Sasatomoko is a founder of NipponCooking.com and is currently working in the heart of New York City. Raised in Seattle, Washington from age seven, Sasatomoko has always been a fan of cooking and baking Japanese dishes. The idea of collecting Japanese recipes came up when she was working in New York and couldn't find time to cook. She would often call her mom and her friends' mom for fast and easy way to cook Japanese food. Through collecting over 100 recipes, she has decided to share the recipes with other Japanese food lovers. |
