Americans have lost the true meaning of the Constitution! Judicial activists and misguided politicians have highjacked a once pure document and converted it into a platform for their intolerant political goals and pursuits! Americans must desparately reclaim the true meaning of the Constitution, in order to fully recognize its potential to drastically realter the political landscape in this country! We must stop devalueing this document, which is the basis for law, order, justice, and policy in this country. We must discover the true intent of the framers, and rescue this country from the clutches of the Opulent Class!

The Bill of Rights

The First Amendment - Has the government overstepped its constitutional authority and endorsed a religion? Has your right to peaceable assemble with other tolerant individuals and groups been disrupted by the federal government and its goons?

The Second Amendment - Has our right to organize a citizen militia been intruded upon by the federalists? Have you had your gun, bazooka, semi-automatic death ray, armor piercing sniper rifle, or other weapon confiscated by an ATF agent?

The Third Amendment - Have you been forced to shelter a federalist soldier against your desire? Does he refuse to leave, even though he has no reason to be there and lives only a few houses down the road in a beautiful four bedroom condo?

The Fourth Amendment - Have you had your housed searched, property seized, and personal memoirs confiscated without a warrant lately? Have you been in possesion of numerous illegal belongings, although the warrant only called for the illegal heroin to be confiscated, they also took your stolen cars and your hard earned money, which was stolen from a bank?

The Fifth Amendment - Have the federalists held you without a writ of habeaus corpus? Have you been tried for the same crime 7 or 8 times? Has the government taken your house and imprisoned your family without just compensation? Have you been forced to appear before a military tribunal within the last 226 years, but are not in the military?

The Sixth Amendment - Have you been forced to keep reappering in court over the course of 4 years for a speeding ticket? Have you been denied a court appointed public defendent? Is your jury biased and keeps calling you a 'guilty scumbag' to the indifference of the Judge?

The Seventh Amendment - Have you been sued for twenty bucks and not been a allowed a trial by Jury? Have you been sued over and over again for the same thing in different courts throughout the United States of America?

The Eighth Amendment - Have you been charged excessive bail? Have you been fined excessively high for minor crimes? Have you been forced to endure cruel and unusual punishments, such as walking across America because your fat?

The Ninth Amendment - Have you been denied other fundamental, God-given rights which were not listed in the bill of rights? Has your local government went out of its way to terrorize you with unnecessary restrictions and prohibitions, violating other fundamental rights?

The Tenth Amendment - Have issues not addressed in the constitution been denied a debate in the states, or given to the people to decide? Has the Federal Government acted in a totalitarian way, controlling all aspects of life, overstepping its constitutional parameters?
