got tagged by roman to share some random things so here goes...10 RANDOM THINGS ABOUT ME:
RANDOM FACT 1:
i jump from one topic to another when i'm talking since i can't seem to be coherent in my thoughts, and it comes out in my speech. =X
RANDOM FACT 2:
i'm an incorrigible armchair astronaut. i relish being an escape artist whilst never leaving my room for a single second. =P
RANDOM FACT 3:
when i lay my hands on a new book, the first thing i do is to caress the cover. i'm neurotic tt way...
RANDOM FACT 4:
if i'm travelling by myself, i almost always have a book with me to keep me company. =)
RANDOM FACT 5:
i sing silly jingles whenever i'm bored. with or w/o a willing audience.
RANDOM FACT 6:
i always keep little notebooks for lyrics that i like... then throw them out the next time i open them 'cos i can't understand how on earth i used to think that they were meaningful.
RANDOM FACT 7:
every morning, i risk my life driving to sch. the fact tt i'm a licensed driver doesn't help any.
RANDOM FACT 8:
my sense of direction is deplorable. just yesterday, i asked if kallang was on NEL. O.o
RANDOM FACT 9:
i almost always dress in green and purple. heaven knows why.
RANDOM FACT 10:
you'll hardly ever find me posing by myself 'cos i'm just too self-conscious.
and because i'm nice and because i just know no one else will bother to continue this, i won't 'sabo' more pple to do it. but i shall prowl around to sneak a peek at everyone roman tagged! =P
tt said, we're finally done with all the papers and i guess i'm not the only person dreading 23rd. anyhow, i've had quite a fulfilling holiday thus far and i'm still looking forward to the trip!
tues after the paper, the whole lot of us trooped to suntec city and had lunch at kuishin-bo. it was really quite gd, i tucked in to a really gd bowl of niku ramen and everyone else got their lunch sets.
then we sort of loitered around suntec for a bit... met up with naren + gang halfway whilst walking towards the cinema and we got weiting to come over as well. after which, we all sort of split up and i went along with weiting to watch a disney digital.
been a while since i watched such a show. but it was nice to be half choking back tears and chuckles. just that the price was a bit steep but enjoyable nonetheless.
met with EXCO the following day to settle some stuff before some ppl return home for a much deserved break. hopefully we'll be all prep-ed for the activities coming up in dec!
the next day was spent with sherm, bfg + yee wen. we were supposed to meet to sing k tgt but bad planning alas! at least we did manage to sing for a bit before i met up with bestie to celebrate her birthday! =) hope you liked the present, darling! =) pity our time tgt wasn't long...
i ended up joining the others again while they were having dinner and chatting abt the stuff tt we cldn't share during exams... i sometimes wonder why we're getting heavy-hearted; or maybe we're just ageing...
yesterday went out with OG for dinner since I cldn't join them for skating earlier... quite nice to see them still close! =) and listened to the changes over the sem. the yr 1s have not changed much, really. and it was nice seeing them over dinner, with most of the OG in attendance!
anw, it's my cue to ring off soon for mass so i'll update again some other time?
