What you need:
40 oz canned sweet potatoes
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup all-pupose flour
2/3 cup melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C).
Butter one 2 quart baking dish.

Heat, drain and mash sweet potatoes. Combine with them the white sugar, eggs, 1/3 cup of the melted butter, milk and vanilla. Place in the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl combine the brown sugar, chopped pecans, flour and 1/3 cup of the melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

What you need:
2 Tbsp. oil
2 med. bell peppers (any colors) cored, seeded and thinly sliced
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tbp. salt
8 Italian sausages
8 hot dog buns
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add peppers and onion. Cook, stirring often, until tender, about 10 min. Stir in garlic and salt; remove from heat.

On a preheated grill, brown sausages on all sides, 10 minutes. Split sausages in half lengthwise leaving both halves still attached. Cook cut-sides-down until no longer pink.

Place sausages in bun, cut-sides up. Spoon pepper mixture over sausages.

What you need:
1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
4 tbsp cream
5 cup flour
2/3 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Cream butter; add sugar, eggs, and cream.
Mix dry ingredients and fold together with liquid ingred. Roll out thin. Bake 350 degrees F for 10 min.
Put a Hershey's Kiss in the middle as soon as you take it out of the oven.
