What can I do to increase my ranking?

The Militia's policy regarding the Chain of Command is quite simple, you may lose your position and you may gain new positions and more opportunities depending on the amount of effort you give to the Militia. If the Militia is nothing but a name, hobby or social status for you, you will most likely be reduced to stomptrooper within several months. But if you put effort into the Militia, recruit new members, write essays, and obey your superiors, you will ascend up the chain of command very quickly and possibly assume a position in the Extended Hierarchy.

The Elite Hierarchy, reserved for those who dedicate their lives to the Militia and or were founding members, is the pinnacle of any Stomptroopers career. In order to receive a commission as a Hierarchy member you must show your loyalty and dedication to the Militia, as well as obey all orders. The top 20 members of the Hierarchy constitute the Elite members, those who have shown the most skill, ability, and effort in maintaining their cabinet positions and showing results.

How is my Militia Ranking determined?

Your Militia ranking is determined by how many of the following areas you excel in.

1. Recruitment of new members - Militia members are expected to recruit 1 new member a week. Have you done this?

2. Posting of Militia Flyers and propaganda - Have you let others know about the Militia by telling others?

3. Following orders - Have you wavered from the covenant or disobeyed a senior member?

4. Contributions - Have you created new flyers? Submitted eessays to the website? E-mailed the Militia? Have you gone beyond the call of duty to help the Militia succeed?

5. Success - Have you maintained your department and or followers as expected by the Holy Phajer and done your job?

6. Participated in Militia activities - Have you protested, seen a movie, or marched with the Militia.

For each area you excel in you will be given one point. If you haven' t done well in an area you will lose a point. You can earn up to 6 points. Those who continually meet expectations will be promoted, those who fail to do so will be demoted.
