Saru: The Rocketshipping Lab Monkey "Putting the 'froign' in 'froignlevin' since 1987"

Name: Saru (It means monkey in Japanese) Age: 15 Anime: Pokemon, Tenchi Muyo, Ranma 1/2, CCS, DB/Z/GT (I'm fairly new to anime, but the animes I do know, I know well and could crush you with my knowledge.) Other: I have a life outside of anime, TV, and the Internet? I'll be damned...(X-Philes, boycott David Duchovney because he ended the show *wink wink* Scully's ugly baby too!) Reviews: Pokemon, Tenchi Muyo, DB/Z/GT, Passions, X-Files, Gorillaz. If you write about anything that I don't like, I won't read it. It's not fair to you or me if I make a review about something I know nothing about or don't really care for. ^^ So Britney Spears and NSYNC fics are safe...For now. Why am I doing this?: Because my mommy said I'd be good ;.; Actually, I just write a lot of fics and think I've been around enough to know what's good and what's not and judge them fairly.

My system of rating: This is what I do when reading a fic. I start with a 100 points. I then take off 1 point for the first thing I do. (Which you'll read in a second) and then after doing that, I start taking off 5 points for each out of character comment, spelling, grammar, etc. If you have over 80 points by the time I'm done, AFTER I add my 10 points for whether I liked the plot or not, you get a good review, anything under...Well...we'll just have to see how hard I sock it to you.  What do I look for?: First off, I look at the layout. Are things indented, is it readable, etc. That would be my 1 point part. Also I check to see if characters are in character. If I see Doggett stripping on a coffee table, or Kojirou from Pokemon stabbing the guts outta someone, that's 5 points off right there. Finally, the big 10 pointer. If you're at 70 points, if I like your story idea, you'll get an extra 10, thus making you get a good review. Just because the way you write things doesn't mean your idea wasn't good. You just need to work on it moreso, that's why I put that extra 10 in there.
