Niles

      NILES or NILEY was born December 1, 1878 to DAVID E. PLATZ & SARAH A. IMUS. He died August 3, 1947. He married EVA MAE CAMPBELL. She was the daughter of ELLA BALDWIN & JOHN CAMPBELL. She was born March 28, 1883 and died April 5, 1908 of heart disease. They had the following children:

           1. RUSSELL EDWARD April 24, 1901 - March 30, 1962

           2. IRA CLAUDE December 5, 1904 -- October 18, 1945

           3. GAROLD August 7, 1907 (raised by John Platz, Niles brother)

After Eva Mae died, NILES married HETTIE ESTHER SHIDAKER. She was born in 1892 and died in 1972. They had 2 children:

           4. IVAN W. November 6, 1912 -- April 5, 1984

           5. MAUDE LILY February 26, 1914 -- October 19, 1924

     Niles lived in Indiana, Texas & Arkansas

    RUSSELL EDWARD PLATZ was born in Indiana April 24, 1901. He was the oldest son of NILES PLATZ & EVA MAE CAMPBELL. On August 27, 1927 he married IRENE ROW. They later divorced. He married PEARL M. BOOTH. They had 2 children:

            1.EDWARD LEROY was born Septmeber 7, 1933. He married DOROTHY ROBINSON. They had 3 children:
                 1A. KATHY
                 2A. CINDY
                 3A. FEMALE

            2. WANETA ILENE was born May 24, 1934. She married ROCKY BENNITT. They had a son:

                 2A. ROGER born January 1952

GAROLD PLATZ

GAROLD PLATZ was the 3rd son of NILES PLATZ & EVA MAE CAMPBELL. He was born August 7, 1907. After Eva Mae died Garold was raised by Niles' brother John.
I don't have any other info on him. I would love to find out about him and if he ever got married. There is another Garold Platz from Marshall County but this is not him. This causes quite a bit of confusion.
