Rivermeadow Brook Community Association

The Rivermeadow Brook Community Association (RBCA) is a group of citizens who share a concern for the preservation of Rivermeadow Brook and the surrounding community in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

Princeton Properties of Lowell is suing the town over the comprehensive permit which was GRANTED to construct a multi-building, 84-unit apartment complex very close to the brook.
