| Campus Life with Michelle Relax with smooth happenings at Campus Life. Michelle lets you hang out with her friends, at the movies, the mall, and at her house. You never know what you can expect to happen at one of these meetings. Maybe Sexy Big Bird will even make an unexpected appearance. |
| Stan goes back to back on Sunday mornings with his hair care special and poetry readings each week. Stan, the author of such great poems like "The more ya shop, the more ya save", will share his many other pieces of work. Stan also airs his informative methods of organizing a grocery store Mondays at 10 AM. He'll put it over there and make you move back over here later in "What the Hell was his problem?" |

| Clyde was one of Save-A-Lots most mysterious employees. He worked mornings right before closing and pushed a mop around the store all of the time. WSAL is promoting a series about the life of Clyde. A scene from his show is pictured to the left. The girl on the right is the only person we have found ties to Clyde and she stars in this series(if not it is just a cool picture). She is also an award recipient on our sister website: neparegion. | Watch Mary's New Show illustrating her management techniques. Mary was the assistant manager of SAL just before it closed. As long as she had criiisp, she didn't care about anything else. |
| Friday Nights with Donna Yearing A series showing how work was not done every night she worked. More time was spend doing what you see here than anything else. Smoking on the loading dock was the thing to do. Donna also enjoyed talking to the kids who partied behind the store Friday Nights. The spin-off series airs Friday Nights at 10 PM. |

| Anger Management / Workouts with Dale |
| Join Kim and Dale Monday Afternoons at 5 for their informative show on managing anger. They both have zero tolerance for people and have no problem showing their anger. Each week they will let you know who they told off this week. They will also tell you who they beat up. If you don't watch, "(they'll) kick your ass!!!" Kim features a show at Wednesday Evenings at 8 on who got to her this week. She will tell you what to do and how to do it! Also, wake up with Dale six days a week with his exclusive WSAL workout regimen. Just don't ask him personally about it though. |

| Airs Sunday Nights at 11 and midnight each week. Join Sarah Schaub, official spokesperson of Save-A-Lot Food Store in Taylor, for this exciting and unique show about a messed up family who travels around the country bothering people. The show also stars Major Dad and Mrs. Bush. The family lives the Save-A-Lot Customer way, in a mobile house trailer. The Greene family is on a journey to find work where ever they travel. Watch them struggle to make ends meat. Thankfully the Access Card is there to bale them out. Major Dad exhibits his love for Sarah and his defiance for his wife. The picture below shows you how Sarah felt when she found out that Major Dad was cheating on her in the final season. Watch all three seasons exclusively on WSAL. |

| Rejecting Girls with Sid "Classic" Viscious This two hour special airs Saturday nights at 2 AM and highlights the many women that Sid had the chance to date at SAL. It was a "classic" case of DMS in the strangest of ways. Whoooo!!! There was a lot to pick from, especially Tiffany. |

| Q&A on T&A with Mike Join Mike weeknights at 6:30 for a half hour special answering the tough questions about the girls of SAL Taylor. His show proceeds "In the Bag" with Brian as he will give his arguments on what Mike had to say weeknights only on WSAL-TV 234. |

| Riding the Bus with Jessica A half hour weekday morning special about what parents should not let their kids do on the bus ride to school. See methods on how to get your homework done without even opening a book and how to perform safely on the bench seats of a school bus, mornings on WSAL. |

| Reester Training with Caroline Join Caroline Friday mornings at 9:30 for her training course on how to run one of Save-A-Lot's Reesters. | Embwezzling with Bwob Bwob gives you his secret methods to managing Save-A-Lot Taylor. It is believe that it is he himself that drove the store to close. Learn how he paid employees on payroll that did not even exist. Apparently, he managed to pay 40 people when there were only 27 people there. Also, follow Bwob on his adventures to Family Affair and the mysterious disappearance of his mini-van. How did Bwob afford all of those illegal lunches and bagels at Price Chopper??? | As Save-A-Lot Turns The Save-A-Lot soap opera reality series airs week days at 1 PM and features a real look at life in the store. It goes day by day from the beginning all the way to the end of the store and their journies onward after the store. Each day looks at a particular era in a general sense. Fridays feature where SAL employees are now. |
