Displacement: Doal is able to use the
power of Displacement, (for those who need clarification, he is the person to
see if you want to fuck someone over or Blow Shit Up.) and has developed the
following powers that he uses at Amazing (50) rank:
-Bomb
Technique: Doal is able to cause explosions within anything he touches
that is of less than power rank material strength
*Vertical
Bomb: Doal is able to do a version of the “Sweet Chin Music” Super-kick
using his bomb technique that is –1cs to hit and damage, and any slam or
stun result is considered a Grand Slam plkus a slam and a stun if appropriate
(i.e. 10-areas + 1-10-areas or 1-10-rouunds).
*Ice Bomb: Doal is able to emit a pulse of hypothermic energy an
instant before he detonates his bomb technique. This causes any matter within a
2-area radius, of less than power rank material strength, to
crystallize. This causes the matter in question to drop in material strength by
–4cs, and is then detonated by the bomb technique.
*Leaping: Doal is able to channel his bomb energies through him,
striking the ground to enable him to leap –1cs distances reaching up to
4-areas in a single round. Anyone hit by Doal using this ability, must make an
Endurance feat or suffer normal effect plus an additional 4-area slam (this
slam is automatic).
Temporal
Control:
Doal is able to affect the temporal energies in the area around him with Amazing
(50) ability and has developed the following power stunts and abilities:
*Bullet
Time: Doal is able to slow time around himself and up to one other
person with –2cs ability, allowing them to move through time.
*Summon
Duplicates: Doal is able to summon up to 10-duplicates of individuals
he knows (or himself) with power rank ability, usually from nanoseconds
into their (or his) future. The duplicates have the same abilities and powers,
but can only exist in this time for 10-rounds. This can be done only on one
individual at a time (i.s. no multiple duplications).
*Replay:
Doal is able to “rewind” the previous rounds up to a maximum of 10-rounds.
-Death:
Doal has a tattoo of Death (Grim Reaper style) that covers his back carrying
two, sawed-off 4-barrel shotguns. These guns fire a blast of –2cs
intensity Darkforce up to 4-areas away, and can fire up to 8-blasts in a single
round.
-Kodiak:
Doal has a tattoo of a monstrous sized Kodiak bear on his chest. This Kodiak
leaps off of Doal’s chest and breathes out a blast of power rank
intensity energy with a range of a beam 1-area wide by 4-areas long.
-Pinhead:
Doal has a tattoo of the “Pinhead” character on his leg, which, when summoned
does not leap ff of Doal’s body, but instead overlays onto his torso, arms and
legs (as if he was standing in front of Doal), laughing maniacally. At this point
chains of Unearthly (100) material strength shoot out from all areas of
darkness and do power rank edged damage to all opponents.
Natural
Body Armour: Doal’s increased Hyper-Endurance of Amazing (50) rank enables
him to withstand attacks of up to Unearthly (100) rank because of his
natural armour skin. Doal also has Class 1000 resistance to cold,
disease/toxin, and radiation based attack.
Equipment:
The
Executioners Blade: Doal was given this two-handed battle axe (one-handed for Doal) that
is made of an unknown Class 5000 strength material. In Doal’s hands it
does Unearthly (100) rank edged damage and has been enchanted to allow
Doal to do the following:
-Displacement
Powers: Any of Doal’s displacement powers used through the axe are
raised by+1cs as long as the axe is being held.
-Flight:
Doal is able to fly by means of spinning the Displacement Axe and throwing it,
then catching the handle, allowing Doal to fly at Shift X (150) air
speed travelling up to 50-areas in a single round.
-Deflection:
By spinning the Displacement Axe in front of him, Doal is able to create a
shield of Shift X (150) rank.
-Unfettered
Might: This special attack creates a bluish/white aura around the heads
of the blade allowing Doal an attack that does Class 1000 energy damage.
This attack has major drawbacks though. The blades of the Displacement Axe
shatter and the surviving handle and thong must be kept in an atom smasher for
10-100 days before it regenerates. Doal himself takes 100-points of damage and
becomes comatose for 10-100 rounds while he recovers.
-Automatic
Return: When thrown, whether it hits or not, the Displacement Axe flies
back to the hand of the person throwing it.
