So you want to know about ME?? Where do I begin? First of all my name is Savannah Fowler DeKalb and I am married to my best friend, my soulmate, Thomas DeKalb.
I am a firm believer that life takes its own course...if you let it. I believe in fate, in the notion of a bashert [Yiddish for "a destined love or soul mate"], but I also think you make your own fate, you know? I think there is a certain destiny, but human beings have to push it over the line. God helps those who help themselves. I could have given up on being so persistent with him that we get together and go out on date and he could of just kept refusing my invite and then we wouldn't be together today. I had to push myself, and he had to push himself to give in, and, thank God we did.
I also think true loves comes when the infatuation period wears off and you commit yourselves to each other's personal growth. I love him with all that I am.
