The Spirit and Truth Ministries International Christian Church (SATMICC), a non-denominational, non-sectarian, full gospel Christian church, has its inception in 1987. It came about as a result of the pioneering ministry works of Rev. Jerry D. Española in CAA, Las Piñas City, Philippines. SATMICC started as a house church and later was required to transfer its regular Sunday worship services to a nearby elementary school so as to accommodate its growing number of attendees and members.

After almost two years, it did transferred its worship services in one of the movie houses in Las Piñas known during those times as Manuela Cinema. The SATMICC leadership decided to rent the place for reasons of accessibility, comfort and the much needed space. But after six months, SATMICC was compelled to transfer its worship services to a restaurant opposite the Las Piñas City Hall known during those times as Sherryland Restaurant. The unexpected towering rental increase and the division that took place instigated by then SATMICC associate pastors induced the said transfer.

After almost a year, SATMICC have to transfer its worship services for another time because the said restaurant had to be renovated. And for almost four months, SATMICC had used the Barrio Fiesta Restaurant as venue for its regular worship services. And in 1991, SATMICC has been able to find a place where it can rest for a while. By God’s grace, SATMICC was able to lease a lot and therein construct its place of worship. From 1991 up to the present, SATMICC holds its regular worship services and other ministry gatherings at Angela Road, Angela Village, Talon Uno, Las Piñas City, Philippines.

Aside from its persistent evangelistic efforts in reaching the lost for Christ here in the Philippines, SATMICC currently, has two outreach churches in Qatar, a country in the Middle East, and always trusting the Lord for progress, protection and provision.
