Hybrid Physiology: Widowmaker is the only survivor of a Shogun
Assassin experiment to imbue a human being with the strength and power of the
raw genome of the first life on the planet Earth. This experiment has given Widowmaker virtually untold of power,
but has made him one of the most dangerous beings on the known universe because
of his primordial abilities. Widowmaker is able to use the following abilities
and powers:
-Body Resistance: Widowmaker is able to withstand physical
and energy attacks of up to Unearthly (100) rank.
-Detonation: Widowmaker is able to cause any matter that
he touches to detonate or explode doing Unearthly (100) damage to
everything in the area. Widowmaker may choose to have that matter shatter instead
of exploding.
-Self-Sustenance: Widowmaker is able to survive without food,
air or water for indefinite periods of time.
-Pheromones: Any woman in the same area as Widowmaker
must make a Psyche feat to avoid the overpowering scent that Widowmaker gives
off. Widowmaker cannot control this Incredible (40) strength pheromone.
-Resistances: Widowmaker has Monstrous (75) resistance to cold/heat, and disease/toxin based attacks Class 1000 resistance to aging and age based attacks. Widowmaker is also considered to have Unearthly (100) rank life support that allows him to survive in deep space for extended periods of time.
-Regeneration: Widowmaker recovers lost health and damage at Shift Y (20) rank or at a rate of 2-points per round, regenerate at his Endurance rank once per 2-days, and regains lost Endurance at 2-ranks per day.
-Immortality: Widowmaker is able to live virtually forever, and cannot be considered a true immortal because he can be slain, although it takes the complete atomic destruction of every molecule in his body.
-Self-Revival:
Mind Control: Widowmaker is able to turn beings he
touches on a successful grappling attack (any touch will do) into mindless
vegetable with a psionic pulse of Unearthly (100) intensity for 1-10
turns. Victims will awaken with no memories of Widowmaker and will obey his
commands unless they make a Yellow Psyche feat to resist.
-Dichotomizer Beam: The Widowmaker is able to use a special attack called the Dichotomizer. The Dichotomizer Beam is a beam of pure temporal and quantum energy that spreads anything caught in its path across the time/space continuum with Class 1000 ability. The beam has a range of 10-areas long x 1-area wide x 1-area high.

-Gatling Attacks: The Widowmaker is able to make a number of nearly impossible Fighting and Agility feats all in a single round. The Widowmaker is able to perform feats in combat of a rank equal to his Fighting and Agility added to the Unearthly (100) rank of this power +1cs. Thus, the Widowmaker is able to make Shift Y (350) multiple attacks, or 35-attacks per round. The Widowmaker is limited to physical, melee and Quantum energy/force attacks, while using this ability, in a maximum range of 1-area + 1-adjacent area.
Limitations: In order to survive, the Widowmaker must inhale/consume certain drugs of Shift Y (200) intensity to offset the constant drain of his increased Fighting, Strength and Endurance. To accomplish this the Widowmaker uses a body suit that emits a miniscule field around his body (.01mm thickness) that constantly pumps out these drugs, (this suit is based on it’s identical counter-part of the Highwayman’s). These drugs are sent through these conduits by a pump located at the small of his back. Should Widowmaker go for more than a day without these drugs, his Fighting, Strength and Endurance will drop by -1cs until they reach Shift 0 at which point he will become comatose until someone can turn on his pump (Red Reason feat to do so) or give him an injection of these drugs. Anyone grappling or wrestling the Widowmaker must make a Yellow Endurance feat or immediately and instantly suffer the effects of a Shift Y (200) overdose.
Equipment:
The Sword of Might: Widowmaker on occasion carries a specially designed buster-sword on occasion. This sword has a 4-foot handle with a set of 5-foot blades on either end. This sword is made of Class 5000 strength material, and is enchanted so that when thrown, the sword will return to his hand by the start of the next round. In order to use the sword and all of its abilities, the user must have a Fighting rank of Monstrous (75) to counter the size and awkwardness of the weapon. The user’s Strength must be at Unearthly (100) rank due to the weapons weight and must have an Endurance of at least Unearthly (100) rank to fight off the exhaustion of swinging so large a weapon.
