I-C-E (Toth/Quackenbush)
Appears on "And in the Beginning... There Was Rock" demo
Written in early 2002 in Mrs. Borak's Cooking class and Miss Johnson's Probs class as a spoof on "My Name Is" type rap songs where the rapper spells their name. It was the first ICE song ever written, originally written as a rap rhyme, but heavier guitar riffs were thrown into the chorus to make it more rap/rock.

Untouchable (Toth/Quackenbush)
Appears on "And in the Beginning... There Was Rock" demo
Written right after I-C-E as sort of a continuation, spoofing how rappers write songs about how they are "untouchable." The drum intro was a spoof of a step squad routine. The song originally had 5 verses, but the band felt it was too monotonous and cut it down to three and added a breakdown and guitar solo. The guitar solo was rewritten by Toth after Pat left the band.

No TV (Toth/Simicich/Chan)
Appears on "And in the Beginning... There Was Rock" demo
Originally written in 1996 by Len and Toth in Mrs. Pastrick's math class for their band Shred. Completely revamped a few years later to the version now played.

King of Flow (Toth/Quackenbush)
Appears on "And in the Beginning... There Was Rock" demo
Written in Miss Johnson's Probs class towards the end of the school year in 2002. The solo was rewritten by Toth after Pat left the band, because Pat never had a real solo to begin with.

70s Squad (Quackenbush/Toth)
In sophomore year in high school in Ms. Pellegrini's TV class, Toth and Q were part of a group that wrote a script to a short film called "On The Job: The 70s Squad" this film however was never finished. The three stars of this action comedy were named Buck Adams, Guy Sanders, and Kirk Masterson. Toth wrote this song as a tribute to the unfinished film and Q-Money came up with the "70s"ish bassline. This song was supposed to appear on the "And in the Beginning... There Was Rock" demo, but due to some equipment difficulties it never made it.

Free Delivery (Toth/Chan/Simicich)
Appears on "And in the Beginning... There Was Rock" demo
Originally written in 1996 by Len and Toth in Mrs. Pastrick's math class for their band Shred. Completely revamped a few years later to the version now played. Originally contained a guitar solo during the breakdown, but was later cut out.

Drama Queen (Toth)
Appears on "And in the Beginning... There Was Rock" demo
Based on "The Drama Queen Song" which was made up on the Senior Class Trip in May 2002 to Orlando by Toth's roomates for the trip in reference to a former friend of them all who happened to be in the room right below them. They sang/shouted the song in the middle of the night, bringing rage from her. After they returned home from the trip, Toth wrote this song to commerate the moment.

Nothing Means Nothing (Toth)
Toth actually came up with the guitar riffs for this song a few years before the lyrics. The lyrics finally came into play after an incident in early summer 2002 with a good friend that turned out to be not such a good friend. This song was supposed to appear on the "And in the Beginning... There Was Rock" demo, but due to some equipment difficulties it never made it.

White Knight (Quackenbush/Torok/Simicich/Toth)
Music: ICE
This song was written over summer 2002 as a spoof of 80s metal, dealing with dragons and the "white knight" coming to save the kingdom, and the extended solos in the middle of the song.

The Second Ice Age (Toth/Quackenbush)
This song is about pronouncing ICE's arrival on the music scene, that their coming will bring the "second ice age." The lyrics were done mostly in Miss Johnson's class as many of ICE's early songs, and the music was completed during the hiatus in fall 2002 when ICE was searching for a drummer.

The Hate Song (Eight Equals Dee) (Toth/Quackenbush)
Spawned from another song called "Eight Equals Dee" which the band worked on around the same time that "King of Flow" came into existence. Eight Equals Dee was an angry song about a former friend, but that song was eventually thrown out. Later on, Toth wrote another rhyme about his anger towards this same person, and lyrics for the breakdown for this "hate song" are taken directly from Eight Equals Dee. The lyrics came into play in late spring 2002, but the song was not really worked on and completed until the drummer hiatus in fall 2002.

And in the Beginning... (Torok/Quackenbush/Toth)
The entire song was worked on and finished during the drummer hiatus in fall 2002. Q came up with the basic riff which was built on. This was also the first time ICE entirely wrote his own lyrics to a song. This song is basically about the history of the band up until this point, saying that nothing will hold them down.
