	This is joint effort between neighbors and police to stop crime. This is acomplished through awareness and education. One part of the program is to setup Block Captains who volunteer to watch out for the block especially when you are away from home. Another part is to educate on how to increase your level of security and how to handle confrontations in the neighborhood and much more.
