Potato, Bacon and Leek Soup
A traditional thick and creamy potato and leek soup, with chunky bacon pieces

MAIN COURSE

All main course selections will be served with
seasonal vegetables or garden fresh salads

Vin Blanc Barramundi
Herb encrusted barramundi fillet, drizzled in a lemon Vin Blanc sauce

Or

Turkey Calvados
Sliced oven roasted turkey breast fillet, coated in an apple brandy dressing, served with steamed seasonal greens

DESSERT

Christmas Pudding
A rich steamed Christmas pudding served with fresh cream,
a berry coulis and Ice Cream.
