided to call him Joe. He thinks he is a drug runner who's boat washed up, since nobody is looking for him. When Cruz tries to over power him, he is shot, but it's only a flesh wound. While he is asleep he calls out Eden's name and that he is here. He wakes up handcuffed again after his wound has been tended to. Cruz keeps seeing and hearing images of Eden. The coast guard tells Eden of the pieces of the boat that they found and about an uncharted island owned by Dr. Willoby, but he never lets them on there. Eden goes out on CC's boat with Tori. She tells her to head back and if she doesn't hear from her in 24 hours to call the police. Eden swims to the island and finds Oscar, who has been shot. He warns her of the danger she and Cruz are in, before he dies Eden finally finds Cruz,but he doesn't remember her. She tells him his name and tries to jog his memory. Eden is later caught and makes up a story about getting lost swimming. She later is caught talking with Cruz and then they are both handcuffed to chairs facing each other. The doctor lets them go to hunt them down. Cruz is starting to get his memory back. As they are running,Eden falls and hurts her ankle. Cruz picks her up and they head to Oscars' cabin. From there they find the cave he told Eden about. Eden helps Cruz remember who he is, and he finally remembers thanks to her.They are caught again by the head hunting doc, but his daughter stops him. Cruz and Eden are then rescued by CC and the coast guard. Once they are home, Keith comes by and still insists that Mason killed Mark, and he is going to get him.Cruz remembers the night he was knocked out he saw a medallion from a church. Gina has a deal for the Capwells: if they attend her and Keith's wedding,she and him will never be heard from again. Eden sees Victoria at Johnnies with Chip. She tells Eden she is going back to Los Angeles to work on a film. Eden tells Cruz and he is concerned about Chip with that kind of lifestyle.Eden sees Scott about getting pregnant and if she can be tested to see if there is a problem. He agrees to run some test,and later tells her of a specialist in LA .She makes an appointment to see him and asks Sophia to go with her,and not to tell Cruz. Eden lies to Cruz and says she has to go to LA for a few days for business for CC.He wants to go with her, but she convinces him she'll be too busy to spend time with him. Cruz gets a feeling she's hiding something from him.

#018(E): Eden arrives at the hospital with Sophia. After being put through a battery of test, the doctor discovers something that may explain why Eden hasn't become pregnant yet. After Victoria is in a car accident,Cruz takes Chip home with him. Julia tries to warn him not to get attached, but it's too late. Eden comes home and Cruz fills her in about Tori's accident and that Chip will be staying with them for awhile. Cruz finds Eden sitting on the beach and knows something is bothering her, but he tells her he can't turn his back on Chip. Later, back at the beach house, she goes to tell him about her trip, when the doctor calls and tells Eden her chances of conceiving are very slim. After that, she changes her mind about telling Cruz about her trip. Victoria's mother comes to pick up Chip,but Cruz refuses to let her take him. Julia comes and tells Cruz and Eden about the fire at the church and how Mason was there about Mark McCormick, and now she can't find him. Cruz checks it out and they have found a body, but they are not sure if it is Mason. It later appears Mason was killed in the fire, and the family is having a hard time dealing with his loss. They hold a memorial for him, as Julia screams he's not dead. Cruz talks with Father Michael and some of the nuns about Mason's time at the church. Cruz senses a distance between him and Eden and asks if they are alright. She doesn't tell him what the doctor has told her. There is a knock on the door and a airline ticket to Paris with her name is left. He wants to know why she is going away. He thinks she is running from Chip, and he tells her not to go. He goes to see CC and tells him he needs his wife to stay home, but CC says Eden is the only one that can handle this matter. When he gets back home, they make love before she leaves. He senses something is wrong, but he can't get Eden to open up to him. Cruz 's mother comes and he introduces her to her grandson. She later tells Cruz she lost the house, due to a bad investment Ric got her into. Eden is in Paris and meets with the doctor. He is optimistic the operation will help Eden to have a baby. Cruz goes to see Tori at the hospital and reassures her Chip is doing well. Cruz investigates Kelly being poisoned at the beach party. CC tries to convince Cruz not to mention this to Eden, but he says when she calls he is going to tell her. Eden imagines what it will be like to be pregnant. Tori is released from the hospital and comes to pick up Chip. Eden calls Cruz and he tells her about Tori taking Chip. He wants to go there to be with her, but she says it would be worst since she is on the run. Cruz goes to see CC and Sophia about what is going on with Eden. Sophia tells him Eden swore them to secrecy and they can't tell him. Cruz then goes to see Kelly,and she finally tells him what's going on with Eden. He then hops on a plane to go to Paris and see her.

#019(E): Cruz arrives before Eden has the surgery. Thay talk and settle their differences. When Eden returns after the surgery, Cruz's mother is at the beach house and she and Eden have a "flashing" encounter. Cruz sets up an appointment to see a house that Eden has always wanted. The realtor Rhonda, has taken a liken to Cruz, but he pulls away when she goes to kiss him. Cruz runs into Eden at CC's and takes her to see her "surprise" -the new house. They decide to try out the hot tub before they buy it. Cruz and Eden sign the papers for their new house and they give Carmen the beach house,since she lost her house. Victoria is in the hospital again, and Cruz wants Chip to be with him, but she insists he stay with Major Hamilton. Eden tells Cruz she'll join him in filing for joint custody. Cruz is depressed that he can't have Chip with them and he is sitting in the shower,when Eden joins him and tries to comfort him. Cruz decides that since Tori is back on drugs, he needs to get Chip to be able to live with them. He goes to Major Hamilton's place and it has been trashed. Cruz then finds Chip in a closet. The major comes in and Cruz takes Chip with him. When he gets home, he doesn't want Eden to feel like having Chip there is a burden, but she insists he needs to let her do things for Chip so she can learn to love him. Eden starts to bond with Chip, which makes Cruz feel like they are a real family. Eden does an interview with tv reporter Lydia Sanders. Cruz and Eden share a sentimental farewell at the beach house. They arrive at their new house, when their first guest is Lydia. Seems she and Cruz knew each other from a story she did years ago on the INID( the agency Cruz worked for as a spy).Later, while in the hot tub,Eden asks Cruz about Lydia. He tells her he doesn't like or trust Lydia and warns Eden not to either. Cruz tells Eden he has learned the real story Lydia is working on is the unemployment and that CC is the major cause of it. Eden confronts her about this and she takes her to see some of the people who are affected. Eden decides she needs to help,even if it means going against CC. Everyone attends Gina and Keith's wacky wedding, as a favor to Brandon. Eden is with Lydia at one of CC's companies when he has them arrested for tresspassing. While in jail,Eden learns a little more about Lydia and her work. Cruz is on a stakeout with Cain,and he is not happy with his job,like he used to be when he was a cop. Eden has a passion on the issue of the unemployment rate,but she tells Cruz all Lydia cares about is ratings and she's not sure what she can do. Cruz tells her to tell the story herself, and she gets an idea- the father of someone she went to school with owns a tv station,KSB. After meeting with the station manager with a reporter,Rupert Alverez, who Cruz knows, they are given the story to work on together. Cruz decides to file for joint custody of Chip. Cruz and Father Michael go to search for Julia who is being held by a deranged nun, sister Agatha. Eden falls asleep reading a spy novel and has a "Cruz Bond" dream. Cruz and Father Michael get Julia away from Sister Agatha.The sister tells Father Michael after the explosion she saw Mason running away and he is not dead. Cruz thinks of becoming a cop again. Cruz tells Eden,Ted,and Kelly about Mason when Julia comes in and insists on looking for Mason. They all agree to keep quite on this so Keith doesn't learn. Julia and Cruz get a lead on Mason in a small town, but Keith has them thrown in jail. Tori checks out of rehab and tells Eden she is coming back in the morning for her son. When Cruz gets back she tells him about Tori's visit. Cruz has a meeting with Tori at the Orient Express where they talk about her leaving rehab and Chip. She starts to freak out and he tells her to calm down. She insists Cruz has no right to keep her son. Cruz goes home and calls his lawyer and tells him to do what he has to. Tori comes to the door and demands that Cruz gives her the baby,and he says she can't have him as she screams at him.

#020(E): Cruz learns from his lawyer the custody hearing has been moved up. Cruz tells Eden he wants to send Chip away, and she tries to tell him he can't do that cause that would be kidnapping. Cruz tries to get Scott to testify about Tori's condition, but he won't do it. Eden shows Cruz some cases she researched for him about natural fathers custody fights. Cruz comes back and tells Eden he almost took off with Chip. They are at the courthouse when he calls his mother and she tells him Chip is gone. Major Hamilton brings Cruz a note Tori left at his place for Cruz. Cruz goes to CC's and Eden tells him what is happening and he offers to help. Cruz and Eden go home and find Tori there with Chip. She says she was wrong to take off with him and asks them to take him. Cruz comes back from New Mexico after following a lead on Mason. He is at his office with Cain when they encounter a street kid named Amado in the office. He claims he is there to look for a job, and Cruz has a soft spot for the kid and gives him a job as a errand boy. CC wants Eden to handle the opening of the Country club and work for him, but she tells him she wants to try her hand at doing the news. He offers to call in some favors, but she wants to do this on her own. Cruz shows Cain what he brought home for Eden, sterling silver earrings, and the kid, Amado is watching them. When Cruz is looking he swipes them. Cruz goes home and goes to get Eden's gift and realizes they are gone. He heads back to the office, and Cain tells him he didn't trust that kid, but Cruz is determined to find that kid and the earrings. He finally finds him at a pawn shop and chases him out the door.While he is doing that, Eden gets the owner to sell her the info about where the kid hangs out at. After Cruz agrees to her terms, they head to the hangout, where Cruz is stabbed by one of the hoods there. After getting his arm taken care of at the clinic, Cruz takes Amado home for a meal. After eating he allows Eden to tag along with him to do a story about these street kids.Cruz warns him to watch her and he tells Eden to be careful as well.…
